CANCELLATION POLICY: Please choose your tour carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong product. For cancellation within 48 hours of departure no refund or credit will be granted. Cancellation 3-7 days prior to the tour date will incur a 20% fee. Minimum numbers are required for tour confirmation. Should the minimum participant number not be reached, or the tour be cancelled due to weather, your tour can be transferred to another date or similar tour, or a full refund will be offered. Ningaloo Coral Bay Boats reserves the right to cancel or amend tours at any time. Cancellation may occur on the day of the tour, and can be due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, late passenger cancellations affecting minimum numbers, low passenger numbers, safety of guests or any other unexpected event. Ningaloo Coral Bay Boats reserves the right to refuse entry to the vessel or water if the skippers, guides, or employees deem the person does not have the required swimming ability, is a potential danger to themselves or others, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Ningaloo Coral Bay Boats does not guarantee wildlife sightings or interactions, however we do endeavour to provide the best experience possible.
