In our delicious Pizza Making Masterclass, you will learn the art to knowing exactly how to make mouthwatering, crispy Pizzas, every time you fire up the BBQ or Pizza oven!


We will focus on the all-important dough and how to prepare and create the perfect base every time. We will learn how to make and create house made Ricotta and taste our very own house Smoked Bacon for your pizza.

Feel proud as you indulge in a gourmet pizza dinner party – all cooked by you! Leave with confidence and the ability to recreate every time you have your friends and family over.  


This hands-on cooking class will teach you the art of perfect dough creation and how to cook amazing pizzas on your BBQ or Pizza Oven, every time you get it on. We will learn how to make fresh Ricotta and prepare a range of toppings plus new skills to add to BBQ artillery and serve restaurant quality Pizzas at your next dinner party. The experience begins with a warm welcoming from your chefs, where you’ll be treated to a frosty beer or wine. You will learn valuable tips and tricks on kneading, knocking back, proving, brining, marinating and baking. We will even poach pears for your dessert pizza and be able to delight your guests every time.  You will become the BBQ Master of all things Pizza.

As your class approaches, expect an automated reminder from us during the week leading up to your session. If you have any dietary requirements, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at least 7 days before your class date. Please note that charges of $12 per ingredient may apply, subject to availability, feasibility, and your dietary restrictions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Once your experience has been confirmed, any changes are at the discretion of BBQ School and will be arranged according to the following policy: Rescheduling: Over 7 Days (168 hours before the class time) Notice: No charge for rescheduling your booking. 7 Days to 72 hours (before the class time) Notice: $50 per person for rescheduling your booking. A replacement person can attend. Within 48 hours of day of your Session: Your ticket is forfeited, and you cannot reschedule your booking. A replacement person can attend. No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and are not entitled to a refund or to re-book. Participants are advised to make their insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances. Refunds: Class fees are non-refundable. In other cases (Double booking at a venue, Total Fire Ban, Heatwave, Extreme Rain, Hazard), we reserve the right for personal and public safety to cancel or reschedule your class to avoid any dangers and ensure our experience can be conducted safely and authentically. We will notify you of the next available date. Note: In rare instances where we don’t meet the minimum number of participants (of 12 participants) or circumstances like hazardous weather or other factors that make it unsuitable to run the class, we will contact you to reschedule for another date or offer the option to re-book. Dietary Requirements: Participants can notify BBQ School at info@bbqschool.com.au at least 7 days to 72 hours before their scheduled class so that BBQ School can arrange alternative options for the booking. Please note that a $12 substitute ingredient fee, per ingredient, will apply for any significant dietary requirements, such as the provision of alternative proteins or meats. Whilst we endeavour to secure appropriate alternatives, there is no guarantee of an available alternative.
