Booking conditions and cancellation policy – Birds Eye View Ningaloo operates flights daily on demand. It reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions, availability of aircraft and pilots as well as air traffic control. Birds Eye View Ningaloo has a 48-hour non-refundable cancellation policy. If you cancel your flight within the 48-hour window, the full amount of the flight(s) booked will be charged if we do not fill your timeslot. An $99 late-change fee is charged for rescheduling your flight to a different day within the 48-hour window. No shows will be charged the full flight amount. If cancellation is due to weather and you can not reschedule you will receive a full refund minus any credit card merchant fees. Refunds are to be processed from the same merchant as payment. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. In the event of a natural disaster or health crisis Birds Eye View reserve the right to only offer customers credit vouchers for flights that can not go ahead on day of booking. If refunds are issued at the discretion of Birds Eye View there will be a 20% admin fee. Tour price is final at time of booking, no retrospective discounts or promotional codes can be applied once ticket price is confirmed. Any available promotional codes and discounts can be applied to direct bookings to Birds Eye View only. All gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue and can be used for making a booking with Birds Eye View Ningaloo only. Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry. Bookings must be made directly by calling 0427 996 833 or online.
