Start times may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances. • Adventure Activity Advisory & Safety Acknowledgement:
 Jet ski tours and hires are adventure activities that can involve inherent risks. Poseidon Adventure Jet ski tours maintains high safety standards, trained guides, and established safety procedures, but risks cannot be completely eliminated. • All participants must sign and agree to a Liability Release & Safety Waiver before participating. • Participants must notify staff of any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect their ability to safely participate. • Participants must understand and follow all safety briefings and instructions in English. • We encourage guests to obtain their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or personal circumstances. • Notification of Changes: We reserve the right to change itineraries due to varying factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety considerations, or unforeseen operational requirements. Any necessary changes will be communicated to participants as promptly as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided at booking. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is current and accurate. • Flexibility and Cooperation: We will work with you to reschedule where possible but are not liable for costs, inconvenience, or losses due to changes. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: • Up to 48 hours before start: Cancel for a refund minus a 1.9% processing fee. • Up to 24 hours before start: Reschedule or convert to a gift voucher (valid 12 months). • Within 24 hours of start: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable. • Company-Initiated Cancellations: • If Poseidon Adventure Jet ski tours must cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we will first attempt to reschedule or provide a gift voucher. • If neither option is feasible, a full refund will be provided. 3. Minimum Numbers for Tours and Hires Poseidon Adventure Jet ski tours may require minimum participant numbers for certain tours or hires. Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards. • Valid for use at Poseidon Adventure Jet ski tours until the printed expiry date. • Hold no cash value and are non-refundable. • If the purchase exceeds the voucher/card value, the balance must be paid by another method. • Remaining balances are non-transferable and non-refundable. • Poseidon Adventure Jet ski tours reserves the right to amend voucher terms as required by law. 5. Conditions of Payment • Full payment is required to secure all bookings. • Poseidon Adventure Jet ski tours reserves the right to charge up to $5,000 for: 
– Loss or damage to watercraft or equipment.
 – Cancellation of future bookings due to damage caused.
– Minimum inspection payment of $300 for all rollovers (no exemptions). 6. Use of Watercraft • Minimum Driver Age: 16 years. • Drivers under 18 must have a guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. • Drivers under 18 cannot carry another passenger under 18—they may only ride solo or with a passenger aged 18 or older. • Minimum Passenger Age: 7 years. • Maximum Passenger Load: 2 persons including skipper (max 200 kg). • Watercraft Care: Hirers must use reasonable care to avoid damage and will be responsible for any negligence, misuse, or operation in unsuitable conditions. • Operation Limits: Watercraft must not be operated under the influence of alcohol or judgment-impairing substances.
