Cancellations by Guests • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations by Bendigo Guided Tours • We reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather, venue closures, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. • In this case, guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. Menu & Dietary Requirements • The menu and matched wines are curated and set in advance in collaboration with participating venues. • Vegetarian and gluten-free options can be catered for when advised at the time of booking. • As menus rotate and are chef-designed, we cannot guarantee specific dishes or full dietary customisation beyond these categories. • Severe allergies may not be able to be accommodated across all venues. Itinerary & Venues • The order of venues rotates monthly. • Participating restaurants and menu items are subject to change without notice due to seasonal availability or operational requirements. • Substitutions of equal quality will always be provided. Guest Behaviour & Responsible Service of Alcohol • This experience includes matched wines. Responsible service of alcohol applies. • Guests who appear intoxicated or behave in a disruptive manner may be removed without refund. Weather Policy • This is a progressive dining experience conducted on foot between venues. • The event will not proceed in extreme weather conditions for safety and guest comfort.
