Lucy your behaviour was disgusting in regards to this you were like a 2yr old having a tantrum because you didn't get what you want and i am calling you out for being a liar . Please explain in more detail how I was rude to you ? This claim is a actually a lie from you that I was rude I was calm ,I was well spoken ,I was direct with my explanation of our first process in what we require from you to begin a hire of our equipment and the first thing we require you to do is read our policy on our website and that is exactly what I asked you to do and the same as the other 12 people who hired equipment that same day and none of those 12 people that day had any problems with the first process of the hires by reading our rules nor the Thousands of other people over the years who have hired equipment but the first ever to is you with a problem and not wanting to comply As per our policy regarding hires we ask people to read out Hiring Policy on our website so you that you can read the rules in Black and White So here are the facts After I told you to read the policy a customer came along and whilst i was talking to them you pretend to get on your phone and fiddle around as if you were looking at our website but it was clear to me you weren't .My observations were also that if you had read it you would of put on a Tshirt whilst i was talking . I took my time with the customer as you weren't getting ready as mentioned above as our policy states with hiring equipment that you must wear a T-shirt and you weren't wearing one nor even looking like putting one on nor your friend as well so you were actually wasting your own time during that period and if you had began to put a Tshirt on i would of excused myself from the customer i was dealing with who obviously was not wasting my time like you were .So by not following my instructions on reading our policy I therefore knew without me even asking you had not read our policy at that point and here's where i catch you out as a liar After I dealt with the customer I asked both of you if you had been on our website and checked our hire policy which both of you clearly said "YES" I then said to you both well you need to wear a Tshirt and that you can't take Snorkelling equipment on a hire which i could see that there was some Snorkelling equipment in the bag that you wanted to take with you and you said "WHY CANT I TAKE SNORKELLING GEAR" in an argumentatuve manner to which i replied to you "It explains why you cant take Snorkelling equipment on our website" So thats where i cuaght you out in a BIG FAT LIE .So had you read it like you said you did you would not of even asked this question with our hiring policy .I then again asked you to read our hiring policy to explain why you cant take those items on a hire and you got even more argumentative and thats when your male friend made an effort to read some of our policy where you just wanted an argument about it all and i did not wish to engage in that argument and tried again to say "just look at our website" Your male friend then had a quick look and you began storming off carrying on like a child and then your male friend tried to walk alongside you and i could hear him try to explain to you the rules whilst you walked away but at this point you would not even listen to him .You refused to still read our policy and had a tantrum like a 2yr old because you didn't get your own way basically and were caught out in a lie .When you were walking away in a huff with your male friend you were also limping away when you walked so it was clear you have some sort of impairment with your legs I seen you about 15 minutes afterwards trying to snorkel in the shallow water on the beach near me and you kept glaring back at me like you wanted me to engage you in some sort of argument and if i was a rude person i could of easily done so but your mannerisms were childish it served me no purpose to engage further in your negative energy and i sat in the work bus where you couldn't see me .But what I noticed with you in the water when I seen you was that you could barely swim and would of been a high risk within a supervised group if you were on a tour and had we hired you the kayak you taken your own Snorkelling equipment you would of likely drowned without anyone even knowing you were being swept away in an unsafe current or swimming in a dangerous area that you would of been totally oblivious to as to what areas are safe around Double Island to snorkel around Below is the policy you refused to read Hires must bring a phone and be wearing a Tshirt - Dry bag will be provided for phone. Prohibited items for hires - Drugs, alcohol and snorkeling equipment, snorkeling is classed as a high risk activity by Insurance companies and Queensland State Laws, making it a supervised activity by trained personnel of the business operating the activity. You were refusing to wear a Tshirt and refusing to leave Snorkelling equipment behind for the hire so if you cant understand the first basic rule of reading our websites hire policy in black and white as you were initially asked to how were you going to follow any further instructions we were going to give you that were in more detail of an unsupervised hire and the tantrum was a classic Dummy Spit i wish I had of filmed it .But it's people like you who ruin it for others and a reason why we don't do many hires these days as people dont want to follow our rules and why we now focus mainly on tours. We never have any problems on our tours with people as you can see with our reviews We don't offer Snorkelling equipment for hires like you claimed so there's another lie from you .We do offer equipment on our tours but it is a supervised with fully trained guides It appears you think your above the Queensland Health and Safety Laws Workplace safety laws and are also exempt from my businesses Insurance policies and my company policies regarding safety Seriously grow up that was such a childish act of behaviour I don't need to be breaking laws just to suit you risking your life and that is why we have laws and rules in this country and thats so people like you don't endanger other people trying to save your life for committing a stupid act of behaviour lacking any coherent idea about safety
