Step 3: Choose a time (This should be the time your flight is scheduled to arrive. We will wait for you and depart ONLY when all booked passengers are accounted for.)
Step 4: Press Book Now and follow on screen promts to finalise your booking
We monitor all inbound flights, so if your flight is delayed no need to worry we will meet the flight if you have booked our service.
Typically baggage takes between 20 – 30 minutes and we wait until your flight has cleared before leaving the airport. If the terminal has cleared and you have not arrived at our stand we will attempt to call you ONCE before leaving the airport.
Our shuttle stand is directly in front of the baggage claim area as you walk toward the road. Please see the driver at the stand as soon as possible to confirm your arrival (this will ensure you are not left behind.)
As flight times may vary due to Airline operational requirements and seasonal variations, all flight and departure times should be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Any variation to your flight times will affect your transfer time and this must be reconfirmed prior to pick-up.
Due to the flight times changing often without warning we set up our Airport Shuttle timetable for the current month only. This means all future bookings are placed in a placeholder “all day” session that defaults to 00:00 the pick up times given by rezdy in your confirmation are calculated from this 00:00 session start time.
Group discounts are available when there are 4 or more passengers travelling under the same booking. To have the group discount applied to your order, please contact us via email and quote your order number and we will apply the discount to your order.
If you are arriving on a flight not listed this can not be done online – Please call us on 0477 245 941 – 07:00 – 19:00 ACST
Please be outside the front of your pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to your indicated pickup time.

On the 25th of each month we will load the next month’s timetable into Rezdy and update all bookings and send out an order confirmation with the corrected pickup times.
