TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking Queries:
For any queries regarding your booking, please contact us through the online form available at https://www.harbourtowngoldcoast.com.au/get-in-touch or by calling (07) 5529 1734.
2. Entitlements:
Each purchase entitles the purchaser to one (1) $25.00 Harbour Town Meal Card, which can be redeemed for the following: a meal of choice from participating 8Street vendors, a Harbour Town tote bag, and a complimentary coffee card.
3. Meal Card Collection:
The Harbour Town Meal Card can be collected from the Harbour Town Tourism Lounge between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, except on days when the Centre is closed.
Meal Card Redemption:
4. The Harbour Town Meal Card can be redeemed at participating 8Street vendors during the following hours:
• Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
5. Cancellation Policy:
You may request to cancel your booking by calling the number provided above. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, we will issue a full refund of the Service Fees paid to the credit card used for the booking, minus any applicable merchant or credit card fees.
6. Service Cancellation:
Harbour Town Centre Management reserves the right to cancel the Service at its sole discretion for reasons such as health, safety, security, occupancy, operational requirements, or other reasonable grounds, including government-imposed restrictions. In the event of cancellation, a full refund of the Service Fees will be provided. Harbour Town Centre Management is not responsible for any other costs incurred by you due to Service cancellation.
7. Vendor & Menu Changes:
The Harbour Town Meal Card vendors and menu offerings are subject to change without notice.
8. Dietary Requirements:
Some menu items may contain eggs, dairy, seafood, or nuts. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm specific dietary requirements with individual vendors participating in the Harbour Town Meal Card program.
