It looks fun and it is the biggest on zipline or flying fox which my nephew loves. As it hits level 1 to 4, the challenge increase. I suggest to go there in winter or spring time as it will be warm up quickly as facing challenge. Plenty carparks but not easy to find treetops as not many signs showing the path and people nearby not really aware of it, so try to look out he signs on walk path to TreeTops.
While we were there lately, we missed out on level 2 challenge as they were renovating it and working on the new deck.

Went there with my 7.5 year old today and we had the best day. Went on a Monday on a pupil free day for him so it was quiet. Charlie was so friendly and helpful and the course was the right level of “challenging” to slowly gain confidence as you work your way through the 4 different kids courses. Much prefer this due to the challenge and more options of courses than the one at Taronga Zoo. And also a bonus that the parent can be right there to coach and lend a hand which I wasn’t able to do so much at the Taronga Zoo one. I’ll be more comfortable taking my 4 year old to this one next time we visit. Thanks for a fun day. We will be back

Fabulous place! We went during a school holidays' weekday. There are 4 sets of 'tracks' plus a young kids yellow track: green (easy), blue (intermediate), red (advanced - 10 years old and above) and black (difficult - 13 years old and above only). I can see it would be very muddy when it rains, so be careful when booking. Very safe - all participants listen to safety instructions before doing a quick test of how to use the hook that keeps you secured during your adventures. The red track had the longest and most fun zipline at the end. It can be really busy during peak periods, so go really early or late to avoid too much waiting. Parking was super easy but I can see it can get crowded during the weekends. The nearest bathroom is near the carpark, so go to the bathroom first, before you go up to the desk and put your harness etc on. The desk also has basic snacks and drinks. Small lockers are available. We carried water bottles around as the obstacles/challenges are thirsty work and we stayed the full 2.5 hours. The zip coaster wasn't available as we were there on a weekday but it looked like fun. The staff were friendly and super nice, even on a day when they were short-staffed since a lot of people booked overnight. Well worth the drive.

We came as part of a birthday party. The kid had a blast. The course seems very fun, especially the "zipcoaster".
The gear is good quality and the staff friendly. The park area it's in is really nice. Fantastic day out.

Only came here for the lil kids, nothing wrong with equipment or team members bar a few. They were 15mins late, and after I asked if they were short staffed, team member changed attitude towards me. Then proceeded to yell at me because I walked into the gate where park is because I needed some shade... disgusting behavior towards a parent. Absolutely uncalled for. Tried to humiliate me... so yhhhh my personal opinion is that this park isn't as nice as the others we've been too... also, not enough seating areas for parents.

The experience itself was fun and good, however the staff here compared to the one in Nowra are so different. In Nowra, the staff encouraged people that were less brave to do the course or who had reservations. They were really enthusiastic and assured everyone that if anyone needs help they'll come up.

At the Sydney one, some of the staff were very unenthusiastic and also discouraged participants from continuing, saying things like "Ah I think they've done enough they don't need to do the next course."

Felt like they couldn't be bothered doing their job.

Either way, it's still fun and a good climb, but if you go with people that are scared of heights and need enthusiastic staff, go to the Nowra Treetops, not Sydney.

We got lost and ran a bit late, but we called ahead and the staff (we spoke with Sasha) were all so lovely in letting us attend our booking still. The staff were friendly, made conversation and were super clear in their instructions

I had an OK experience in Treetops Adventure with my school today. The zip line was fun, I really enjoyed it! However, there were a few issues. In the beginner (green) level, the first three obstacles were easy including the first zip line. After that, it starts to get challenging. My classmates were falling down from the wobbly wooden bridge after the first zipline. Even the wire course before the last zipline was really scary. Please do something to make the beginner level easy. The last thing I would like to address is that one staff was being rude. Thanks for your understanding.

A great day out. Excellent ropes course and zipcoaster. Scout was the best teamster, a pity that not all the staff had the same excellence in service( from impatience to downright rude). Hot tip: bring your own snacks! In school holidays, they are allowed to sell drinks, so if not in school holidays, bring your own drinks.

People are nice, u are able to go over your time. Nice challenging levels. Instead of 1 30 to 2 30 we went from 1 30 to 4pm same price, worth it

We were a group of 5 not physically active girls who thought that maybe we can try this treetop adventure as its supposed to be safe even for kids but honestly would have been less fun have we not have such supportive staff encouraging us through and through. Huge shoutout to Mr. T (Thomas) in the reception area who was all smile at the start of our adventure. He was very acommodating, helpful, and funny! He made us feel more comfortable and not fear the terror we were about to embark at the start of the adventure. Narelle, our guide from our beginner (and kids???intermediate) treetop adventure was very encouraging and helpful too. She gave quite a lot of helpful tips to conquer obstacles we thought we could probably not finish without her cheering, patience, and encouragement. The obstacles were quite fun and challenging. Although we werent physically fit for this adventure i still highly recommend this experience. Its an adventure worth saving in our core memories.

I had a great time climbing and going on the zip coaster. I enjoyed the climbing experience more. For the best deal book directly with them. Go during the week to avoid the crowds.

Staff are great and exciting courses! The downside is that there are loads of people and you mostly have delay in playing all courses. The other problem is extremely hard to find a parking space. Should be going in early morning!

I surprised my son for his birthday. I scheduled a session for him, his brothers, and friends to try the treetops zip coaster. It was an incredible experience; they all had such much fun that they rode it over four times. I will definitely book it every year with their NSW active vouchers!

Great Experience Great outdoor adventure activity. Challenging, but doable for our 9 yo first timer. We had a great time. Cooler weather would have been more favourable, but we still had a great morning :-)

You can book to go tree top climbing and adventure. However we just went to the free park area for the kids. My grandson loved laying with the water tap, park area and sand pit. It’s a great place for a family picnic which is what we had. Plenty of free parking areas the site. Toilet facilities. Wheelchair accessible. You can even celebrate birthdays by booking tabled areas. Or just take the kids to have an hour or two of fun and burn some energy like my grandson did.

Great place with many car parks. Great instructor to explain for safety before do the actions at Tree top. Staff are patience and keep eye on us due safety.

Zip lining through the holidays. Trying to find fun activities for the kids in the school holidays and I found tree tops. I booked online for the zip line for our children. Our teens loved the zip lining. Such lovely spot in western Sydney. I would recommend tree tops highly.

The booking was easy, the staff were amazing I called up spoke with a staff member forgot her name (sorry hopeless with names) but she was absolutely lovely she has red hair and was on shift for fathers day, we were running late due to unfortunate situation with my car and when we arrived her and her co-worker both made us feel at ease no rush, no stress just calmed us down and told us it's ok they will take care of the rest.
Anyways my kids father all loved the zip lining they had an absolutely amazing time spending it with their dad, then our youngest had a ball conquering some of her fears of being high up and some obstacles, after her dads zip lining he came and watched her be amazing on the juniours tree top climbs.
Thanks so much to Raven who I remember because my baby girl remembers haha for making her feel at ease and running through the rules with her.

Zip line ride We were there 2 weeks ago and the family did the treetop adventure. I did not join that activity due to some mobility restrictions but it was so much fun to watch and they all enjoyed it.
Then we went back to do the zip line ride and I joined in, so so fun. It’s quick and fast but gives you an adrenaline rush. Glad I did it.

My son had so much fun here. At first I was a bit hesitant because it was out of our comfort zone 😂 But, staff were welcoming and supportive. I would definitely visit again 👍👍

Such a fun day out! All the staff were super lovely, especially Ree, Thomas and Euan. Ree & Euan did the zipcoaster for us & they were both so friendly, chatty and funny. Thomas let us stay a bit longer to finish the course as we had to push our session back which was so thoughtful. The entire vibe there was great and I’d totally recommend this place for a fun day out with friends and family! ✨

The zipcoaster is a lot of fun but it is a littler bit of a small hike so not the best for elderly people.

All the tour guides were really nice and accommodating.

Had a fun time here with my family. I really enjoyed the blue track (easiest) and especially the green (second easiest) as they gave a fun but not too difficult challenge. One note, please don't do the red or black tracks on first attempt as they are harder than you think.

Adventure Definitely an adventure. Took my daughters & I here ( 13 & 11 ) and I did the first two courses & they did the first 3. That was scary enough for me & the 11 year old, but a real challenge & fun. The black (4th level) course looked crazy! We didn’t do the zip line. That did look fun too.

Best money spent these holidays for the family! Suitable for young kids to adults. Great equipment, quality course, heaps of fun, challenges and variety. Incredible whole body workout too! It's also definitely worth paying extra for the added 500m Zip-line activity (with discount) that you can re-do as many times as you like in an hour. We'll be back for more!

The older kids/adult course was great for my teens. Lots of little zip lines to end which they loved. The only problem was slower/scared people in front of them holding them up for ages.

Such a fun activity for the youngins. My daughter did not stop smiling the whole time. She loved the fact they let her do it independently. (With supervision from below). The staff was super friendly, great at multi-tasking and just overall lovely people creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Great place for a tree top adventure! We have really loved the blue and the red tracks. Good challenge but doable????! Also some great options for kids 3-7… to explore next time.

Incredibly fun outdoor adventure and an amazing team with high level customer service skills. We completed the Black course then went onto the zipline. The staff were professional, displayed incredible patience with some distressed children, were friendly, easy to get along with and very thorough. I was very impressed. And thank you for a day we will remember for a long time.

Treetop Adventure Review
It was a blast, you have to go. Period. Lol, but to elaborate :D

????We tried the Treetop Adventures at Castlehill, and it was just the perfect mix of aerial obstacles and ziplines (our friends had gone to other locations, and they agreed this was a good one for beginners)

????$59/adult for a 2.5hr session. Check family rates.

????120kg weight limit.

????There are 4 courses for kids (Ages 3-7) and 4 courses for adults (Ages +8). We did the Beginners(Green), Intermediate(Blue), Advanced(Red) but didn't have time for Expert (Black). Green took a while, you need to learn to trust your gear, figure out how the equipment works and mentally pump yourself before attempting new obstacles. The blue we breezed through. Red was major adrenaline pumping in some bits, especially because you were on the pine trees, 20m off the ground! This course also broke off into an easy and hard version. We took the easy one.

????A few obstacles down I felt my vertigo get triggered with all the wobbling ropes and planks you had to cross. Not embarrassed to say I ziplined or pulley'd my way through 70% of the course! Lol whatever works.

???? Leave all valuables in the car. No jewellery, watches. Phones only if it's in a neck strap. Wear enclosed shoes with good sole grip. Boots do impact mobility but were great when doing tension rope wires. Just take your water bottle with you. There are open pigeon holes near the tracks where you can keep your stuff. Valuables (car keys) you might want to give to staff to keep. They do sell water, socks, phone cases, etc

????Prefill your waiver before going. Reach location about 30mins before hand, check in, get your end time written on your arm. Toilet run if you need to. Goto the tree top start where they fit you into harness, helmet and provide gloves. You get your equipment and safety training and get to test it all before hitting the course. They start you off with beginners, you can see how many you want to do in the time frame you have.

????Schedule activity early morning during spring/fall months. Weather has a huge impact on your experience.

Fun day out for the whole family.
We enjoyed being out in nature, challenging ourselves with some exhilarating obstacles. Staff were great, especially Kelly! Who went above and beyond retrieving a bracelet of mine that dropped below the decking floor.

Great space for large gatherings, lots of benches and seating, nice playground for the kids. But recommend you get here early to secure a parking spot and benches for any big gatherings. Also keep in mind if kids are playing on the grass there is a lot of bird poo so be cautious and pack wipes/plastic bags to bag up shoes before they get in the car.

We loved the staff who all had great senses of humour and were very friendly (big fans of Tom at the front desk). The zipcoaster and the ropes course were both a blast and you get plenty of time on each. Great value for money! We will definitely be back.

Only had our little one go through the junior section, but the experience was great. Staff were friendly and attentive to issues, had great interactions with the kids, and we're looking forward to going again when LO is a bit bigger and can do more of the routes more independently.

We had such a wonderful time at the TreeTops Adventure - it is a fun, challenging and exciting set of courses, but more than that the staff were absolutely incredible! They accommodated us at a busy time even though I had made a mistake with the booking, and they helped us throughout the course. Although it was at times scary on the high ropes, I never felt unsafe all because the staff were so helpful, kind and knowledgable!

Special shout out to Kelly who helped us at the front and Zak who literally rescued us when we were stuck! 10/10 would recommend this place and return back :)

We had a big group of 10 kids + 3 adults trying it out. Was busy during school holiday but we were greeted by a friendly staff at front desk.

Safety demo was clear and precise as you want kids to have fun yet they need to safe as well. We did the green and blue trail and surprisely more challenging then I thought! We can go on the course again if you had enough time.

I guess things to improve on is to have better signage from carpark and to have bathroom closer rather than all the way down by playground. Would be great if there is a water fountain somewhere as well.

At the end everyone had a blast! Thanks to all the staff.

Top Fun, Great Experience Great service and friendly staff. They went through all safety briefing and training. It was so enjoyable, my son didn’t want it to end, and wife talks about going there again. Thomas (Tom), who was supervising at the courses, was super helpful. He encouraged people and gave tips. It’s located in a big park with lots of parking, playgrounds and picnic area. You can relax before and after the adventure.

The kids had such a great time today! The staff were amazing and the 4 levels were so much fun for the kids. The 2.5 hours were more than enough. The best part is, when the kids were done with their climbing, there’s a lovely picnic area and park nearby. So there’s double fun… pack some lunch and snacks. Parking is free and there’s heaps of space.

Nice place for kids to learn zip lining. The support staff helping kids are amazing. My 3yr tried this first time and had lot of fun. He is a bit short but was helped on to to on no.2 by the staff full of encouragement. Really enjoyed the experience. It is a bit unfortunate that they don't pickup phone if you have to inform them about something or if you have questions. Apart from that everything is perfect.

An absolute must for any thrill seeker. Recently did the Zip Coaster Express. Iv'e been all over Australia for adrenaline filled exciting experiences and this gem is in my home city of Sydney. Thanks a million to Thomas and Kelley who ran the operation and helped make it a truly fun and exciting time. Can't wait to go back and repeat the experience and excitement of this world class Zip Coaster and again get as many rides as possible in the hour. This looks like becoming a regular addition to my thrill seeking adventures. For anyone seeking thrills, then this is a must do.

We went in a weekday afternoon, the junior site was not busy at all. Just a few kids were playing, so they really got to enjoy it. The set up was good for young kids.

Kids had a blast. Once thay gor the hang of it, nerves dissipated and they smashed through.

It is is a bit of a walk from the carpark, so leave your esky etc behind.

The council also needs to do something about the paths inside. Muddy AF amd a real slip hazard.

Zip Coaster is a must do! Service was friendly and helpful and zip coaster was so much fun. I would definately recommend having a go at this activity for any age group. Booking times are for an hour and while the walk to the starting point is a little hilly, it only takes a few minutes to walk to and the ride down is so worth it. I was able to have about 7 goes of the zip coaster within the hour.

Treetops is a great experience. Especially for young kids. My seven year old son absolutely loved the kids course. The staff were lovely and helpful with explaining the safety features. The only thing I would fault is the lack of toilets. You need to walk five minutes back to the carpark to find facilities which is a bit tricky with young kids. That being said the ropes course was great and we would definitely come again.
