PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR SKYDIVE
Check-In (Before the Day)
48-hours prior to your skydive appointment time, we will email through the Skydive Geronimo check-in form and instructions, to this email address. Please ensure that all skydive participants complete the form, prior to arrival at Rottnest Island. Each participant must complete their own paperwork.
Weather Check (On The Day)
As skydiving is weather dependent, we require that you call us to check the weather for your skydive, before travelling to the island. Please call us on +61 8 9417 8158 and select option 2 for your Rottnest weather check, one hour prior to your ferry departure time.
We recommend checking the terms and conditions of your ferry ticket purchase. Heavily discounted fares have a ‘no refunds’ policy. Tickets booked through Skydive Geronimo can be changed on the day of travel, subject to availability.
Ferry Tickets
Have you booked a Skydive and Ferry Package with Skydive Geronimo? If yes, then you should receive your ferry ticket confirmation email within 48 hours.
If you haven’t booked a ferry ticket yet, then please make your booking today by contacting the Rottnest Island ferry operators directly: https://rottnestisland.com/the-island/getting-here/by-ferry
Meeting Point
Please meet us at the Rottnest Island Airport, Brand Way, Rottnest Island. This is a 10-minute walk from the main ferry arrivals jetty. Here is a map:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1sN93aUVC7O_EtomOiBl5l2PdHJQ&usp=sharing
Friends and family are welcome to come to the airport with you to watch you get ready and take-off.
Landing Area and Spectators
Your skydive landing will be on either Thomson Bay, Bickley Bay or Fairbridge Bluff (Salmon Bay). This will be determined just prior to your flight departing, depending on weather conditions.
We recommend spectators arrive with you at your booked appointment time, at the Rottnest Island Airport. We have limited space available in our landing area transport vehicle, so please discuss spectator transport options with a member of our team on arrival.
Arrival Time
Your appointment time is your arrival time, you do not need to arrive any earlier. We have allowed sufficient time to go through any outstanding paperwork, payments, safety briefing, and gear-up before your flight take-off time.
What to Wear?
Jumpsuits are not necessary / not provided, so you will be skydiving in whatever clothing you arrive wearing. Here is a guide on what clothing is suitable for skydiving:
Warm Weather
Wear comfortable clothing and enclosed, flat-soled shoes. On a very hot day, shorts and t-shirt are fine. Otherwise, a light jumper is recommended.
Cold Weather
Wear comfortable very warm clothing, enclosed flat-soled shoes and warm gloves. It is very cold at skydive altitude, so we recommend dressing in a number of warm layers. Bulky jackets are not appropriate.
Parental Consent
The minimum age for skydiving is 16 years old. Participants who are under 18 years old will need to have a parent or legal guardian to be present on the day of the experience. If Mum or Dad aren’t coming along on jump day, then please contact the Skydive Geronimo Team to seek permission for an alternate adult to act as legal guardian on the day. This must be pre-arranged.

The team was amazing, I’d never been skydiving before and they made the experience great! If you’re visiting Rottnest you have to do this!
Everyone was super friendly and and helpful

I’m looking forward to doing another jump in the future.

Would do it again.

Also The views of rottnest from the air were breathtaking, this is definitely something I would do again.

From the beginning the team was asking questions while adjusting the equipment on you to make you less nervous, which was very helpful.
They are super professional, safety first!
They checked the equipment many many times and showed me what was being checked, so I wasn’t worried about my safety at all and could really enjoy the adventure.
Overall a very thrilling experience and the view is absolutely breathtaking!
Definitely something to do at least once in your life with this team!! Thank you very much for your exceptional work!
I recommend it 100%.

The staff were incredibly professional and knowledgeable.
The sensation of freefalling is truly indescribable. The wind rushing past, the vast expanse of the horizon stretching out below – it’s a feeling that words simply can’t do justice.
And just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, the parachute opened, gently slowing our descent and allowing me to fully appreciate the stunning scenery below.
The landing on the beach was smooth and safe.
The memories of my skydiving adventure will stay with me for a lifetime.
Don’t forget to add the handcam photos.
Thank you for making my skydiving dream a reality. I can’t wait to do it all over again!

The team at Geronimo are exceptional. Keeping you informed on weather condition’s and your jump times by text throughout the day.
Ours was put on hold due to clouds but as soon as it cleared up they managed to fit us in as our ferry was at 5pm.
As the for the guys you jump with, what a chilled bunch of blokes. The joking around on the plane helps keep the nerves at bay.
Then it’s time for you to jump.
I’ll leave that part for you to experience, but all I can say is do it!!!!!
I felt safe from the minute I walked into the hanger to the minute I landed.
Rotto is possibly one of the best places in the world to jump, 1…the view of the island 2….straight to the pub afterwards to have a celebratory beer or 2
From the moment we booked it all went like clockwork. The booking confirmation, the weather confirmation, the warm greeting, the friendly instructors.
I was full of excitement with no real nerves, but my wife had a few. The team helped ease her nerves which was very reassuring.
If it is on your bucket list, then Geronimo is the way to go. The view on the way up and the way down is amazing.

If you’re questioning if you should spend the money. DO IT you won’t regret it (also definitely spend the extra for the photos it’s so worth it)

The Geronimo team make you feel welcome from the first phone call and kept us updated on weather and details etc. in the lead up.
They managed to get some amazing photos and video from the jump and made the entire experience worth every cent.

Rottnest Island view is absolutely gorgeous from the top! My instructor Jimmy was excellent, ensuring that I was in good hands! Love the smooth landing too!
Love the whole experience from beginning to ending!
Must do thingy when you are in Rottnest Island! YOLO#NoRegrets

Thank you for having made this first jump an unforgettable moment! I chose the jump at 14,000 feet with a 60 second free fall. It takes about 20 minutes to reach this height and then everything happens very quickly. ✈
Hang on! Guaranteed sensations! Something to feel alive like never before. I'm really grateful to have shared this moment with Geronimo Skydive. ????
I strongly advise you to take the Photos / videos package! It's worth it even if your mind isn't ready to forget this kind of experience. ????
