We are very sorry to hear your charter did not live up to your expectations and that you did not feel it was the value you had anticipated. As you may be aware, due to the varying conditions in the Whitsundays the sea conditions can at times be unfavourable, which for some ads to the excitement of the experience however for some it does not. We do have very strict operational limits and more often than not, we will choose to cancel tours much earlier than other operators if we feel the conditions are not suitable for guests to enjoy their experience. One drawback to these unfavourable conditions is that it does sometimes result in slightly longer travel times between locations. We, on this day managed to travel to 3 destinations, when all rigid tours would have travelled to a maximum of 2. One of the key elements we offer and advertise is the opportunity to cater to your own itinerary for the day. We do ask prior to departing on our charters as to what location preferences you may have and do our best to ensure we include these within your set time frame. I do apologize if your preferences were not to include Whitehaven Beach or Hill Inlet, as these locations are undoubtedly the highlights of the Whitsundays. Unfortunately, if all your location preferences are these destinations, the chances are they do become crowded and as you have noticed, the larger charter groups also venture there. We apologise in this instance that you feel the snorkel locations were cut short, this may be due to the conditions and limitations on where we can or cannot venture on the day, or for any other number of reasons. I do want to imagine there were times where these concerns could have been raised to your crew or to us in the office so we could have attempted to remedy the situation or offer us the opportunity to provide the value of our product you were expecting.
