Unearth Tasmanian Black Gold

Immerse yourself in the ultimate paddock-to-plate adventure at our active working farm. We grow both summer and winter black truffles, allowing us to harvest these culinary treasures across much of the year. 🐾

The Thrill of the Hunt

Follow our expert truffle dogs into the plantation for our signature truffle hunting experience. Watch in awe as these highly trained dogs sniff out mature summer black truffles. Every hunt is a unique adventure shaped by nature, and you can learn more about what to expect on your truffle hunt on our farm.

Savour the Harvest

After the excitement of the hunt, treat your tastebuds to our signature fresh truffle pizza, topped with freshly shaved truffle. Enjoy a tasting of our gourmet truffle products, perfectly paired with your choice of a glass of Tasmanian wine, local beer, or a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage. 🍕

Relax on the Farm

During this approximately 2-hour experience, unwind on a picnic rug amongst the truffle trees or under the cover of our open tour shed. It is the perfect way to enjoy a Tasmanian summer afternoon. 🍷
