Dietary Considerations
Our menu is designed to celebrate the rich, indulgent nature of fresh truffles, featuring gluten, beef, salmon, and dairy. We happily accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free guests with prior notice. Due to the central role of dairy in these dishes, we are unable to offer dairy-free alternatives. Please advise of any specific dietary requirements when booking so we can ensure your experience is seamless.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain the premium, personalised nature of our small-group experiences, the following policy applies:
- 8+ days prior: Full refund
- 7 days to 72 hours prior: 50% refund (less booking fee)
- Within 72 hours: Non-refundable
Important Guest Information
Thank you for your booking. We will be hunting in all weather conditions and it can get very cold (and even snow) in Oberon so wear warm clothing and bring your wet weather gear.
When you arrive on the farm you will see our Truffle Hunting Lodge which is a dark grey building. Follow the sign to park behind this building. Please leave your pets at home for everybody’s safety and focus.
