Almost Excellent Trip The day before the scheduled trip, the tour had contacted us to confirm the pick-up location and information about the driver. On the day of the trip, the driver arrived before time. The driver was very friendly and quite informative and tried to provide the best service to us.
The visiting time for spots such as Featherdale, Blue Mountain and Leura was not limited by the driver so that we could enjoy the spots until we were satisfied. We also visited several lookouts to see Blue Mountain from different angles as suggested by the driver. These lookouts weren't included in the itinerary.
At the end of the trip we were dropped off in Parramata to continue the journey back to Sydney by ferry. The driver bought digital tickets and scan the barcode for us, then he left us. There was no problem when we board the ferry. However, when we arrived in Sydney we had difficulty getting out the ferry station because we did not have barcode to scan at the exit gate. We were forced to look for officers and explain the situation. Fortunately they understood and opened the door for us. I will give 5 stars if we didn't get this small problem.

A Great Experience. This tour of the Blue mountains was a marvellous trip for my wife and I . It covered all the viewing points, the Secinicworld option was a delight in itself plus the village of Leura wss for some relaxation time. Our guide was very nice and experienced. Thank you so much.

Personal and perfect. We had an excellent guide who made our mountain experience personal and unique to us. We discovered fantastic views, local history and geography. The Blue Mountains are a World Heritage Park and it's easy to see why, in fact, like no other park in the world that we have visited, and we have travelled to many places.

Best trip from Sydney out to the mountains. It was a very big day of beauty in nature and the company of an excellent guide. We took the private tour option so we had full flexibility to do stuff we wanted. Amazing photos of mountain scenery we will remember forever.

I had a fantastic day out in the Blue Mountains with my guide, Darren. He was knowledgeable and shares interesting information throughout the tour. Blue Mountains is a must to visit when you're in Sydney and Sydney Tours R Us made sure it was a memorable trip for my family.

The Private personal tour the way to go. Returned to Oz after many years. LaNing in Sydney for a few days we were pleasantly surprised to see Tours R Us still running. They offer a nice private trip and their guides sure know there stuFe around the mountain. The flexibility of doing the day OUR way was super and the guide Darren gave us good advice. An amazing day with an even better guide.

Excellent tour I did this tour with a group of friends. We were worried at the start that the rest of the group might not like us, but everyone was super friendly, and it really helped that the guide, at the start of the tour, got everyone to introduce themselves and break the ice. It made for an even better tour. Featherdale was my highlight.

Blue Mountains and Featherdale Wildpark with the best tour guide If you go to Sydney, try to fit this tour into your schedule! This was my highlight in Sydney but you most choose Menashe Solomon. He is the best for Blue Mountains, Kangaroo, and Koala tour. He is very knowledgeable in the history and filled us in about the aboriginal culture and the people. He taught us which plants were medicinal and had jokes here and there!!! He truly kept us entertained the entire time. He even drove like a mad man (kidding) to get us to the ferry on time, a few mins to spare!!!
I couldn’t say enough good things about Menashe. He even customized our trip to fit everything in and when to see the animals when they are active!! Menashe is the best tour guide we had during our entire 15 days in Australia. You won’t go wrong choosing this tour and Menashe!! ❤️❤️❤️

The Rain forest was awesome David was absolutely superb. From the first minute to the last he kept us entertained, informed and busy.

Amazing day. From the moment we were picked up from our hotel we had a terrific day. David our guide was very friendly & told us so much about the area we were visiting, the recent fires, foliage & wildlife of Australia. He is a real fountain of knowledge. The wildlife park was fabulous & being up close with some of the animals was All in all it made our last day in Australia memorable.

Blue Mtn tour AUS Dave was absolutely Amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely funny, which created the best environment and tour. I would 100% take his tour again and definately recommend to future guests and my friends/family. Cheers

Had booked our tour for today over a week ago, got an email this am asking if we were still going, answered yes, bus driver picked up other passengers 30 minutes later from our hotei, bus driver said we weren't on his list he only had room for 1 more passenger not 2, he gave the phone to me, i spoke to Darren Manager who said he'd sent me many emails over the past week. NOT TRUE i checked my emails. I had received a booking confirmation & the email sent today. NOT HAPPY NO SERVICE standing on a busy Sydney streetcat 7am was freezing, had to catch a cab to anothervtour operator who was wonderful BUT Sydney tours cost us $17;in cab fees NOT HAPPY will never use this company again.

Our driver/the Tour Guide John is very nice and friendly. He gave useful tips and information during our tour, so funny and entertaining at the same time.
Lunch is okay, the area is cool but maybe they could choose a better restaurant or food options.
The company Sydney Tour R Us is recommended for this trip.
They arrange the pickup at our hotel and the drop off location is from the port, we went back to Sydney through the ferry boat.

I really like our destinations and the view of the Blue Mountains is definitely beautiful and fascinating.

Be on time and remember to bring a camera and use walking or sports shoes.

I have been trying to reach Darren who apparently is responsible for accounts/management or any related issues with the buisness since June 2018.
I do not recommend their service to anyone. I have tried to contact Darren with phone calls and emails eveey month but all the operators were able to assist me with was to pass my contact and message to Darren. This service is appalling, we will not recommend Tours R Us Tours to our customers and guests and have also raised this to hotels and serviced apartments within the CBD.
There are smaller and larger tour companies in Sydney who offer more professional services weather to us hoteliers or to customer.

Peter our driver/guide, was amazing..simply the best..He was not only very knowledgeable but he was also very flexible and accommodating not to mention nice and funny. All my classmates and friends from the States were so happy with him..Best ambassador a company can have...
