Standard Flight Option

• If your flight is cancelled by the pilot due to weather, you will receive a Rebooking Link via email to reschedule.
• You may choose to reschedule and fly in either Geelong or the scenic Yarra Valley.
• Flights are non-refundable but are transferable to another passenger (fees apply).

Refundable Premium Upgrade

• Highly recommended for international, interstate, or short-stay travellers who may not have the flexibility to reschedule.

• Refund requests are accepted and processed if received within 14 days of the original cancelled flight date.
