Wake up staff I went with my daughter and grandson,it was Sunday morning. The staff were literally yawning, leaning on the desk, its like they were all hungover.Had to ask for small gloves for 6year old, given adults, rude staff, customers laughing at how disinterested the staff were.

Terrible experience Not even worth it. I slipped on the second level and couldn’t get back up. Even worse I shouted for help and nobody came and helped me.

Visited Treetops Central Coast today with my nephew and it was fantastic! Set right in the middle of the Ourimbah forest, the park has courses suited to all ages, with ziplines, suspended bridges and really fun obstacles. My nephew had an absolute blast and I loved the adventure too. Staff were friendly and clearly focused on safety. Highly recommend it for a fun family day outdoors!

I would like to preface this review by saying that I was not asked or encouraged to post one. We simply had such a fantastic experience at Treetops Adventure Central Coast that I genuinely felt compelled to share it!
We visited with our three nieces and had the most thrilling and memorable time. The girls were a little apprehensive at first, but from the moment we arrived, we were met by the most wonderful, friendly and encouraging team who immediately made us feel comfortable and excited for the adventure ahead.
A very special mention has to go to Ben, who was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about making sure we had a great time. He happily walked us through everything, encouraged us along the way and made the whole experience feel both safe and exciting.
At one point on the Red course, I completely got cold feet at one of the obstacles and genuinely wasn't sure I could do it. Ben took the time to talk me through the technique, calmly explained how to approach it and helped me work through my fear. That encouragement made such a difference — and yes, I did it! 😊
What stood out to us most was that this wasn't just a team doing their job. There was a genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people challenge themselves, overcome their fears and, most importantly, have fun.
We left feeling exhilarated, proud of ourselves and with some wonderful memories together as a family. Our nieces absolutely loved it, and so did we!
A huge thank you to Ben and the entire team at Treetops Adventure Central Coast for such a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, thrilling and memorable day out.

Our kids absolutely love this activity. They played the Junior course—please note that adults aren’t allowed to take part in the Junior course; adults can only supervise from the side.

They also really enjoyed their “Networld” area. Finally, I’d recommend booking tickets in advance, especially for weekends during school holiday periods.

10/10 💛

Went to Tree Tops Adventure with our friends last week and had an absolute blast! It’s such a great activity for both adults and kids – something for everyone to enjoy.

The course was well set up, safe, and surrounded by beautiful nature. It felt awesome to challenge ourselves on the ropes and zip lines while getting out of the city and into the trees.

Big shoutout to the staff too — they were all so friendly and nice, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe before starting.

If you live in Sydney and want to try something new, this is 100% for you. Perfect way to spend a day exploring new adventures in nature and making memories with friends or family.

We’ll definitely be back!

This is fantastic for kids aged 3 and up S well as adults alike. Theres a wonderful net play area for those in their first time with jumpy nets and a ball pit. You can spend 2 hours in it. Also various tree top rope courses. Our son did the 3-7 year old and there was a good range of courses and we thought Harpers instructions support was fantastic. We thoroughly recommend this place

Great-Fun-Full of laughter-exhausting 2nd time visiting- my daughter and I enjoyed it- very sore the next day (muscles havnt been used for a while). Start on the blue/green first- we did red and red only and was exhausted after it. Lovely atmosphere- friendly and kind staff. I’ll come back when I’m fitter. Loved the cafe on site this time- necessity after finish a course

Awesome place for the whole family to get out and have an adventure. Great staff, clear instructions, great equipment, was a good workout and the kids forgot they even had phones! We will be going again. Don't forget to book ahead.

This was such a fun place to experience adventure.
My partner and I loved it. We tried both the zipcoaster adventure and the ropes course.

It was challenging (at parts), which made it more empowering and fun once you accomplished those obstacles.

Great for confidence building, if you’re wanting to test your strength and stamina, to try something new and overcome challenges - then this is perfect for you.

Would make a great team building exercise too.

Highly recommend trying this place out. Lots of fun.

A special mention to both Noah and Alex- they were really helpful and made the experience smooth and easy for us (with a few laughs in between 😅) - thank you.

We bought the kids here for one of their birthdays and it was absolutely amazing!! So much fun! My plan was just to sit and watch.. but it was no time at all I was up in those nets having the time of my life with the kids and hubby.
The stuff that were very friendly and explain the safety of it all very well. Even observe them handle a very difficult customer very respectfully even though they are getting spoken to like shite. Thankyou for having us. We've recommended this place to a couple of people since we've been there and we'd definitely come back.
The amenities that were available were nice and clean and the bush Turkey's were a real laugh. You can also sit back and watch people do the zip lining which was a bonus also

Amazing professional friendly staff. This is was my first time and the staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had and reassured me about safety and a half way out option if the challenge felt too difficult. I also met other lovely encouraging people along the way.

Treetops Zipcoaster. So much fun 5 star review to Jasmine and Will who went above and beyond to make our Zipcoaster rides today great fun. What a fun way to spend the morning.

It is a great facility. Staff are fab. The zipcoasting is very jarring on corners. Wear pants as you have a strap pulled through your legs. A bit of a climb up a track to take off point too. Alot to love. But i feel it would be more fair if you were more transparent about the fitness level required and appropriate clothing so ladies/young girls aren't embarassed.

Wonderful experience! As an unfit lady and first time doing this, I found the coursee are very challenging, even from the easiest course. But I enjoyed every moment of it.
I'm very grateful to the staff for their patience and supports during their rescue.

We went to Networld which is part of the Treetops Adventure Centre.

Great place for both adults and kids. Tickets give you 2 hours worth of play time but honestly you will be exhausted after 60 to 90 minutes!

Staff were truly exceptional. Really friendly and helpful which made the experience that much better.

Bad experience I booked and paid for a Zipcoaster session advertised as “Allow 1-hour.”
In reality, the session was ended after about 30 minutes, and I was told I was only allowed two rides.

This limitation was not clearly explained at the time of booking or before the session started. When I asked to use the remaining time or complete one final ride within the booked hour, staff refused and said it was my fault for “riding too fast.”

The issue is not the ride itself, but the misalignment between what is advertised and what is actually delivered. A 1-hour session should reasonably allow participation for the full hour, or the ride limit should be made very clear in advance.
I hope this feedback helps future customers make an informed decision and encourages clearer communication from the operator.

Their scales were out, so weigh heavier than you are, don't book if 116kg or more.
Kids will love it though, well worth the visit

Treetops Networks is loads of fun for the kids and adults. Large nets are suspended above the trees and there are a number of different netted areas to play in. Including a ball pit, soccer area, hammocks and one area with massive inflated balls!!

There is also heaps of tables and seating for large and small groups including parties. Toilets are a bit of a walk but not far.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

The staffs there are so kind and so good with kids. There were two girls that served us that I didn’t know their name, they were so kind and friendly and approachable. Also, Jo was the one helped our kid dressed, educated and encouraged him to do his level one trail. Shout out how great he is with interacting and leading little human.

This place is superb. Booked for zip line coasting. All adults and one kid. Fun ride.
Will surely tell the owner or manager to organise some mechanical equipment to carry the pulley.

If you are looking to get your kids away from electronic devices and get active, this is the place to go have some fun. The duration of 2.5 hours is too short when there weren’t any staffs stationed at each stations to provide assistance when needed say latching onto the ropes etc. Time was wasted when children were trying to figure it out or someone else to get staffs to come on site. The absence of staffs at each stations to monitor if the children are accompanied by adults also poses a safety hazard. We have seen so many children who were under the specified age or height tackled courses clearly not suitable for them. Hence, I am only giving 3 stars.

Good for kids, see the website for who can do what, lots of restrictions around age and weight. The trampoline area is a fun thing to do after the road course.

Great holiday activity if you are looking for something to do with the family. It caters to most ages with different courses. My daughters and I chose to do the zip line. Great fun, the staff were friendly and looked after us.

Found this quite dangerous. I think there should be more workers supervising. My sister climbed to the top of one of the black levels (hardest) and realised she wasn't attached and could have easily fallen and been a tragedy. If someone was supervising to make sure everyone latches on properly would be my suggestion.
Also, once you are up there and someone goes behind you. You are quite literally stuck up there till you finish the course which I didn't like.

Fantastic experience, fantastic service and gorgeous views. it is a lot of fun and very secured. Team members are Legend.

advice take the option Phone lanyard if you do not have one and drink water before your session.

SO MUCH FUN!!! Came to TreeTops central coast today and had so much fun.
We did the Net World circuit and loved it.
There was different sections such as a ball pit a section with humongous balls and inflatable cylinders to roll around in another with lots of smaller exercise balls and narrow suspended bridges.
Definitely recommended for all ages was great fun the kids had a blast and we played for the whole 2 hour session.
Well worth it!
The customer service from the staff at TreeTops was really good, they were all very lovely and answered all the questions my kids had.
We will definitely we trying out TreeTops in other locations around Sydney.

We did the NetWorld activity with our little ones (ages almost-2 to almost-6) and we all loved it! It's such a unique experience! It's way off the ground, yet the nets are so strong and secure, and you generally don't feel afraid of heights at all. None of the kiddos were scared. We enjoyed the ball pit and the huge spaces up in the nets to run around and bounce it. Definitely worth the price for the hour!
Wear closed-toed shoes, and know that you can't take anything up with you except a phone and your car keys - no hard-brimmed hats, no jewelry, no watches, etc.

Highly recommend, courses for all fitness levels. Staff were helpful when kids got stuck.

Treetops Adventure Central Coast is an absolute gem for families. We took our kids there last weekend and they had a blast! The place is well-maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The adventure courses were challenging and fun, keeping the kids entertained and engaged the entire day. Safety is clearly a priority here, which is something we really appreciated. Treetops Adventure is a must-visit on the Central Coast for families with kids. We can't wait to return for another day of thrilling adventures!

love it. Good for adults and kids :) we did booking from online . And Very good staff too

Great few courses. Completed the beginner, intermediate and advanced with a 9 year old. Give indications of reach heights per course which are worth noting. Staff were always around if you needed help with anything. Well run and worth booking and filling in waiver forms pre arrival.

Kids had a fantastic time. Staff went above and beyond and were fabulous. Would go again for sure.

Memorable Day Team of two., one adult and one child (14 years). Covered the three courses Blue, Red and Black between 1230 and 1515 Hrs. Had a blast of a time. The team on the ground were wonderful. Thank you for making this a memorable day.

An excellent day out for the whole family! Staff assist the kids and surprisingly, as young as three can learn how to navigate the climb. Highly recommended!

Great fun! Some mid. aged people managed the challenge. Some wobbly tree ladders to negotiate. My 15yo indoor rock climber, found it challenging enough.

Super-charged afternoon, much energy expended having great fun. Some in the group were pushed to their limit, but there's a progression of levels, so you can call it quits at anytime. The red & black levels are a real workout! Well designed & maintained.

Waste of time, very disappointing After their “upgrade” of harness/leash system you do nothing but wait to move forward so if you have all day book all day. Kids and adults getting tangled with the safety ropes especially when you have to climb the ladder. Waited on one course about 30 min and gave up. Changed to another course hoping will be better: same story - gave up after half an hour waiting on one of the platforms. My kids the same. Couldn’t finish any of the courses and then it was closing time. Have been told by staff member: part of experience. Joke, I don’t thing will go again. I understand safety reasons to change system. Of course if you don’t move you are not going to get injured. Waste of time and money.

You don’t need kids as an excuse to partake in Treetop Adventures. It’s great fun for adults too. We (29&30 y.o) undertook the tree top courses as an adventurous way to spend our long weekend.

Right off the bat the staff were lovely and friendly. Instructions on how to operate the fall arrest system was clear and simple. No need to clip on, clip off constantly. It was very cool. The most complex set of actions (and one that resulted in long queues) was clipping onto a course.

We completed the beginner, half of an advanced and an expert course during 2.5hrs session. The expert course is quite the workout and requires a moderate amount of strength especially to ascend the first ladder. Would recommend strong wrists for climbing/descending ladders, strong thighs to get yourself across wobbling obstacles and some twist proof ankles.

Really had the best time with the family today! The beginners course was awesome for the kids to play on, and the person who was showing us what to do was really engaged and made the introduction fun and when we needed help it was super quick. Time slot leaves plenty of time to have fun too.

I attended Tree Tops Central Coast on a quiet day with my 9 year old for her birthday. Paul, the manager seemed genuinely happy to be running the activities and making sure his customers were having a great time. My kids have not stopped talking about how much they loved it and they can’t wait to return again! 5/5

Great day out with the kids. Paul is great with children, making instructions easy to follow, and fun! Kids were sad to leave. Great facilities considering we’re out in the wilderness. Portaloos are in fantastic, posh condition, drink stall looks to be offering hot drinks too. Lots of picnic tables for get comfy with your own snacks.
Honestly, couldn’t speak highly enough of this day out. Our kids used the junior courses and the over 8 years courses. Lots of challenges and thrilling adventures. Thanks to the team and we’ll see you guys again soon!

Excellent Service Excellent customer service, we recently used a voucher for 2 adults entry to the course, the price of entry had changed since purchasing the voucher and the computer system was asking us to pay the difference but they honoured it anyway which was awesome. Courses were progressively more challenging, catering for all levels of climbers. We enjoyed our session climbing.

Tree Top Adventure in the Central Coast is the one we visited for a family outing before my son is moving for a year to UK for his fellowship training. Though I was scared to go on the adventure, my husband went with my son and daughter-in- law, all 3 enjoyed the great fun. I was their photographer. Since it was the week day, we and one other family were there, so we thoroughly enjoyed the adventure, though we felt $59/person a bit pricey.

Great fun for our group of 4 adults. We were worried that this was an activity primarily for kids (based on some other reviews and some packages available) but higher level ropes courses are quite challenging. My (very fit) father aged 65+ really enjoyed the challenge.

This family friendly elevated net park offers a great opportunity for the kids (and kids at heart!) to jump and explore the many zones ranging from a quiet relaxing zone for younger kids and toddlers to a full blown high energy area with inflatables! For us an hour was sufficient and having the first session of the day meant it wasn't that busy. A great way to burn through the school holiday energy ????????‍♂️????‍♀️????????

We loved the location in the Ourimbah State Forest ; the courses were challenging and fun and the staff were really friendly; we have enjoyed many of The Treetops locations, but this one stood out for us ; highly recommended!

Fun but expensive.
No supervision on the treetops at all. Twice we had to get someone on the ground to get a staff member to sort out a problem.
Very little food - ice creams drinks and nasty coffee. Not even expensive food!
Ladies bathroom is unpleasant with sanitary disposal resting on your thigh as you sit. Yuk. And no hand towels. None nada zilch. I asked.

The variety of courses look good and my 6 year old had fun challenging herself in the junior area. Staff were always on hand and were friendly and knowledgeable. They were good with kids and building their confidence.

Such a great day here! A full 2 hours of non stop laughter! Just take your own food and drinks. All will enjoy, unless you're a little uneasy with heights ????

I had an amazing experience at Treetop Adventure Park Central Coast! It's nestled in a picturesque forested area, making it a true gem. The staff were fantastic, providing excellent recommendations, advice, and coaching. The park offers affordable options suitable for various age groups, although children under 3 years old will need supervision (except on Tuesdays, which are dedicated to

We came for network which is like a collection of netted trampolines up in the trees and it was sooooooo fun. Our whole family had a great time and we laughed a lot. The trampolines go through the trees and there's different areas with different things to do - like a little ball pit, some giant bowling, a hoop and hammocks. Staff were very friendly and helpful and parking easy but down a semi dirt road.

Jeremy is an absolute star and a credit to your company. My son has ASD and so climbing and balancing was really hard for him, but Jeremy was incredibly patient, kind and compassionate. He didn't rush my son or make him feel bad about holding the other kids up. Jeremy truly made this trip 100% worth it - if not for him, I don't think we would have had a good time at all what with my son's fear. Thanks to him, my son feels a million bucks and felt like he had faced and conquered a fear. That is priceless. 'As long as he leaves here with a smile on his face, nothing else matters,' said Jeremy. Well, both my sons certainly did, but what you did for my youngest will always matter to us all.

Great fun I know a lot of these around the world and I can say that one is a great fun! Nice instructors, good instructions! We had fun on all colors of routes

We absolutely love taking the children here. They have been coming since they were tall enough for the child’s course and now they are 6&8 and experts in the trees! My husband and I love coming in for just the adult course and have been going to the ourimbah in particular since they opened. Best date location ever !

We really enjoy the updates to the park this year. And networld is a blast !
I recommend tree tops and networkd for couples , friends , work groups and family’s. Staff are always extremely helpful, polite and kind. Even when your child is refusing to move on the tree flying fox.

Come check them out today or book a party !

Great experience, safe n fun activities for kids and all age groups. Easy access to farms, shops and parking

The kids LOVE Networld (next door to Treetops) !! Our second visit and they still had so much fun jumping around on the nets, chasing each other and throwing giant orb balls at one another!

Great activity for all the family Loved the activities here. A great place for all ages. But must bring mosquito repellent! No shops, so bring snacks too.

We had an amazing time. The courses are all ages. You can choose and go at your own pace. Great for a bonding exercise too.

Amazing staff & a fun challenge for the kids Took my 5 and 8 year old sons to TreeTops Central Coast. They had a blast and loved the changes made to the courses. We did the young kids course, even though my 8 year old is ready for the next level, so they could do it together. Had to hop on here to leave a review to say way to go to TreeTops for the level of upkeep to the courses and the improvements they have made. I also have to give a big pat on the back to the absolutely fantastic staff. Cheerful, helpful, encouraging, chatty with the kids, attentive I can't say enough positive adjectives about them all!
