Walk this way! Excellent walking tour of Perth CBD. We had a fabulous morning exploring a range of sites with our wonderful guide, Ellen. She was so enthusiastic about the city and was full of great advice about cultural spots, restaurants and bars. The 3 hours just sped by and we didn’t feel too exhausted by the end thanks to lots of rest stops. Highly recommended for those, like us, who need an introduction to Perth.

Outstanding! What a fantastic tour! We only had a couple of hours free between meetings and booked at the last minute, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to Perth.

Our guide, Alex, was absolutely outstanding. She brought the city to life with fascinating stories, local insights and a genuine passion for Perth that was completely infectious. Thanks to her, we saw and appreciated so much more of the city than we ever would have on our own.

Alex truly went above and beyond. Even though we were leaving the next day, she took the time to write out personalised recommendations for places to visit, eat and explore. She was incredibly patient with our endless questions and impressed us with her depth of knowledge on everything from the city’s history to its culture and hidden gems.

We signed up for the Subi Blooms Sundowner Walking Tour and it was a most delightful experience. Our tour leader Amber was cheerful, friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, while ensuring it was interactive and light-hearted. Insightful times in Subi East Joined the Oh Hey WA walking tour of Subi East. The tour took around 90-mins and was conducted at an easy pace with lots of time to rest, view, and chat.

Our enthusiastic guide (Adie) was excellent and provided lots of insights of the area. I particularly liked the reflection pools and the re-use of materials within the newly developed areas. Looking forward to trying an art walk in the future.

Fabulous tour with the amazing Adie! Definitely book with this mob. This is the second walking tour I have done with this group, and it continues to be absolutely top notch. Adie is a great tour leader and I love her knowledge and vivacious personality. She really makes these tours special! This latest one was in Victoria Park (so big shout out to them, for making this tour affordable and accessible to everyone). I was amazed at the huge number of street art pockets in VIC Park . So will look forward to going back and exploring this fabulous area more in my own time.

4 Friends walking Perth We had a wonderful walking tour of Perth. Our guide was very friendly and a wealth of information. I would highly recommend this tour at the beginning of your stay as it then allows you to go back and see things she has pointed out. The route was also super easy for most people. A brilliant, brilliant walking tour with the effervescent Ellen!

The tour takes you around the city centre, showing you well known and not so well-known city sights and history. Bearing in mind that Ellen (only 19 - a Perth native) has only been working as a tour guide since the beginning of the year, she was incredible. Full of knowledge and funny titbits of information about why the coat of arms figures look in a particular direction, where the name of an plasterer is hidden in London Court, and where some cartoon figures are hiding in an alley (I won't spoil it - do the tour with Ellen and find out). Also loads of city history as she explained the importance of the various buildings we stopped at.

Ellen was funny, informative, engaging and great company. We had a blast.

Ellen also explained that the tour company "OH HEY! WA" is a female owned and operated company, run by an enterprising young woman called Adie. We have done many walking tours all over the world, and this was definitely one of the most enjoyable. Do yourself a favour and book a tour with them.

Brilliant off beat introduction to Perth City This was a great introduction to Perth. Ellen was enthusiastic and clearly loves her city! We learnt loads you will never know if you just walk about looking and got some great tips for eating and drinking, again off the beaten track away from the main tourist places. Definitely worth a few hours of your time as soon as you can after arrival.

Street Art Tour is a fun activity for a group of friends. Our Bookclub took a private Street Art Tour. We had no idea there was so much incredible art tucked away in little laneways we’d never come across before! Amber was good fun, informative and knowledgeable about Perth’s history. She also pointed out hidden details in familiar buildings/ public art that we’d never noticed before. We all agreed it was one of the best activities we’d done as a group. Highly recommend.

Get to know Perth with an entertaining interesting Tour The first thing we must say is Ellen our guide was very personable, enthusiastic and very mindful to ensure our group of 10 were all given personal time and information to ensure we all got the best out of the tour. All the more remarkable as Ellen has only recently taken on this role. If you want to learn about the history of Perth and get some tips on places to go then I would highly recommend taking this tour. Best to do it on Day One of your visit here as the tips and tricks regarding hidden places to eat, see and experience could only be found if speaking to an experienced local! Ellen has incredible local knowledge and her ability to engage the whole group in the history and architecture of this beautiful city is outstanding. Today we were delighted to do a lovely walking tour with the enthusiastic Ellen. Only 19 and this only her 3rd tour her knowledge was detailed and varied on a wide range of what makes Perth ‘Perth’.

As a dedicated local she was able to give us an insight into how Perth has changed over the years, including stories passed down 2 generations.

She gave us great idea for other places to visit, and included some extra time at the old courthouse at our request. Thank you Ellen for a wonderful morning!

Alex met us at Yagan Square and from there she opened up our eyes to the most fascinating things about Perth city. Her fun facts and knowledge demonstrated a passion for Perth history and art. Canning Bridge Art & Bar Sundowner Tour My husband and I recently did the Canning Bridge Art & Bar Sundowner tour and it was fantastic. our tour guides Amber and Sadie were definitely the “A” team not only organising our drinks at each venue but also offering a wealth of knowledge and lots of fun facts on both the artists and the art that adorn so many walls and buildings in this precinct. Such a fun, interesting & inspiring tour. Absolutely loved it!

Birthday Art and Bar Tour with ex-pats I did a tour for my friend's birthday. It was fantastic! Adie was our guide for the afternoon. Adie has incredible knowledge of the artwork, artists and area. Went down alleyways full of art I would never normally go down. Along the way, we popped into some bars; again, there are some hidden gems you may not know are there. It was an amazing afternoon and highly recommend to locals and tourists alike.

I did the Perth city tour with Oh Hey WA, with Lucy as the tour guide and it was such a great morning out for my first day in the city! A Beautiful and Hilarious Snapshot of Perth This tour exceeded all my expectations. It was very well paced; there was plenty of time to enjoy each experience without feeling rushed. Our tour guide Michaelia was hilarious, personable and knew everything about the art works/venues including personal titbits about the artists' works and motivations as well as where the flour comes from at Alfreds! I feel like I learned so much and had fun doing it.

The tour today was a free tour for teachers showcasing what Oh Hey WA has on offer for class excursions. Highly recommend the tour! .
