The Itinerary for Your Unforgettable Day in The Yarra Valley



  • ​​8.40am – We meet at “The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia”, Flinders Street, 3000 to depart promptly at 9am.

(This is directly opposite 154 Flinders Street) – A 2 minute walk from Melbourne’s main train station – Flinders Street Railway Station.


  • 10.15am – We arrive at Soumah Wines to sample a variety of red and white wines.


  • 11.30am – St Huberts Cellar Door to sample four of their well-known wines. Don’t feel like wine? Let us treat you to a can of beer or cider instead?

    How about a spirit tasting?

    For a small fee, you can pay for a gin or whisky tasting at St Huberts Cellar Door!

    Talk about spoilt for choice!?


  • 12.30pm – Quarters Restaurant @ Hubert Estate, where we all sit on one or two tables together, where we all order and pay for our own lunch and drinks. (If you don’t want to join for lunch, you can walk over to the cellar door and buy yourself a drink whilst enjoying the artwork they have on display in the indigenous art gallery on the floor below).

OR

  • – Lunch at Domaine Chandon. If you want to separate from the group and have a slightly more fine dining lunch experience, then you can make your own lunch booking at Chandon. It is very important to contact us to ask us what time to make your Chandon reservation for, as we often run two tour vehicles on the same day. You will have to notify us of this the day before your wine tour please!
(Lunch at Chandon will mean you miss the 11.30am wine tasting at St Huberts with the rest of the group).


  • 2pm -Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery for a guided tasting of 10 different mouth-watering chocolates to sample. After the informative talk, feel free to buy yourself a generously portioned gelato to quickly enjoy before getting on bus to head to the last winery of the day.

OR

  • 2pm – Yarrawood Estate. If The Chocolaterie isn’t your thing, then let your driver know at lunch and they will happily take you to Yarrawood Estate Winery where you can buy yourself a glass of wine. Or we can also take you to Balgownie Estate early where you can buy yourself a drink before we arrive with the rest of the group and pay for your wine tasting.

  • 2.45pm – We arrive at our last stop of the day, Balgownie Estate, for wine tastings with a view!


  • ​​​​​​​​3.30pm – Depart from Yarra Valley to be back to Flinders Street between 4.55pm-5.20pm.

​​We share the music, so you can pitch in with the Spotify playlist if you love your music whilst driving.​

Any cancellation more than 24 hours away from the tour start time WILL RECEIVE A COMPLETE REFUND! :) Any cancellation within 24 hours of the tour start time will NOT receive any refund at all. All children between the age of 7 years and 17 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under the age of 7 years old are not permitted on the tour due to local safety laws. Please make sure that you have an incredibly fun day, whilst trying new wines and listening to good music whilst meeting new people from all over the world.
