– All offshore cruises are dependent on suitable weather and sea conditions – Minimum numbers apply – In the event of cancellation by Imagine Cruises (due to adverse weather/sea conditions, or minimum numbers not being met), cruise may be rescheduled. Alternatively, a full refund will be given. – 24 hours notice is required for customer cancellations. Full refund will be provided less 20% administration fee. – No refund issued in the event of cancellations without sufficient notice or for late arrivals. – Change of departure date/time incurs no charge but is subject to availability.
