“Electric Bikes are AWESOME!”
Wow! My husband and I hired the brand new Merida electric bikes and managed to cover 45km. The Barossa has a wonderful dedicated bike trail, much of it away from the roads and meandering through vineyards and bushland. There are some steep hills around Jacobs Creek and there is no way we could have covered this distance without the aid of power. With these bikes you can cycle up a very steep incline and it feels like you are on a flat section. It was so much fun and a brilliant way to explore the region. Louis was great, friendly, welcoming and so passionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these bikes to anyone that wants a bit of an adventure and isn’t super cycle fit. Thank you Louis for the highlight of our trip.

The bikes were in excellent condition, equipped with panniers and locks — everything we needed for a comfortable ride. The Barossa Valley is perfect to explore by bike, with plenty of quiet back roads and scenic vineyard trails. Even our 5-year-old daughter had a fantastic time riding her kids’ bike!
Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of the Barossa Valley in the best possible way — on two wheels! 🚴♂️🍇
Popped in to get our bike tyres pumped before a race. Absolute Legend-thank you.
The staff were great & helped me and my son look at helmets, tubes and tyres.
They have a heap of bikes in-stock too.
The bikes served us very well and advice and back up (not needed but there) gave us the confidence to just think about our holiday in the Barossa. The bike pathways keep you off the roads for most of the busy traffic areas including between Angaston, Nuriootpa, Tanunda, Lyndoch and Gawler.
The saddle bags on the e-bike work very well transporting everything especially purchases along the way.
Highly recommend hiring bikes (& doing so with Barossa bike hire) to get around the valley. Mostly flat and plenty of wineries or other tourist attractions to check out for a rest along the way.
We had 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed each day.
Rent your bike here. We have rented bikes around the world - these were the best. Bikes are in fabulous condition - rental includes a helmet and panier and local cycle map so no need to cycle with a back pack.
Louis had our bikes out and ready for our arrival. He has a great knowledge of the area to help plan your day. We did a selfguided day - stopping at many vineyards. It was a perfect.
