Duration: 3.5 Hours (10am – 1:30pm, 2pm till 5:30pm)

Mandatory Requirements: 

Group of 4 people minimum

Minimum 24 to 48 hours notice


Pick up & drop off time from your accommodation are external/outside of the tour 3.5 hours. 

There is no charge for this time.

Option A: We can book 3 Wineries Only

Option B: 2 Wineries + Choose from (1 Brewery Or Distillery + Either Cheese Or Chocolate Tasting)

Please confirm your choices when booking in the special requirements text box in our booking form.



Regarding winery choices we can assist/recommend list of wineries to chose from. 

Once selected we can book the wine tastings for you.

You can just simply tell us if you have preferred wineries which you would like to visit. We can try & book them for you.


​Our tour pricing includes private luxury car + driver + basic tasting fees.​

FREE pick up & drop off from Cessnock, Nulkaba, Pokolbin and Lovedale areas.

Additional fees will apply for pickups outside these areas.


If you would like pick up and drop offs from Newcastle, Port Stephens and Central Coast areas for your wine tour. 

Simply add the Return Transport Charge (defined for your respective area) from the Optional Extras options when booking online.


Sydney Transfers

*Please note we do not offer same day return trips to Sydney from the Hunter Valley.

If  you would like the pick up from and drop off back to Sydney your pick up date/day must be different to your drop off date/day. 

Simply add the Return Transport Charge from Sydney to Hunter Valley from the Optional Extras options when booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– Additional charge of $2.5 per km applies for any pick ups and drop offs outside “Free Pick Up Zone” Free pick up zone – Cessnock, Nulkaba, Pokolbin and Lovedale areas. – No open alcoholic beverages allowed in the car. – If the car gets dirty due to any spills or unfortunate event of sickness. Cleaning fees of $230 will apply, which will be charged at the event. – All bookings must be paid in full for the tour or transfer to commence. – Once booked this price cannot be changed case of any changes to the original booking. For instance post booking changes to number of passengers, changes to pick up and drop off locations.
