Description: Step into serenity on this 4km guided sunset hike through the enchanting jarrah and marri forest of the Bibbulmun Track in the Darling Range. As the late afternoon light filters through the trees, we’ll wander from Sullivan Rock to the summit of Mt Vincent where you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the rhythm of nature.
Our mindful walk leads you to a warm granite outcrop overlooking the valley, the perfect spot to watch the sky blush with sunset hues. Here, you’ll settle into stillness as Maria from Parnita’s Yoga guides you through a restorative sound bath beneath the open sky.
Sound baths are a deeply meditative experience where sound waves from gongs, singing bowls, and chimes ripple through the body, calming the mind and restoring balance. Feel the earth beneath you, the vibrations resonating through stone and skin, and the gentle breeze against your face — pure, grounding bliss.
Complete your experience with antipasto grazing, herbal tea and a twilight walk under the stars back to Sullivan Rock.

What an amazing stroll for seniors with the expertise of our fabulous OTBT guide, Kym! The pace was leisurely for us seniors, and the knowledge of wildflowers, trees, fauna and other flora by the guide was fabulous! But best of all was the scrumptious morning tea supplied and the conversations with other guests whom I did not know until that walk.
Ash kept us highly entertained with his comments and jokes!!!
I would highly recommend 'Off The Beaten Track', especially Ash as your guide.
From the very beginning, Mike made everyone feel welcome and at ease. His passion for the outdoors, knowledge of the local area, and calm, friendly nature really set the tone for the entire experience. The hike itself was stunning, with beautiful views, peaceful bushland, and just the right level of challenge.
When we reached the summit, we were greeted with jaw-dropping views and a sunset that painted the entire sky in shades of pink, orange, and gold. It was the perfect setting for our yoga session.
The yoga practice was gentle and grounding, guided by a wonderful instructor who created a space where everyone – no matter their skill level – could relax and connect. Doing yoga as the sun dipped below the horizon was something truly special.
Huge thanks to Mike and the OTBT team for creating such a meaningful and memorable experience. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply grateful. Can’t wait to book my next adventure with you!
The scenery was spectacular, the guides were exceptional, the food was delicious and the accommodation was excellent. The hike itself was physically challenging for me but so enjoyable and so worth it!
I have no hesitation in recommending Off The Beaten Track - 10 out of 10 !!
A big thank you to Kym, Tracey, Anji, Dawn and Heidi - you ladies are awesome!!

Absolutely recommend
We learnt lots about the local area on the way thanks to their great knowledge and spent a lot of time laughing. Would definitely join again and had a great time!
OFF THE BEATEN TRACK, led by Tracy and with wonderful help from Sarah and Anne Marie.
Every part of the walk was explained and advice was given.
The break in the middle was welcome, with tea and refreshments and a lovely platter of biscuits and cheeses and strawberries and other items.
Thank you for supplying the walking poles to me as a newby.
I thoroughly enjoyed the walk as a 77 year old senior.

As always, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our guides (Mikey and Kym) were outstanding – knowledgeable, supportive, and full of good humour – which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. We had plenty of laughs along the way, were treated to gourmet food, and even enjoyed some wine tasting on the journey back.
Everything was so well organised and thoughtfully planned. I always feel looked after and inspired on these trips.
Can’t wait to join OTBT for more adventures in the future!
Highly recommend.
Super fun and friendly.- will definitely be signing up for more adventures.
Australia is a world way away from many of us, and it takes a lifetime to fully experience everything it has to offer. Don't hesitate to do your research well ahead of your visit and benefit from the insider knowledge/tips that OTBT can share with you. Thank you, Tracy and Sarah!
I’m not a strong confident swimmer but the partnering tour companies were awesome and supplied life jackets or pool noodles to make me feel comfortable in the deep ocean.
The tours were amazing, the snorkelling surreal and can be summed up as WOW!!! No hesitation in recommending, even if your not a confident swimmer - book it I travelled with my husband who was also impressed and exceeded all expectations
From our first gorgeous sunset views at Vlamingh Lighthouse to our last stunning sunrise from Charles Knife Canyon, this trip was amazing!! The hikes were tough but worth it! Yardie Gorge and Mandu Mandu Gorge!! We got to see wildlife everywhere including Ospreys, bats and black flanked rock wallabies. The stunning Ningaloo reef experiences were even better than I had ever imagined! From sea kayaking, snorkeling, the glass bottom boat trip and the unbelievable Whaleshark experience! We saw whalesharks, turtles, dolphins, dugong, giant clams and so many reef fish! This is a trip I'll never forget. Thanks to our awesome guide Sarah for making this such an unforgettable experience.
Will be back for the guided multi days hike next time !
Accommodation in Albany was great, very central to cafe's and restaurants where we dined and the food was delicious.
First hike on the Bald Head Trail was challenging but the views were breathtaking.
Our second hike had to be cancelled due to weather conditions but the alternative was organised immediately including our winery lunch. We hiked Mount Hallowell in Denmark and this hike was fantastic definitely a contrast from the previous day and the views at the top were astounding.
We also did a sunrise hike to Point King Lighthouse ruins which was not on our itinerary but our guides went out of their way to get up early to take us and the sunrise was spectacular.
Will definitely do another tour with OTBT
