We used Byron Bay Coastal transfers from Ballina airport to Byron Bay. We flew into Ballina in February 2026 but the plane couldn't land straight away bcos of poor visibility. We flew around for abt 20 mins b4 we could land. I was worried abt being late for the shuttle - I messaged the driver and he was waiting, no problem. Dropped us off at our apartment. He was there to pick us up at 10.30am 2 days later to coincide with our flight to Sydney at 12.30. All went very smoothly. Felt safe being driven and an overall good experience. I highly recommend them!

Everything was really smooth! I can get a transfer the moment I landed at Byron bay just at at the counter from the airport. The booking for the return trip was super easy as well, I just gave them a call and ask for a booking in time for my flight. They knew the flights that are departing and arriving at Byron Bay and recommended me the best time for the shuttle. It was great! Highly recommend!

We had to organise our trip quite late and were flying on possibly one of their busier nights (Christmas eve). They were so accomodating and made our entire trip so easy. Communication was perfect and pickup almost instant. Driver was lovely and vehicle was spacious and comfortable. Door to door service and baby seat provided. Will 100% use them again.

Reliable shuttle service to Ballina Byron airport. The staff responded to my text request within minutes & confirmed they would be available for a pickup the next day.
