Hello Vesna, I enjoyed having your group on tour with me and when we parted ways, you and the girls had nothing but kind words to say and thanks to give. Comments were made on the day by the girls, saying you all loved to support small business doing it tough and could see the care I take with my guests and appreciated that. While we were on tour you were all very happy with the service provided and told me so multiple times. I am now shocked to read this review considering the circumstances around your booking and the quote given for your tour one week prior to your trip in Tasmania. If there was an issue on the day, why did you not raise it with me so as I could have fixed it? To start, on your arrival airport transfer, I provided you a free trip back to town for your restaurant booking after the airport transfer. The airport transfer was charged at $70 which you knew about 1 week prior to arrival and I provided free transport aswell. Concerning the private tour, I quoted you $110 Per Person for a group of 7 pax and even gave you a discount by not charging for one pax (Birthday Girl), which you were most happy about when when we discussed your tour on the phone one week prior to your trip to Tasmania. This is also the same price as displayed on my website for a private / personalised day tour. So I am shocked at how I can possibly over charge you, when it is right there on my website and agreed to by you over the phone one week prior? If you were not happy about the quoted price for the tour, why did you accept happily and proceed with the booking one week prior? Your statement is untrue and hurtful as I never and never will rip anyone off!!! As to the requested return airport transfers the day after the tour, a quote was NEVER given for these verbally by me ever. Hearsay in the back of the van is not a quote, you never verbally confirmed a quoted price with me either? As to the price, you were charged $50 each way the same as an Uber or Taxi would have cost you. You for some reason? assumed I would do an airport transfer service for $20 each way + waiting time at the airport? When I completed the two transfers only then did you pay me and asked me how much and you did not argue the price. The cost was $70 for one way when you arrived on day one, so how we ended up here I am not sure? So I remain shocked and hurt by your words and untrue statements. There is and always will be cheaper companies out there, cheaper does not always equal better. If you sought much cheaper rates why did you book me in the first place and accept the quote given? I would have rathered you book another cheaper company and be happy then be unhappy. I focus on providing a punctual, quality, honest and friendly service at all times. Despite the above, in true Tasmanian spirit I wish you and all the girls, all the best on your future travels and trips to Tasmania with whomever you decide to travel with.
