Dundee Beach Boat Hire is reliable and professional in their services. Punctuality is a key highlight which means the launch times were also expected from the hirer. We were slightly late, but they accommodated after we made a call to them. The boat was well maintained with 2 eskies on board. There was a good safety briefing at the start and off we went. Being the first time piloting such a craft, it was a learning experience for us and it took a while getting accustomed to the throttle. If you intend to go out and are not familiar with the sea, this service is not for you. This is a self-drive service that caters to people who are competent with the sea . The staff helping us delaunch the boat was extremely patient with us, especially during the delaunching process. It took us several tries before we could park the boat onto the trailer. Your patience was much appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend Dundee Beach Boat Hire. Trustworthy and professional.

DONT USE CON MAN This guy gave us the assumption the boat could be picked up and used as trailor boat. Then found out it couldnt be and told the guy, he then made out we had kept our booking and took 50% of our money.
This guy is a thieving con-man STAY AWAY.

Highly recommend, we had a great day out, the boat was in great condition and had everything we needed, so handy having multiple eskies on board, the Lowrance on board had so many spots marked that it made it easy to choose where to go. Special thanks to Bradon for making the launch and land process so easy, we let him know when we were about 10 minutes from the boat ramp and by the time we got there, he had the trailer in the water ready for me to drive straight on. The whole process from being able to book online to end of hire was so simple and seamless. Thanks for a great experience Mick! Definitely going to plan a week long fishing trip up here as soon as we can get back.

Mick's boats are very well setup with electric anchors, sounders, GPS, safety gear and everything you could wish for for a day on the reef or up the river. The polycraft handle the water really well. Mick is a great bloke to deal with and passes on years of local knowledge to help make your fishing trip successful. We have been back time and again and highly recommend this company.

Mick runs an operation that provides anglers with everything required to make this a truly memorable experience and along with Rick and Luke the team is always happy to go the extra mile. The launch and retrieve service negates the need for a tow vehicle and if staying at the Holiday Park everything is within a short walk. I highly recommend the service that Mick and his team provide.

We had three big days fishing the Finnis and reefs off Dundee Beach. Before, during and after our hire Mick was very helpful. The boats are first class. Robust, quick and handled the offshore chop with ease. All the gear, radios, plotter, windlass, motor, etc worked perfectly which let us concentrate on the fishing. Mick gave us great tips and advice. We caught heaps. I cannot recommend more highly. We will be back.

My son and I hired one of the 6 metre blue water boats for three days. We had a fantastic time and caught lots of fish. The boat was perfect for us. Mick was very friendly and helpful. We would tell him what fish we wanted to target and he would point out the spots to try on the GPS. The spots he suggested certainly worked for us. Could not have asked for better.

Awesome day out on water! They made it extremely simple - put boat in and out for us, pointed us in right direction with places to try, supplied nice roads etc. Cheaper than 1 person on a charter almost. Beautiful. Just do it.

Brilliant day out cruising the coastline! Very friendly staff and clean well maintained fishing boats the 6M Bluewater Explorer was great for a day out. Mick provided a wealth of information and Adam was of great assistance.

We booked a 4.5m boat for the day from Dundee Beach. Unfortunately because of the wild winds we couldn’t launch from Dundee but Mick was kind enough to set up our boat launch from another boat ramp. They got us set up with everything we needed (crab pits, rods and reels, tackle box etc) so we didn’t need to bring much at all with us. Rick and Adam did a great job pulling our boat in at the end of the day (they were very patient with us as one of our carb pots took half an hour to retrieve so we were late for the pick up!!). Highly recommend this company for your boat hire!

We had the boat booked for 3 days. Mick took into account what was biting & what we wanted to do & suggested spots to try. He was spot on. We did really well for our 1st time fishing the area & caught some great fish. Thanks also to Adam for dropping the boat in & pulling us out every day. The boats are perfect for offshore & inshore fishing. I would have loved an electric for the Barra fishing, but understand why the boats don't have them. All up it was worth every cent & I can't wait to go back!

Quick fish! Went out on the waters with one of the boats from dbbh and the boat was great. Had heaps of points on the GPS and there was room enough for all of us. Great day.

Best Fishing trip Awesome experience, their boat is equipped with all the safety equipment and sounder that will point you where the good spots around Dundee. MIck showed us where to catch the mackerel and advised us how to get it and boom landed our first mackerel in the boat in just 10 minutes.
