Exceptional This was by far the highlight of my trip in Australia. Despite it being a windy and cold day .it was still amazing. Beginning with the arrival of the captain himself quite literally on time with Everything ready! The view to get To the yacht was crazy. The yacht itself was another one. Mr Michael the captain himself was VERY nice, informative and very inviting. Despite it being a solo tour the money was completely worth it. Now I don't know which was better the last spot we docked the yacht (beyond scenic, peaceful, no breeze,PERFECT place to do EVERYTHING) orrrr the seafood platter Mr Michael's wife made for me . The picture she sent me to see the platter before ordering did ABSOLUTELY NO justice. Theeee presentation almost took all of my phone's storage so I switched phones(thank God) the food ITSELF baring in mind I don't eat prawns was CRAZY. Every meat was FRESH . Thankfully she did too much so I took some home lol. I cant express my gratitude for them accommodating me and me only. I hope a 6 hour tour would be available next time I return to Australia. Thank you so much mr Michael and Mrs Lynda!

A night away like no other We had the most amazing experience for our overnight stay! The yacht was incredible, the scenery, the weather and the wonderful staff that ensured our stay ran smoothly. We will be back very soon!

Destress and unwind What a wonderful way to relax! My partner and I have been pretty stressed with the usual 'life' things lately and the overnight yacht stay was exactly what we needed to destress and unwind. Relax and watching the sun go down. We had the best time, relaxing and swimming. Read half a book, sitting down and laptop. Life goes to fast and this was great to talk and watch the world go by.

We had a wonderful 2.5 hour yacht trip on the Pittwater with Michael as our skipper. Everything was made easy, from confirmation, directions and options for our trip. The boat was beautiful and the seafood platter for four of us far exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back for an overnight trip or perhaps an afternoon of sailing and fishing.

Heavenly Twilight Sail I chose the twilight sail experience which was amazing! It was just the two of us and our skipper who picked us up from the Palm Beach ferry wharf in a small boat and took us out to the yacht. He was very personable and gave us some interesting insights about Pittwater. Our dinner was a lovely seafood platter which we enjoyed offshore at The Basin. As we sailed into the sunset, we enjoyed our BYO beer and wine and toasted the New Year. Thanks Michael & Lynda for an outstanding experience.

Celebrated our 17th wedding Anniversary onboard We celebrated our 17th wedding Anniversary on board. Michael and crew were very welcoming and lovely. We were met at the jetty, picked up and taken to the yacht. Michael explained all the ins and outs of the boat and left us to enjoy our time.

The yacht is well equipped, we brought our own dinner and grazing. We had a stunning sun set and I went for a swim in the late afternoon. Absolutely bliss, I would 1000% recommend this experience to disconnect and just be in the moment with your partner. We had a beautiful night sky full of stars and shooting stars. Brought some pillows and blankets from down below and relaxed under the stars while listening to music. The boat comes equipped with Bluetooth and speakers onboard so don’t bother bringing a portable speaker like we did.

It the morning we made breakfast rolls along with a fruit platter. we did some fishing but the fishes were asleep 🤣 we didn’t want to go home it was one of the most special and beautiful Anniversary celebrations we have had. Next time we want to add a skipper to our package to get some change of scenery.

Only thing I would recommend in the future the company looks at is their little row boats supplied in case you want to go ashore 🛶 something more sturdy would be great.

Lunch on board We were met on the dock by Ian and his daughter and taken to the yacht by tender; we headed out on the majestic waterways of the Pittwater, the weather was calm after three days of heavy rains and wind squalls, so we delighted in the conditions and looked forward to a great day together. The sails were up, and we entered that quiet spell of just wind, waves and the flap of the sails as we glided through the water, a bit of history was regaled by Ian, our skipper, as we watched the small bays and tiny hamlets of Great Mackerel Beach and Barrenjoey Head quietly pass by. After coming about, we sailed with the wind behind us and then headed into a secluded inlet to take a mooring while our lunch was served, a sumptuous seafood splendour, with tropical fruits and cheese selection. We ate and swam and relaxed as the afternoon crept up, it was soon time to leave and return to the real world. Thanks, guys, for a wonderful day our family certainly enjoyed every moment.

When work is just fun Our small team was lucky enough to book Taylor Made Escapes for a 3 hours sail and spent a perfect afternoon with Michael and Linda. They were the perfect hosts, giving just enough information about the area, the boat and interspersed with a few jokes to keep us laughing. They also gave us space to enjoy time together as a team whilst enjoying champagne and a generous platter. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will certainly be recommending by word of mouth as well.

Best surprise Wedding Anniversary ever. What an amazing afternoon and evening. We arrived at Pittwater to be greeted by Karri (lovely young lady) She took us to our yacht and explained all details. We headed out or a 90 minute sail and sampled a bit of sailing ourselves. This part of the world is just beautiful. Karri left us for the evening during which time we listened to music through the yachts blue tooth speakers and enjoyed a lovely cheese board and wine whilst watch the beautiful sunset and surrounds. The yacht was very clean and well equipped with all we needed. Waking with the yacht gently rocking and the sound of water lapping is unbelievable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Yacht is equipped with fishing gear (if you’re into it) and snorkels etc. It’s very cosy, comfy as can be and we loved it.
We personally would have loved if the yacht was moored further from the beach as you can hear the merry people on the beach and traffic, given the cost for a night!! Apart from that no complaints, and we loved the experience and we certainly were blessed with plenty of sunshine and fair weather. We were lucky enough to spend the day - which was our 10th wedding anniversary - on this incredible yacht with Skipper Michael who was absolutely amazing and made us the most delicious seafood platter we have ever had. We were even able to jump off for a refreshing swim to a beautiful beach. We are from Queensland and will make sure we visit NSW again just to sail with Taylor Made Escapes again. My partner and I celebrated our three year anniversary on one of the yachts. We opted for an overnight stay, 90 min sail and late check out. We could not have asked for a better experience. Michael who owns the business and was also our skipper was friendly, attentive and a wonderful host. Highly recommended, we will definitely re book again.

Living our Best Life ! This was our second attempt at taking up this Charter, first time we postponed due to weather and so glad we did! The weather was superb, Michael our Skipper was an expert sailor and he and my husband who has also sailed for many years, had many sailing characters from the past to share stories about. My husband took the helm most of the time, the yacht was clean, well presented, the seafood platter excellent (we now know where to get the best prawns), Michael was happy to head to any location in Pittwater and I had a fab swim at The Basin. Time went far too quickly and we could have sailed on through to sunset. Highly recommend and thank you !

An amazing night away! We had the most amazing time! Michael and Karry were so accommodating and made sure that we were settled.
Everything that we needed was in the yacht and we took our own food with us, so we did not need to leave at all. We enjoyed swimming and watching the beautiful sunset. There was a lightning show that evening and thankfully it was around us and not on top of us - truly spectacular! We even saw a turtle swimming past the next morning!

Honestly, I think it was a great deal for the price and experience. Michael was an excellent host/chaperone (who incidentally is from my hometown which was a pleasant surprise), and the yacht was gorgeous!

My husband David & I had the best experience with Taylor Made Escapes. We had originally booked our experience in February but we had to cancel because our daughter broke her leg. Michael was more than happy to postpone our experience to a date and time that suited us. Our skipper Jack was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions we asked about sailing. The seafood platter was so fresh & delicious. It was a day that we will never forget. We will definitely be using Taylor Made Escapes in the future.

We had a very special night on Pittwater. Michael picked us up at the wharf shortly after the arrival time and our platter & champagne was waiting on the sailboat in the esky. We stayed over night and found the sailboat had everything we needed. The sailboat is moored relatively close to land so you can easily row ashore in the dinghy for a coffee or dinner if needed (recommend this for experienced rowers only).

Home away from home What a wonderful overnight stay on the water. The yacht is beautiful and has all the luxuries to feel very at home. We enjoyed fishing, watching the sunset and cooking on board.

Seeing dolphins was an absolute treat and Michael made certain we got enough of them by circling and patiently giving us ample time.

Surprised my husband with an overnight yacht experience for our anniversary and had a lovely time.
Beds were cozy, kitchen setup is solid, sunset views are lovely. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because sleeping on the water can be a bit noisy, but I was surprised how relaxing it was to be rocked to sleep by the waves. Thank you for a beautiful and unique experience!

Stayed here for a night back in April for my Boyfriends 30th! It was amazing best experience ever! Michael was so lovely and Jack brought us out on our 90 minute sail who just made the experience so much fun! Will definitely be booking to go back soon with a group of friends! :)

Fabulous weekend We opted for the 2 hour sail as well and that was a real highlight. We loved that we were met by friendly crew who made everything easy for us. Also it was great to be able to speak to Michael with any questions or texts in the lead-up to the weekend.
