TOUR INFORMATION This is a private tour of up to 2 people One pickup and return location – a 30km radius of Hornsby, NSW Standard Tasting fees are included at selected cellar doors. Upgrades can be made at own cost. If you chose to change cellar doors you may need to pay your own tasting fees on top of your tour cost Lunch cost is NOT included in this tour. Your lunch cost is at your own expense. We do this as many people have particular taste, standards and requirements with food. We feel it is best you decide what you order and enjoy. Lunch break time is normally up to 90 mins unless other wise agreed You can customise your tour venues to suit your individual needs but by doing so you may incur extra cost. Please check with HVTours. You will be contacted before your tour often the day/night before with your pickup time and location to meet the tour bus. If you do not get this call, text or email please call the main phone number. We will ask you to wait for the tour bus in a specific location, this is for the ease of pickup. We would like you to be ready to board the bus when it arrives. YOUR CHARTER/TOUR ON THE DAY It is important to note that changes may not be easy to make and may not be possible If you are not on time to attend any pre-booked venue. You understand you may be turned away. SEAT BELTS All vehicles are fitted with seat belts. It is compulsory that seat belts are worn. If you have been asked to put your seat belt on and you refused. We have the right to refuse to move the vehicle until seat belts are worn. CHILD CAR SEATS We do NOT provide or fit car seats for children. Please be aware it is against the law (and we will not accept) you holding your child on your lap while the tour vehicle is being driven, no exception. Your small group tour vehicle is not a taxi nor a large coach, its a passenger vehicle. SMOKING AND VAPING Is not permitted in the vehicle under any circumstance. FOOD We ask you to reframe from eating in the vehicles. You can eat your food when you get off the vehicle. A cleaning fee may apply. DRIVERS RIGHT TO TERMINATE The driver/guide has the right to terminate your tour/transfer without refund in the event of unruly, aggressive, disrespectful behaviour DRESS CODE ON THE DAY Clothing – please wear clothing suitable to the weather on the day and for getting on and out of a vehicle throughout the day. Tours are conducted in all weather Footwear – it is recommended to wear closed in footwear. You could possibly be walking on uneven/wet/dusty ground and for safety reasons we strongly encourage and recommend closed in footwear DRINKING OF ALCOHOL AND USE OF RECREATIONAL DRUGS ON THE TOUR BUS/VEHICLE Is prohibited. This includes any alcohol drinks you may purchase whilst on tour with us. We do not allow eskys or any open vessels of alcohol onboard the vehicle/bus. If you breach this and are found consuming or with an open vessel of alcohol in the vehicle/bus we have the right to ask you to leave the vehicle/bus immediately and no refund will be given. HV Tours does not have a ‘party bus’ bus accreditation. This includes any alcohol slushie you may buy while on tour. Please do not ask to bring this on the tour bus as sometimes a refusal upsets people and we do not wish to upset anyone but the answer is ‘NO’ Non-disclosure of Hens and Buck parties will result in your tour being cancelled. There is no exception.
