It’s not a tour, it’s a passport to slip behind the curtain of Ballarat’s biggest working distillery and watch raw Western Victorian bounty transform into gin, vodka, and whiskey worth wandering for.

Then, settle in. Glasses in hand, copper glowing like campfires in the distance, stories of Ballarat’s rough-hewn past swirling around you. This is a tasting where history, travel, and craft collide – and where you’ll see how we’re putting this wild, independent region back on the spirits map.
