Please refer to each tour for individual tour Terms and Conditions. All rates quoted in this contract are in AUD and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). AVAILABILITY & DEMAND: Due to the high demand and limited availability of the Queensland Distillery Tour, we adhere to strict policies regarding booking amendments. RATES: 1. Gross rates are for groups or FITs as specified 2. Nett rates stated are not to be passed to consumers for direct purchase. 3. Rates are based on per person per tour, group or private charter rate, depending on the tour. TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. All participants that may consume alcohol must be 18+ years or older. All participants must produce valid photo id at the commencement of the tour. 2. Private Group Tours are available on request for certain tours. 3. Date and session time changes are subject to availability. 4. Group numbers confirmed 14 days prior to travel will be considered final numbers and invoiced accordingly 5. Participant Limit: To ensure a quality and intimate experience, each tour is limited to a maximum of 30 participants, excluding the Aussie Gin Making Experience. 6. Punctuality: Participants are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss parts of the experience, & no adjustments or refunds will be made. 7. Transportation: All participants must organise their own transportation to and from the Distillery. Given the nature of the experience and the inclusion of alcohol consumption, we strongly advise against driving post-class. Kindly make the necessary arrangements in advance. 8. 1 FOC for group leader for a minimum of 10 paying pax. CHILD POLICY: Children are welcome on the tour accompanied by an Adult 18+. They will be provided with a soft drink or juice. PAYMENT POLICY: 1. For group bookings, a Tax Invoice will be issued on confirmation of final numbers at least 14 days prior to travel. 2. For all other bookings, an invoice will be raised the date of travel. 3. Invoices must be paid to our nominated bank account within 7 days of the date of the invoice. 4. Any bank fees and charges incurred via direct deposit or telegraphic transfers during payment are the responsibility of the payer. 5. Private Charters cancellations made within 7 days prior to travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee 3.
