Paul with Melbourne Elite Tours offers the best opportunity to see Australian wildlife up close! Paul was a great and very knowledgeable tour guide. Paul came to our hotel to pick up the seven of us for a private afternoon/evening tour on a comfy Mercedes van. We all had a wonderful time! Paul took us to the Moonlight Sanctuary to see amazing Australian animals, to the Nobbies at Philip Island to enjoy the wildlife and the views from the spectacular clifftops, to a delicious dinner included in our tour, and then to see the Penguin Parade, the cutest little penguins coming ashore and back to their nests to feed their chicks. We were able to see the little penguins really close from the elevated walkways, only a couple of feet from them as they were waddling on the dirt path below to find their nests. It was great to see how little and cute they are! Overall the entire tour was a very enjoyable and amazing experience that I recommend to anyone.

Awesome day in southern Australia! We left from our hotel in Melbourne and did the Great Ocean Highway, had lunch in Apollo Bay and were off to the 12 Apostles for a helicopter tour. Ocean Beauty This tour was beyond expectations! Our guide noted our interests & showed us everything along this rugged coastline on our two day tour. We watched surfers at Bells Beach, views at Split Point lighthouse, the memorial arch, Erskine Falls & Teddy’s Lookout. We saw koalas, kangaroos & gorgeous parrots in the wild. Spent the night in quaint Apollo Bay after a lovely dinner. The next day, 12 Apostles was breathtaking, followed by a walk thru a gorgeous rain forest, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, the Grotto & Bay of Islands. It was a packed 2 days but we never felt rushed. Paul was the perfect host. He handled all the details & saw to all our needs. Go with Melbourne Elite. You won’t regret it!!

A Great Way To Spend Three Days My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the three -day tour that Paul assembled for us. The variety of sites and all the viewpoints for spectacular scenery ( especially along the Great Ocean Road from Bay of Islands east towards Melbourne were first-rate. The accommodations and meal arrangements were excellent.

One highlight for us how much we enjoyed our trek to the Pinnacle to enjoy the magnificent view from there. Paul added it in because the an Indigenous site that we would have visited had been closed and had not yet re-opened in time for us. He felt we were up for it and we were. This is how the Pinnacle is described:

The shortest route to The Pinnacle
Time: 1.5 - 2 hours
Grade: Medium
Distance: 4.2 km return
Elevation Change: 110 metres
Start: Sundial Carpark

The track to this famous peak involves rock steps, slippery track surfaces, several water crossings and some rock hopping. Remember to wear sturdy shoes with a good tread and carry at least two litres of water per person.”

If you feel up to it, reaching the Pinnacle is worth the effort especially for the view at the top. It is a nice option to keep In mind. We did it and we are 67 and 70 years old.

We were so impressed with Paul. During the three-day period, and during meals or in transit in the van, he had several great stories to tell about his employment background and the varied outdoor activities he had done. It made for interesting conversation especially while travelling in the back country as we headed west and then south to join the Great Ocean Road.

Another notable aspect for us was the selection of music that Paul has onboard his most comfortable van. He turned on his playlist and, in addition to enjoying the songs, we would guess the song and the artist as we are trivia buffs. If you take a tour with Paul be sure to ask to hear his music while on the longer stretches of travel.

The tour was everything we hoped it would be (and more) and certainly worth the cost we paid. Paul conducted the tour flawlessly and was always attentive to our needs and flexible as required. We feel that met Paul as a driver and tour guide and we said goodbye to him after three days as a friend.

3 glorious days For over 700 km in 3 days Paul was consistently informative, professional and attentive to our needs. We visited Sovereign Hill for a fascinating mine tour, into the Grampians with its stunning lookouts, down to Halls Gap and then along the Great Ocean Road. Paul was always ready with stories and history of the areas visited. Very good accommodation and wonderful lunches provided. A few small disappointments such as missing the treetop walk near Apollo Bay could have been avoided if we’d had a better understanding of the timetable but overall an excellent tour that added immensely to our visit from Canada. We’d definitely recommend this tour.

Phillip Island Penguins Paul picked me up from my StKilda hotel and to my surprise I was the only guest on his tour. Paul took me to an amazing wildlife park where we had morning tea included after seeing the koalas etc then on to a seal watching area. Then dinner on Phillip island also included with icecream to follow then on to the amazing penguins.
Returning to St Kild near midnight it was the best day.

Amazing 5 days in Victoria My family just got back from a 5 day tour of Victoria with Melbourne Elite Tours. The whole trip was brilliant. We loved visiting all the famous places including the Grampians (love coning back here), the Great Ocean Road, the wineries in Mornington Peninsula and Cape Schanck, Phillip Island and a charming train ride on Puffing Billy in the Dandenongs.

Amazing experience From the very beginning of booking the tour several months before we did the tour Paul was amazing to deal with. Paul responded quickly to questions. Leading up to the day of the tour and on the day of the tour Paul communicated with us about the weather forecast and had umbrellas ready for us. He met us at Station Pier Melbourne and his Mercedes V Class vehicle was so comfortable for the six of us. We had morning tea in Healesville then off to the Four Pillars Gin Distillery at Healesville for tasting. The story of how Four Pillars started and the gin, staff and location were great. Then off to Rochford Winery for an absolutely delicious lunch followed by wine tasting. After that to Chocolaterie then back to the ship. We were advised the day before we docked the ship was disembarking earlier and Paul accommodated the earlier departure. If you are in Melbourne highly recommend Paul. Amazing day
