• Day 2: Premium Hunter Valley Wine Tasting
  Journey into the heart of Hunter Valley wine country. We have hand-selected the region’s finest vineyards, from international labels with ancient vines to charming family-run estates, for three premium sit-down tastings, a glittering vodka, gin, and liqueur tasting, a paired cheese or chocolate tasting, and a leisurely à la carte vineyard lunch. 🍷 Tell us your favourite wines in advance and we will tailor the day around them.
• Day 3: Port Stephens Dolphins & Coastal Wonders
  Showcase the very best of Port Stephens with a guided hike up Tomaree Mountain for sweeping coastal views (a flat walk is also available), a 1.5-hour cruise in search of resident bottlenose dolphins, 🐬 and a freshly caught seafood picnic on the beach.
