What to expect on the day of your jump

• Please allow up to 6h for the full experience

• We will pick you up from Airlie Beach and drive to our aerodrome in Laguna Quays.

• Your Tandem Master will give you a safety briefing and harness you up before heading to the plane.

• The ride to exit height takes about 20 mins, over the Whitsundays with spectacular views.

• Experience 60 seconds of exhilarating freefall at speeds of up to 200 km/h

• Enjoy 5-7 minutes under parachute gliding over Whitehaven Beach, one of the most famous beaches in the world.

• The cherry on top…touch down on the sand, this is the ultimate bucket list item in Australia.

• Video and Photos:

• If you choose the Video and Photo package, your instructor will wear a wrist-mounted camera taking selfie-style images of your full experience. You will receive 100+ photos and a 3-minute video edit with music of your skydive experience.

• If you choose the Ultimate Video Package, in addition to the wrist-mounted camera, there will be a videographer with a helmet-mounted camera jumping with you, giving you an incredible point of view of your skydive. Your 100+ photos and 5-minute video edit will include photos and footage from both cameras

Exclusive beach landing

• Whitehaven Beach is one of the ultimate destinations in Australia, normally only accessible by boat. Freefalling, gliding and landing on this famous beach is the ultimate adventure and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Video and Photos

• You will receive your video and photos in your inbox within 24-48h of completing your skydive.

What to wear/bring with you

• Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions on the day.

• It is essential to wear enclosed footwear such as sneakers or running shoes. Flip flops or sandals are not permitted.

• We will provide you with goggles, including an oversize option if you wear glasses.

• Avoid consuming copious amounts of food immediately before the skydive.

• We advise applying sunscreen and staying well hydrated.

Booking and payment:

• Use Visa or Mastercard for secure and encrypted online checkout to complete your payment.

• You can skydive now and pay later with ZipPay. Please contact us to get your order started on the phone.

• Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with all details and instructions for the day of your skydive.

Cancellation policy

• If we cannot jump due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule your skydive free of charge.

• If you need to reschedule your skydive, please inform us at least 48 hours before your booked time and we will change it without additional charges.

• If you cancel your jump within 24 hours of your scheduled time, your skydive payment will be forfeited.

• For cancellations made within 48 hours of the jump time, a cancellation fee of $100 per person will apply.

Minimum requirements to skydive:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Visitors under 18 require written consent from a parent or guardian.

• No maximum age limit (even adrenaline-seekers in their 70s and 80s are welcome!)

• Basic fitness and good general health are required for safety. If you are unsure whether you meet minimum requirements contact us for an individual assessment.

• 115kg is the maximum weight allowed. Please note that a weight surcharge applies for 95kg+.

• 95 – 99kg > +$25

• 100 – 109kg > +$50

• 110 – 115kg > +$100
