Four Hats of Bendigo – An Evening of Progressive Fine Dining
Duration:
Operated By:
Indulge in an extraordinary evening across Bendigo’s four 2026 Chef Hat restaurants in one seamless progressive dining experience.
This exclusive event brings together Terrae, Le Foyer, Alium Dining and The Woodhouse for a four-course journey through the very best of Bendigo fine dining. Across the evening, you’ll enjoy canapés, entrée, main and dessert, each served in a different award-winning venue and paired with perfectly matched regional wines.
The experience runs from 7pm to 10pm on the last Thursday of each month, beginning on the steps of Bendigo Town Hall before we make our way through the city’s finest dining rooms. Limited to just 12 guests, this intimate evening offers rare access to four hatted restaurants in one remarkable night. With only one event per month, early bookings are recommended.
Each month, the order of venues rotates, ensuring no two consecutive experiences are alike. For locals, that means you can return and enjoy a completely fresh progression through Bendigo’s most celebrated dining experiences.
As you stroll between venues through the historic city centre, your host will share stories that connect Bendigo’s gold rush grandeur to its rise as Australia’s first UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, a title that reflects the quality, creativity and local produce that define dining here today.
Dietary requirements, including vegetarian and gluten free, can be catered for with prior notice.
Dress to impress and wear comfortable shoes, as we walk approximately 1200 metres over the course of the evening.

I'm already planning my next tour with Bendigo Guided Tours, as loved it that much. Thanks Jamie for a great afternoon..
My wife and I were fortunate to be able to join Jamie from Bendigo Guided Tours on a very informative tour of the Chinese mines and precinct.
We firstly went to see some mines just off a road I have travelled a thousand times before and I didn’t know that these mines existed.
We also went to the Joss house and Chinese Gardens that I have never been in to.
A lovely morning tea at Omari and also a visit to the Chinese Museum.
If anyone is wanting a tour, I would recommend Bendigo Guided Tours.
Jamie also does food orientated tours. A brunch tour might be our next one.
