We spent some time enjoying the Summer on the Lawn Session.
Very laid back, with live music, chill tunes by local artists.
Makes for the perfect day trip to enjoying wood fired pizzas and tasting flights of Gin or endless pours from the container Bar.
There’s endless space to stretch out on the lawns and play few games or relax under the cool umbrellas sipping wine or beers.
Recommended.

We had a great day in a very nice country setting.

Staff were very nice and professional. Pizza was great and the whole menu is very reasonable (not trying to do 1000 things and not too expensive).

We sat in the marquee area and there was some nice live music and some games on the lawn for the kids.

Tasted several of the beers and our table had some gin tasting flights.

It turns out I am not as good at golf as I think I am.

A great way to spend a lazy afternoon.

I don't normally leave reviews but I decided to leave one after visiting. I had checked the reviews for this place before booking for a family birthday. The reviews here are wildly different from 1-star to 5-star. I feel that the 1-stars are not really realistic and those that complain about the pizza are probably used to eating Dominos or Pizza Hut. Those that complain about flies or being too warm should probably think twice about visiting a venue in a country setting in the middle of summer, get a life.

Food was great, like excellent! The Pizza was very good and we ordered some of each type. Absolutely no complaints from our table that was mixed ages from 8 to 80yo. Chips were a big hit with kids and adults.

Service was good outside and the popup bar thing took drinks and food orders quickly.

Sitting at the tables on the lawns outside in the shade was great with a nice breeze.

The manager was very nice (Steph or Stef?) and the service was over all very good for a busy place with lots of customers.

I don't go out a great deal, but unlike other reviews, I feel the prices were fair, we got good value and the service was very friendly.

Was here for their $75 long lunch with party of 9 which included 4 kids. We're not very big eaters but if we didn't order extra pizzas, we would have been leaving hungry.

Slow food service with almost 1hr between entrees and mains.

Adults gave up some portions for the kids and even ordered extra hot chips during the long break between food.

Waiters were attentive but they kept asking for drinks. Not sure if they were pushing drinks on us or they felt that they needed to do something whilst waiting for food.

Food was ok but some in the group didn't like the roast pork and would have preferred a different proteins. I didn't mind it.

The starters were very nice. Oysters, prawns, asparagus and their sour dough bread was one of the best I've had.

May come back for the pizza which was fast to come out but would not recommend their long lunch.

Worst service I have ever had. Waited over 2 hours to be served, then told once we were had 1 round of pizzas that we were not getting any more pizzas. Chips were brought out well after pizza after having to ask for them and finally salad was served 5 minutes before desert was brought out. Servers tried taking the food and plates back while we were still eating and we had to tell them so. Desert was brought out finally but the brownies were not enough to feed the group (more people then brownies) and some missed out on the desert.
Was a quiet warm day and waiting around 25 minutes in a line to buy a drink is absolutely stupid.
I have been here 2 other times and never had such terrible service. Heat and flies i understand is beyond anyone's control, but service, food and customer comfort is totally in there control.
We had to ask for the air conditioner to be put on under the big tent and it took forever for that to happen. We were not the only ones who was not happy, lot of people were going and standing in front of the portable air-conditioner when it was finally on.

All I can say is the service has gone down the drain.
Don't go people save your money, and go to other wineries in the areM

I visited LOT 100 yesterday with three friends and was really disappointed with the whole experience. I get that venues can be busy, but the service felt dismissive and I honestly left feeling ripped off. We tried to order four pizzas for the table, but our waitress told us three was enough because she didn’t want us to “waste food,” which came across as patronising rather than helpful. She kept pushing drinks on us, even though we clearly said we were mainly there for the pizza and didn’t want to sit there with multiple drinks each.

When the pizzas finally came, they were terrible, very doughy, undercooked, and just not enjoyable at all. The menu had also changed, which wouldn’t be an issue if the quality was good, but it really wasn’t. On top of that, I found it odd and weird that the staff were wearing badges supporting political causes/countries. I don’t think politics should be brought into a dining experience! We came to eat, not to be reminded of political issues.

Overall, the service was poor, the food was bad, and the atmosphere just felt off. There are so many flies flying around all over the food. I won’t be coming back.

Food amazing. Venue amazing. Atmosphere amazing. Price reasonable for what you get. We opted for the $55 all you can eat option. Pizzas incredible (loved the pepperoni!). Salad (lettuce leaves fresh and crispy), antipasto nice (needed more bread) and chips to die for! Would have given 5 stars but let down by two rude staff members (bar and management). Table service staff (waiters and waitresses) were super friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Just went for a quick tasting at lot100 and had an amazing experience the staff were phenomenal and so kind. Such an amazing time even though they were so busy they were so attentive.

We came here for my mums birthday lunch and had the best food and service! Lottie our waiter was so attentive and went above and beyond for us and the food was beyond incredible and not overly priced which is rare for such a nice venue.
10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Myself and 4 friends had lunch at Lot 100 on Sunday for my friends birthday.
I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food we were given for the $55 lunch option. It was enough that we took some home for dinner too! Loved it all, the antipasto platter, pizzas and the delicious cannoli. The atmosphere was beautiful and so nice to see so many children playing outside in nature. I also want to shout out our exceptional (and beautiful) waitress Lottie, who regularly checked in with us and made sure we had enough, regardless of how busy it was she didn’t forget!
Tom also looked after us at the beginning and end, he was great too.
Love all the local produce on show. This would be an amazing place to have a function!
I will be bringing my husband here very soon to do it all again! Thanks for a great experience!

Great venue excellent food. Wait Staff very friendly & helpful.
A bit of a line up for drinks waited about 25 mins to order a drink on the outdoor side. One bartender was working his butt off while most of the others seemed to just be pottering around. Surely if one side is quiet they can jump over & assist on the busy side? Otherwise, a really exceptional venue. Wait staff were fantastic, food was delicious, location is picturesque, drinks were delicious, amenities were clean, well kept, & smelt lovely. A beautiful lunch at a great spot!

Our first visit to Lot 100.
Venue location is lovely. Views are dry this time of year, but the grounds themselves are well watered and kept.
Our experience was heavily impacted by one incredibly pushy wait staff. I understand part of his role is to upsell, however this was legit bullying to purchase the 'buttermilk chicken' & more alcohol, and was very off-putting.
We had the casual lunch and food was great. Nothing that I would rave about, but for what it was, the quality was good and great flavour combinations. Pity about our waiter, that's been the killer to the word of mouth referrals and decider to us not rushing a return.

We did a gin blending experience and then had lunch. We had an awesome time making our own flavoured gins, and then enjoyed a nice lunch and a glass of wine and a cocktail.
We picked up a bottle of Desert Gin and a four pack of their small batch cola soft drink.

Am in love ❤️ with this venue. So well set up. The food was great. Fresh, tasty, and plentiful. Excellent value for money. Beverages were exceptional, as was the friendly, helpful service. Loved the vibe and loved being able to buy some quality products to bring home for my own cooking. Lovedddddd the pepperoni pizza with chilli honey. Plus salad and other pizza options. Wine flight was well priced. In-house desert of vanilla cannoli with chocolate and walnuts was light and tasty. Amazing 👏

I really wanted to try their pizzas but unfortunately they were not as good as I thought but just average.
The mushroom pizza had no taste and the pizza with provolone, radicchio and prosciutto was good but nothing amazing.

We were a group of 4 attending the winery for the first time, participating in "tasting Australia. The staff were lovely, and the variety of food was really good. The winery has a great variety of wine, gin, beer, and ciders, all reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.

Food was delicious!! Can’t get over how good the chips and pizza were. The service was quite slow and the servers weren’t attentive enough. We had a big group and every time, I need to get up and talk to a different staff to ask for more food because it just wasn’t enough. We ordered the sharing experience. Food was great but the service could be improved. The Sunset Gin was sooo good too!

Amazing pizza Tried one of Lot 100s pizza’s at Gather Round game held at Mt Barker. Selected the margarita. OMG it was good! Amazing doughy base. Perfect tomato sauce. Great mozarella. And fresh basil leaves. Was soooo good we were tempted to order a second. Keen to head up to their venue and have a full food and beverage experience.

Thumbs up (half-way) for vegetarian fare. Good service, pleasant atmosphere, plenty of good food. Vegetarian dishes were tasty and interesting but lacking in protein (unless one counted a scraping of hummus). A dish featuring shavings of salted carrot was presented in one course while my friends were given sliced meat; the carrot was surprisingly good but really not an equivalence to the meat dish. Overall though, I would give Lot 100 a tick for its vegetarian offerings and would be happy to return.

Finally made my way up here after hearing rave reviews. I had already had a bite to eat so was just popping in for a whisky tasting from 78°

As far as the tasting goes, amazing. Great value for money and a nice way to try their range. It also is the best way to try the Nayive Grain which is normally $450 a bottle.

It was super busy and kids running everywhere. So it's great for families, but probably not so much if you want a quiet lunch.

The pizza looked and smelt amazing. I'll definitely be back but for food as well next time.

Lot 100 is one of those "must do" items in the Adelaide Hills, especially if you are a foodie. The ambience and dining experience is accessible to everyone here. There is a good range to choose from, including a selection of "Plates" and Pizzas. Prices range from $20 to $30, and you are guaranteed not to be disappointed with the quality of the food on offer. The "Feed Me" options are either, a long lunch ($70pp) available Fri-Sun, or a casual lunch for $55pp. A little lunch is offered, alongside these two "Feed Me" selections, at $25pp for 4-12yr olds.
They also have a range of drink tastings, including wine, gin, whiskey, beer, cider, and juice.

Really enjoyed visiting here, tried the gin flight and the beer flight tester.
Both of which tasted amazing. Would like to return in the future to try the food which looked fantastic

Lot 100 not worth the drive from Adelaide.
Well, 1 & 1/2 hours in 6 radishes & cold wood oven cooked bread (I would say it was frozen at some stage & not full thawed). Had to order a pizza which arrived quicker than our mains. Chuck beef -way to salty dish uneaten also.
Mains cooked beef - uneaten by all at table due to being tough & a poor cut.
Salad- how can you stuff up salad we’ll go to lot 100.
Paid meal and would not go back to try again & could not recommend to any of our friends or business associates who often dine out.

Bad service Lovely spot and great product but our experience was marred by poor service. When we went to order some takeaway products th person who served us was rude and dumped the products on the counter without helping with packing. Highly Recommend My Daughter and I had a wonderful day at Lot 100. We sampled some gins and had the $70 lunch, we comfortably spent 2.5 hours in front of the fire enjoying the 5 courses. Perfect for way to spend an afternoon when the weather isn’t great outside. The service was fantastic, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Went on a Saturday. The staff were lovely/ helpful but it felt very closed in with all the other customers and their screaming kids. It was also very cold and wished there were more heaters. Food was however delicious, will be back!

My wife and I visited. Not on any tour. Probably need to book ahead as there are only a small number of seats for people rocking up. Good atmosphere, good food, plenty to drink if your not driving.

Overpriced and bad food Sorely disappointed! Terrible pizza, & the worst gluten free pizza I have ever tasted, lack of sauce and leathery, then, bad sweets. MOST annoying was the rip off price of $55. Did not get anywhere near the amount of food value. Some snacky food, A few slices of pizza, & crazy oversalted slice. Many other tables were commenting about lack of value and the awful sweets, lots of sweets left on tables. Really disappointing is that you are not given an option to choose a meal if you go as a group! Then on top of the already outrageous price was that our 2 year old granddaughter had to pay $25! Atrocious price for a 2 year old, who is lucky to even eat one slice of pizza, let alone a meal!

Not a fan. Second visit here. Well not really as the first visit was for their CFS fundraising event, not. We were turned away with about 50 other cars as there was a wedding first. Second visit was for my nieces Hen Do. It looked lovely and the place was packed, perfect weather, lots of big parties. The queue for the bar was huge, the chairs at our end of the table needed dusting before sitting. As a few members of our party were running late so the staff asked twice if they could serve the food. We finally agreed. The antipasto arrived and was delicious although more than small piece of bread per person would have been nice. The small plate and it was delicious. Then the wait. At 10 past 3 the staff informed us the kitchen was overwhelmed and the pizzas would be a wait. We explained our bus was picking us up at 4:30. So we got asked to pay now. No problem except 3 of our party had to leave at 3:30 due to previous engagements. So they paid $55 for 2 small courses. The pizzas arrived at around 3:50. Greatly enjoyed by most of the people. Time was quickly running out so asked for the cannoli to takeaway. I will admit the staff were very helpful with takeaway boxes for all the leftover pizzas and French fries, there was a lot and they gave us extra cannoli. On the whole a good day but I won’t be in a hurry to go back.

Food ok. Atmosphere in gazebo seating was extremely loud & hot on a 21degree day. Requested 3x before they opened shutters for some air.
Time it took for meals was not great. 2hrs to serve wood oven pizza is not ideal. Food was nothing to yell home about. Feed me menu was not worth it. 25 people, $50ph included a few pieces of pickled veg, a scoop of whipped ricotta, a piece of bread, 1 slice of lamb, a handful of hot chips, 2 slices of pizza, 1/4 of a frozen vienetta parfait each.
Not worth the drive there. Not likely to return.

Wedding Reception Sat 18th Feb 2023 We had my daughter and now son in law's wedding reception here last week. It was outstanding, the food, the atmosphere and the service. There was a good amount of everything. The staff were lovely and very professional. The food standard was excellent. They had food out quickly when guests arrived ( which I often find doesnt happen with weddings or events at times)

Individual dietary options carefully prepared for those who needed them. The interior/décor exceptional which added so much to the atmosphere for what turned out to be a very happy wedding.

With so many choices of venues in the adelaide hills this would be the last on my list I’m afraid. Food was ok. Walked into the “tent” to our table and it sounded and felt like we were walking into an over inhabited bird aviary. Closed in with little to no view of the outside world. It was so loud and unpleasant. Waited over 2 hours for our food and had to leave eventually with takeaway as bus was waiting to take us home. Pizzas were apparently already cooking and we got them 45 minutes later. Staff very nice. Nothing for kids to do.

*We were seated outside in the gazebo* Staff friendly, food yummy and drinks good. The only downside the outside Dining space is very basic.... It lacks finishing touches and finer details like placemats, coasters or even any table dressings etc so it feels like a big beer hall. Overall it's well worth a visit and remember go Hungry!

Serene place good for socialization. Food is complimentary to the occasion. We just had antipasti and not even degustation food but the experience and atmosphere is good for team building.

Lovely lunch in a tranquil, rural location Two friends and I came here for lunch yesterday without having made a booking. We were given a large table well distanced from other diners in the restaurant. A lovely waitress spent quite some time explaining the menu to us and I was pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of fruit juices in 2 of the tasting paddles. One of us had the gin tasting paddle and was really happy with that, saying he wants to return as soon as possible to sample the other ones as well. We were able to order a la carte and had a porcini mushroom pizza topped with really finely sliced prosciutto and covered in cheese sprinkles. It was thin, crispy and delicious. The chips we ordered as a side came steaming hot and they also were crispy and probably the best I have tasted in a long time. The charcuterie board unfortunately contained only one thing which a vegetarian (one of my companions) could eat, pickled peach and onion. I found the pate exceptionally good as were the oh so thinly sliced meats. The atmosphere was peaceful and the heating in the large restaurant was perfect and welcomed on such a cold day in the Adelaide Hills. This was my first visit to Lot 100 and it was on a Thursday with all of the weekend crowds missing. The bread also was freshly baked and apparently home made, but there was not enough of it. I should have asked for more. Also, the waitress had noticed that I had my pet dogs in the car and said that their establishment is pet friendly and that we could have dined outside with the canines, but it was a bit cold for that yesterday. I, unlike some other reviewers of this place, had a really lovely time at lunch, with no time pressure put on us at all. I hope to visit again very soon.

Very enjoyable The food and wine was excellent at this busy venue. The "tastings" are brought to your table rather than people gathering around a bar. All the offerings were very flexible, you could have flights or whole glasses - large or small, whatever you liked. There was also cider and beer to try as well as local juices. The food on offer was interesting and delicious. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from the floor ladies from beginning to end. Waitresses continuously checked on us and even gave us some restaurant recommendations when we asked. They were super lovely and sweet.

Food was also delicious, loved everything. We ordered: Chicken parfait, antipasto, burrata & pancetta pizza. The burrata was quite average to me, my personal favourites were the pizza & parfait. Pancetta pizza is definitely a must try.

We also ordered 4 tasting sets, not sure what the brands were called but we had the gin, beer, cider and juice tasting. I loved the concept with the tasting cups on top of the information sheets and also the option for non alcoholic drinkers. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tasting.

Cannot rave about this place enough, will definitely recommend friends to try it out. Was my stand out restaurant during my Adelaide trip.

Terrible Absolutely Terrible Well what a disappointment. Firstly the service poor is an understatement. Firstly the female manager had no idea. To get a drink was near impossible, order a drink wait 30 plus minutes, order more than one drink good luck all drinks arrive at the table .Have to continually ask for table water. The. The set menu for around $60 a real joke. The cheese and meat plate to be shared amongst 5-6 people is way too small and much of our group did not like it. The next so called pasta dish was embarrassing a small bowl to be again shared by 6 people was laughable. Lastly the pizzas were again lacked flavour and when we asked for some meat ones they’re were taken to the vegetarian end! Overall you cannot blame staff , the manager, the cooks what was just clear and sad was they are so understaffed for such large groups on a weekend. The service was a disgrace. Be aware they don’t sell soft drinks , just local wine, beer, fruit juices and water. A number of us stopped for a Meal on the way home it was so poor. They claim to be eco friendly etc maybe this is due to have skeleton staff on to save on green house emissions . Never going back and would never ever recommend this money making machine.
