  • Customers who purchase an Adult Flexible ticket will receive a full refund (or credit) if notice of cancellation is given at least 48 hours prior.

  • If booked with a gift voucher or gift card, it will be re-issued.

  • No refunds or credits for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.

  • Flexible tickets allow you to change your tour date at no charge, provided notice is given 48+ hours before departure.
