It helped so much with the logistics on the day and really added a lovely element to our day. I can’t remember the name of our captain for the day on the beautiful MV Bel but he was such a gentleman. Sharing stories and facts really added some calm to the day. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Super affordable and such a great way to see the beautiful place we call home !

Could not recommend this tour enough! We booked the 90 minute aboard the MV Aquamajestic tour and it was better than we could have imagined. The captain was fantastic and the views were EPIC. Do not hesitate! Book it!

Private charter ran with smooth coordination from start to finish. The captain was skilled and offered genuine hospitality. They were open to helping with photos, providing complimentary drinks, and doing whatever was needed to make the moment perfect.

Regrettably would not recommend. We were very much looking forward to this cruise, but honestly, would not recommend it. While our boat captain/guide/deckhand was nice enough, he was a one man show and simply had too much to do to deliver great service in any one aspect of the cruise.

We've done a number of similar private cruises when vacationing and they are usually a highlight of the trip. However, our feel was just that this particular cruise was just not designed well and needed one more person to deliver a service we'd recommend.

As I noted, our skipper was nice enough, but was on his own and didn't seem to have done this many times. He arrived a bit late, perhaps 5-10 minutes, but we were told to be there 15 minutes ahead of our sail time. There was no one at the dock, so we were checking our confirmation to ensure we booked the correct day & time. When he did arrive, the water was a little choppy and he struggled a bit to get the boat secured on his own. When asked what the best way to board was, he seemed to think about it for a while and responded, "good question." It wasn't particularly reassuring. While I'll reiterate that he was nice enough, the rest of the cruise went much the same way.

Wonderful guide and views We did the 90 minute private cruise with a banquet at China Doll afterwards and it was absolutely fantastic. Our guide was lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable. We saw a beautiful sunset on our tour and the meal afterwards was delicious. They were also happy to amend our banquet to a full vegan version with no trouble. The staff and food were wonderful and I would definitely recommend this.

Family Cruise This was an amazing experience for our family of five. The captain was extremely friendly, personable and safe and the boat was comfortable. A highlight of our visit to Sydney and worth the price.

Outstanding private cruise with trustworthy company We loved our recent cruise with Sydney Luxury Cruise. We had an initial misunderstanding with them about the length of the cruise, but they went out of their way in making things right. They really do want their customers to have a five star experience and we would recommend them to anyone thinking about doing a cruise on Sydney Harbour.

Outstanding private cruise with trusted company We had a wonderful sunset cruise, with a personalised route, sparking wine, and cheese platter. After an initial misunderstanding about the length of time of our cruise, the company went out of their way to make up for it. We felt as though they really did want us to walk away with a five-star experience, and we did. Would highly recommend.

We opted to spend our last morning in Sydney aboard the gorgeous MV Bel boat for a morning breakfast cruise around the harbor. Best decision!! The light around the harbor was beautiful, the harbor was calm and not crowded with party boats, and the weather couldn’t have been better.

Our captain (Stephan) was lovely. He gave us a nice gentle ride and chatted us up about the various sights and their back stories. We even learned some new things, which is saying something since we’ve had so many guides whilst in Sydney!!

The breakfast box was fantastic, and way more food than 2 people could possibly eat. A nice assortment of fruits, meats, cheeses, jams, pastries and a bottle of bubbly. The music playlist was excellent, perfect for a sunny day.

It was really wonderful to get to see all the beautiful monuments of Sydney from the other side. Stephan even stopped the boat so he could take great photos of us. Truly a unique and quality experience that was worth every penny. If you have a flight that leaves mid-day (our flight to the US left at 2pm), this is an excellent way to spend your last day in Sydney. Thank you Sydney Luxury Cruises!

Book it now! Absolutely incredible experience. Picked us up at Campbell cove circular quay as this was nearer our hotel. Informative & interesting to be able to go into the smaller coves, we especially were interested to see the houses.

The best cruise through Sydney Habour!
We were cruising through Sydney Harbour with our excellent skipper Abe on board MV Bell. The sunset view of the skyline with the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge was amazing and we were also lucky to see the start of the Vivid Festival light show.

Relaxing Boat trip around the Sydney Harbou. Our 6:00pm boat cruise was relaxing and enjoyable. No noisy big crowds and our captain Steven was accomdating and friendly. My only suggestion is that there should be a little bit more comentary on the sights around the harbor.

We’re from the Netherlands and visited my son in Sydney. We decided to go on a harbour cruise together to see more from Sydney in a private way. Our skipper, Stephan, also from the Netherlands, was really nice and accomodating. He was also able to tell us so much about the harbour, the history, the different beaches or areas. Stephan was very friendly and took good care of us.

Best way to spend a milestone birthday. Booked MV Felix and everything from the booking of the boat to the actual day was seamless, easy and fun! We had Cameron and the crew to help with the food, drinks and everything else to keep us comfortable, hydrated and safe. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful afternoon and had so much fun made possible by the crew.
I’m always hesitant about catering especially on a boat as you normally get pretty ordinary food but we were all surprised at how delicious those food were and all prepared by the chef onboard. Everyone was raving about the delicious food, the beautiful boat and wonderful crew that help made the day special for not only the birthday boy but everyone too.

Something Special We couldn't have chosen a more perfect way to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. MV Bel is something special and incredibly comfortable and spacious. James, our captain for the evening, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and the most wonderful host. To be able to see the beautiful Sydney Harbour from such a unique perspective is incredible, particularly when paired with a bottle of sparkling wine and charcuterie. Highly recommend.

This was a great afternoon on Sydney Harbour. I booked in advance and the service from Glen and the team was efficient . They accommodated an early pickup due to weather conditions and picked us up from our hotel at Cowper bay wharf. Glen the skipper was good fun and friendly. We booked the dinner package at 6Head and that was a memorable way to finish.

Excellent We enjoyed our 90 minute cruise yesterday. As the weather was forecast to be wet and windy, the company rang me the day prior to say that we would be upgraded to the larger boat MS Inception at no extra charge.
We were very glad for this as it was a much more comfort trip and a lovely boat. James was our captain and was good fun.

Amazing experience- do I! We had a lovely time cruising around the harbour sipping champagne and relaxing. My husband is from Sydney but had never done anything like that and he loved it. We were allowed to pilot the boat under the Harbour Bridge which was amazing and a real highlight of our holiday.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic time on our 2 hour sunset cruise. Dave was a wonderful captain, lots of interesting information but not too much talking. Would highly recommend booking a cruise with this company. Their communication after booking was excellent. Will be back for another cruise the next time we’re in Sydney as it’s a great way to see the sights.

We booked the Deluxe Sunset Cruise for our family’s trip to Sydney. Had a most wonderful experience. Martin the skipper was warm, friendly and professional. Majestic Princess 31st October 2022 Very disappointed. I suspect under-resourcing to counter losses due to COVID 19. My disappointment was caused by the actions of the Company Board unless it can be shown otherwise and not by the crew who were obviously working under restricting conditions.

You just can't beat the personalised service and experience you will receive from Glenn. This was my second time cruising on the Harbour with Sydney Luxury Cruise and it won't be the last. For me, there is nothing better than not having to share the experience with 60-100 other people. So welcoming to have a small boat for 4-6 persons to make the afternoon special. Glenn is attentive and never intrusive. Take the time to book and experience with him and you won't be sorry. It is really nice to have a choice of pick-up and drop off locations to suit your individual needs.

Operator Refunded Only When The Bank Got Involved My wife and I booked this cruise during our honeymoon however unfortunately due to weather, the cruise was canceled. The operator Glenn, confirmed the day of the cancellation via text that a refund would be processed that same day (3/2/20) but that did not occur. It took us almost 3 months to resolve the issue and below is the timeline.

*2/20/20 = Booked the event and paid.
*3/2/20 = Glenn the operator promised to provide a refund and would process it this day.
*3/18/20 = Refund not received so I contacted Glenn, Glenn stated he processed the refund but will check into it and get back to me.
*3/20/20 = I contacted Glenn because he never got back to me from the 3/18 text. Glenn stated the refund bounced and would process it again.
*4/19/20 = I contacted Glenn because the refund was still not received.
*4/20/20 = I contacted Glenn again because of no response from me reaching out on 4/19.
*4/26/20 = I contacted Glenn again because of no response from the 4/19 and 4/20 texts.
*4/28/20 = Glenn responds and states the refund keeps bouncing and that he no longer has my credit card information. Glenn then asks if I could receive a refund by PayPal which I said yes and I provided my PayPal information.
*5/17/20 = We still have not received a refund so my wife files a claim with Chase to dispute the transaction. Chase contacts the vendor/operator to resolve.
*5/28/20 = Chase resolves the dispute and credits the entire amount.
*6/9/20 = I wrote a negative review on the experience because I was not aware my wife filed the dispute on 5/17 and it was resolved on 5/28.
*6/10/20 = The operator Glenn texts me, is not happy about the review I wrote and will confirm the refund. Glenn provides an update and screenshot of the refund issued on 5/26/20.
*6/11/20 = Brad confirms, deletes original review and writes this one.

In summary, we weren't able to receive a refund until our bank pressed the vendor/operator. Glenn was always nice when he communicated but this ordeal was never a priority.

Fantastic tour, informative and friendly We took a two hour cruise around the harbour and had a great time. Glenn was a great guide and the cheese and champagne a perfect touch to accompany the tour. All the amazing sights and the best photo opportunities.

Amazing view of Sydney harbour and surrounding areas! Tom from this cruise was Brilliant! He gave us a comfortable and classy view of Sydney's iconic harbour. Tom skilfully navigated from upclose to our hotel, all the way to the restaurant! The small wood cruiser was beautifully looked after and was extremely welcoming. There were complementary drinks and you get to choose your music. Definitely bring a camera and don't bother with a raincoat, you don't get wet at all. Tom was well versed on the geography of Sydney and it was an all round great experience! Thanks tom really appreciated it!

Sydney luxury cruse We joined Captain Glenn at darling harbour with its smart & classy teak wood cruiser and cruised around the harbour for two hours; It was time quite well spent ! Captain Glenn was very nice, friendly and accomodating. We had a bottle of "champagne" with cheese. It was a super experience which gave us a good idea of sydney. we would encourage everyone else to do .

Ultimate first class experience! We were looking for a more intimate cruise for 4 adults to enjoy the sunset on a warm summers evening on the harbour. Thanks to Captain Marty for making our private Sydney Harbour cruise the most memorable experience for us. The cheese platter was delicious and the bubbles were fantastic. We'd recommend to anyone! The boat itself is amazing...timber 'Italian' style and a dream to relax on. We were picked up from Mosman Bay half an hour before sunset and dropped off at Woolloomooloo just in time for dinner. Perfect in every way!
