Great friendly service, arranged well We had Cloud 9 pick up myself and a friend who was turning 80 and venture to the Blue Mountains for some sightseeing and lunch plus shopping. Communications were great and all arranged well. Greg our driver was a big help with helping the 80 year old into and out of the vehicle as he has a walker frame. We came into the Blue mountains via the Bell (bird ) line, we visited Govetts Leap, the three Sisters and walked around a little. They arranged lunch at the Bowery after giving us options and made suggestions about where to shop in Katoomba for certain things and in Leura. Greg also provided commentary in various places as well. Great service from the Cloud 9 team, gave us ideas and choices about what to do and see and created a great day out for our 80 year old friend

Cloud 9 + Blue Mts - an excellent day trip! Fabulous day in the Blue Mountains. Greg, our guide, was terrific knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to talk to. The Wildlife Park was great - up close encounters with so much Aussie native wildlife. The Blue Mountains were beautiful, and Greg’s knowledge of the terrain and history was superb. Scenic World is pretty touristy, but the views are nice. We would HIGHLY recommend Cloud 9 Tours for a day in the mountains.

Greg is your guy if you want an enthusiastic, informative and fun tour guide for your trip to the Blue Mountains. Many Blue Mountains tour companies indicate that their tours are not suitable for wheelchair users. When I reached out to Cloud9 explaining our son uses a fold up travel wheelchair they immediately responded that they could accommodate our needs. Greg picked us up at our Sidney apartment and tailored the tour so our entire family enjoyed our day at the Blue Mountains with stops at Featherdale Wildlife Park and Scenic World. We highly recommend Cloud9.

Time well spent! Fabian our driver was unfailingly cheerful and accomodating. The vineyards chosen were smaller and less well known; we were usually the only guests present, so we were able to chat with the hosts at our leisure.

Well organised customised trip for family with young children We are travelling with 2 young children. Most of the tours to Hunter Valley only allow adults, so we decided to book this private tour.

The whole trip was well planned and Chris, our guide, was very friendly. We all enjoyed the whole day, as we visited 3 vineyards as well as the Hunter Valley zoo for the kids. The trip can be customised which is extremely important to you.

Very satisfied Chris did a good job catering to mom and 3 adult children with different athletic abilities. We feel we saw more with less hassle than if we had visited the Blue Mountains independently Hotel pick up and drop was nice. We were fortunate to very good weather

Perfect Day with Ronnie We had a fantastic day with Ronnie! Our group of nine ranged in age from 5-80. The kids are still talking about how much fun they had with Ronnie three weeks later. His local knowledge was obvious, he was entertaining, knew the correct order in which do things, made entry and exit of attractions seamless, and was accommodating to our asks.

Communication prior to our trip was excellent. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a special Australian based animal visit (Featherdale is fun even if you've done Taronga and or other zoos) or to see the highlights of the Blue Mountains in a day.

Top Guide and Tour Our tour group was a mix of friends and relative ranging from 15 to 85 years old. Greg catered extremely well to all of us and we all had a fab day.
Greg is very knowledgeable but also very charismatic and enjoys what he does, which is infectious.
The tour is a perfect way to get to know a lot about Australia in one day, highly recommended.
We did a meal upgrade to the Boiler House and all had a memorable meal which is pretty impressive!(recommended and organised by Cloud 9).

Blue mountains day trip Fantastic day trip to the Blue Mountains with Cloud9. Greg was our guide and he gave us a great day out, with a 90 minute waterfall walk and several small walks to viewpoints away from all the crowds, plus he shared so many great stories and bits of advice on where to go and what to do. He checked throughout to make sure he was picking the best options for us. Outstanding!

Must do trip if you really want to experience the Blue Mountains! Chris picked us up from the Cruise port and after dropping our bags at the hotel we headed directly for the Blue Mountains. We enjoyed his deep knowledge of the area and engaging conversation. After a couple of days at sea, we really wanted to hike, and he was more than willing to oblige! Had a fantastic day hiking/walking in the Blue Mountains . Chris was flexible and crafted the day to avoid the crowds and really give us a lovely day. He also picked the hikes/walks to suit our abilities and allow us to enjoy the day to the fullest. At the end of the day I can say we were tired and very satisfied. Absolutely perfect day!!

Cloud 9 Tours saved us last November when another company we had booked and paid through completely disappeared off the face of the earth. Cloud9 tours was amazing for our hens weekend in the Hunter. Bud was our driver, and he always had the group at best interest and making sure we were enjoying ourselves and comfortable at our lunch venue. We all had a blast. Personable and accommodating We did a private tour whilst staying in the Hunter Valley in July 2022. Our original booking was cancelled due to covid lockdowns the year before and James and Rebecca were fabulous to deal with to arrange rescheduled date. James was our guide for the day, he arrived on time and the whole group commented about how friendly he was. We did a mixture of wineries we chose and some recommended by James. We had chosen the wineries in advance so he could make bookings for tastings and plan the best route for the day. The restaurant recommended for lunch was fabulous and we would never have known about it had it not been for Cloud 9 Tours. We would highly recommend the team for a private tour. We were a group of 9 and it was great that everyone could enjoy the day without worrying about driving.

Beautiful blue mountains tour Wonderful tour and guide! We really enjoyed this tour and the visits to different viewing points and charming villages. The guide James even introduced us to Tim Tams and got us a package to take away and eat later. Beyond Expectations Cloud9 lived up to their name and far exceeded our expectations. Greg was an outstanding and flexible guide. On the day we were originally due to visit the Blue Mountains the rain and mist had descended and visibility was close to zero. Despite driving us from Sydney to Scenic World, Greg extremely generously volunteered his time to return on a sunnier day. Cloud9 and Greg could not have been more accommodating and the rescheduled day was fantastic. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about flora, fauna and the cultural history of Australia and was an engaging host. We we would strongly recommend this tour company.

Wonderful Experience We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip to the Blue Mountains and felt like we maximized the opportunity with a hike in the Grand Canyon, lunch in Leura and short stops at the other key areas along the way. Amazing day in the Blue Mountains What an amazing day trip to the Blue Mountains from Sydney. From the minute Greg picked us up at our hotel, I knew we were going to have a great time. Greg was outgoing, fun, and full of information and cool stories and myths. We visited a few mountain towns, had a nice 1-2 hour hike and hit some amazing viewpoints, all of which were brilliantly away from the big tour buses. I would definitely recommend the tour and Cloud 9 to family and friend. I wish we would have booked the Hunter Valley trip as well for the next day too.

My kids wanted to visit an alpaca farm in the Hunter Valley during our recent trip Down Under. I wasn't sure if I could find a private tour agency who could do this for us given that most tours to Hunter Valley are focused around the wineries. But James from Cloud9 was so helpful in putting together this trip to the alpaca farm (Starlight Alpaca Farm) and combined it with a cheese tasting to make the most of our time in the valley.

Our guide for the day, Greg, was so friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The kids loved him by the end of the day and one week on from our tour, they're still looking for their 'Uncle Greg'. I later learnt from Greg that this was in fact the first time they had taken a group to this particular alpaca farm. So if you want to do something off the beaten track, don't hesitate to check them out.

The vehicle for the day, a 7-seater Mercedes was clean and comfortable. Definitely book these guys if you want to have a memorable day out in the comfort of your own vehicle!

Fabulous Day with Greg! The Hunter Valley Tour was fabulous! Myself and 20 other girls went on a tour and it was so well organised by James! Our tour guide Greg was a legend and was so good at rounding up the girls (challenging after a few drinks!). All the wineries we visited were excellent and the added distillery and chocolate/cheese stop was super fun!
I’d recommend going on a Cloud 9 tour for sure! We’ve already booked a Blue Mountains trip for next month.

Greg - an amazing tour operator The whole experience was fantastic ! James organised everything prior but Greg was our personal tour guide for the entire day. He was brilliant in his care of our family - he was considerate gentle and thoughtful in looking after our 88 year old mother and tailored the day so that despite the inclement weather we could enjoy the beauty and majesty of the Blue Mountains. His knowledge of fauna, flora and indigenous culture was refreshing and his many anecdotes made for lots of laughs. From coffee shops, cafes , the Royal Majestic and the Boiler house he catered for our epicurean needs ! He as able to point us in the right direction for the beautiful gardens of Laura, the many art and craft stores of the little villages which dot the mountain range to the stop at the Talisman Gallery in Hartley to witness the making of unique jewel and metal art by artisan Ron Fitzpatrick. I would thoroughly recommend using Cloud 9 tours - you will not be disappointed !
