What a great experience, not having used a segway before, Tony was an excellent instructor and guide. We were able to see so much in such a relatively short time and places where we would not have ventured on our own. We would strongly recommend this activity. Thanks Tony, we had a great experience.

A fun filled 2 hours, and really unique. Crazy fun, took a while to master it but totally entertaining! The tour was over 2 hours, probably because I was slower on them than average. However there was no pressure from our lovely guide and he made the whole thing relaxed and fun. Lovely scenery as well, really worth doing.

My family and I really enjoyed our tour with Tony. He was very patient and training us and ensuring we were confident on the Segways. He also took time to explain some os Albany's amazing history. Thanks Tony.

The Summit to Sea Segway tour is very fun and safe. We have a great time zigzagging at the beach! A must-do if you are visiting Albany!

I was surprised at how quickly we learnt to control our Segways and it was a lot of fun.

The BEST fun!!! This was so much fun. I highly recommend it! If you've never ridden a Segway before, you must!!! Tony, our guide, gave very easy instructions to lean how to ride the segway, and it didn't take long at all to feel comfortable riding it. The tour itself was fabulous but really it was riding the segway's that was the most fun. We went up and down quite steep hills with no trouble at all, and the best bits were the bush bashing we did and then riding on the beach. I was astounded how comfortable I felt on the segway on uneven terrain. The views were spectacular.

Fantastic fun Amazing fun - loved every second of it. Easy training before you begin, then off you go down roads, footpaths and then into the bush until you get to the beach for a zoom! Great fun and would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely do it again when we are in Albany next time.

Tony, our guide and trainer was excellent. He took the time to show us how to use the Segways safely and his encouragement and guidance is first class.
I can highly recommend the tour around Anzac hill & Mt Clarence and look forward to doing the beach tour one day.

Nothing to worry about, just do it As someone who struggles with confidence on bicycles, this was destined to be outside my comfort zone. The first 20 mins were a little bit “yikes” but Tony has a way of settling the nerves and before I knew it, you couldn’t wipe the smile of my face. We managed negotiating a couple of tricky areas but mostly you’re able to relax, take in the scenery and commentary. Two hours flew by. So so glad we did this Segway tour!

An absolute must!!! An absolute must in Albany! Great way to keep the teens and yourself happy while in the area. The 2 hour tour starts off with a tutorial ( a must for those who have not used a Segway before) then steady away around the war memorial area. Then off road! This is the highlight, rugged landscape , in and out of bush and then onto the beach. So much fun you will have a smile on your face the whole time. Tony was a star of a tour guide.

Great fun Fabulous fun and the scenery was great. I had ridden a segway before but my partner was a first timer we both had great fun some of the terrain was quite challenging but we felt safe and looked after by our guide. Even with the rain it was the best tour.

Go Segways! This is a great experience! We've done a couple of segway tours but this was the most fun and most challenging. Not everyone had been on a segway before but everyone was well into it by the time we had finished. Tony is a great teacher and guide. We traveled all over the place on many surfaces including the beach and we were safely guided all the way.

Tony is very nice and responsible segway tour guide. We felt very comfortable to safety especially with children. We enjoyed the tour when Tony took us around in the segway. Highly recommended experience as a family and highly recommend Tony as your tour guide. But book on time and ahead. We didn't and have to wait for the next day available slot.

Great ride. Karl will show you how to ride a Segway then he'll take you sightseeing around some key spots in Albany including several lookouts, the top of a hill, a boardwalk, the beach, off road tracks then some big cannons. Total Time is about 90 minutes. There's an audio guide. Bring a cap if you don't like to wear public helmets on your hair. A safety vest is provided. Riding a Segway is initially strange but just keep your waist pushed forward onto the steering column and you'll be fine (or arch your back to make it straight). To turn, make sure you physically turn the handle bar left or right instead of just expecting your body to turn the machine. You should get the hang of it in about ten minutes. Karl is a big gentle guy that will care of you.
