This was probably the best tour of my life. We spent two weeks in Australia touring in and around Melbourne and Sydney. The company specializes in private tours around this region The company can guide you in crafting an itinerary that works for you.

We were quite fortunate that Colin, who is also the owner of the business, drove us on this journey himself We were a big family of 7 travelling in his comfortable van . Colin is one of the most amazing guys we met. He has a good sense of humour and took great care of us. He has deep expertise in arranging private tours.

He made the right suggestions whenever we had any confusion in our plan, since things always change when you are travelling vs just planning
He had the right partnerships with other agencies who helped us for airport transfers

All in all, the value offered was great and I only want to say that next time I tour Australia I will again choose this company

Challenging start great finish A bit disappointed to start with as did not stop at wildlife viewing areas listed in itinerary. Worth provider looking at that as felt mid-sold. However after lunch at Apollo bay we were taken to see seals, then to a eucalyptus glade to see three koalas and loads of cockatoos. Then via the forest for more koalas and finally the wonderful natural rock formation in the bay. Thought we would not see kangaroos but driver managed to find a mob of about ten of them in Simpson I think it was called. So great afternoon in the end and lovely group

I booked a 5-day tour quite spontaneously. Unfortunately, the original trip couldn’t go ahead as I was the only participant. Instead, the team put together a custom package for me, including a 3-day Great Ocean Road & Grampians tour plus two day trips (a wine tour and Puffing Billy railway/ Penguin Parade).
All of the tours were absolutely first-class. Everything was very well organized, and I was always asked if everything was okay and if I was happy with the arrangements. I really appreciated the flexibility and the care they put into making sure I had a great experience.

So much fun and lovely adventure!
Due to low season, there were only 6 people joined, but the company didn’t cancel the trip. Instead, they turned it into a small group trip. Thumbs up for responsibility and care!

The guide arrived on time with a van that was so comfy. 10+ hours on the road didn't kill my back and neck😁

The Great Ocean Road was foggy on that day, plus winding curves at some parts, but Colin’s driving was so smooth and I didn’t feel dizzy, so lucky!

I saw koalas, sheeps, kangaroos, wallabies, cows, wild birds and ducks along the way too🩷

All my photos were taken with just my phone, even in the heavy fog, they turned out stunning!

Colin was so friendly, polite and made every one feel inclusive. The price was compettitive, the service was excellent!

Beautiful Australian Coasts Oceans and Views We are a family of 5 ( 3 adult children). We had the best moments in our lives for this trip, it was awesome .the tour guide Mr Colin was great and cool even after i spilled my hot chocolate on the van floor LOL.

I had the best time on this tour! From the moment we were picked up, everything was smooth, friendly, and well-organized. Our guide was knowledgeable, funny, and clearly passionate about Melbourne’s history and culture. We visited all the must-see spots — from the laneways and cafes to the stunning Great Ocean Road. Long trip a little bit disappointed It was a good trip but I feel it was too long. We started close to Apollo Bay and finished at the 12 Apostles. Around 12 hours in and out in some place We were there 1 hour another 30 minutes they don't provide water. It was okay but not a good experience also the trip was called Kangaroo and Koala tour. We do not stop to see any Kangaroo

Memorable tour of the coast Scenic views. Reverse 12 Apostle and Great Ocean Road is the way to go. Not much crowd in all places we went. Enjoyed lunch @ Apollo Bay. This trip is memorable. William(tour driver) is amazing.

12 apostoles It's a full day plan, it starts early in the morning and the return is after 7 pm. The trip includes a visit to the 12 apostles but they also take you to a very nice although somewhat expensive chocolate shop. There are also stops to see Koalas, where we were able to see more than 5 in their natural habitat, another stop is to see kangaroos although that day there were hardly any.

The driver Neil drove in a careful and responsible manner the whole time and made several bathroom stops during the trip so there is no problem in case you need a bathroom.

In general it is a good option if you want to see the 12 apostles.

Will definitely recommend to friends and family who will be doing a similar tour in the future 🙂 Richard was fantastic! He was very accommodating and he was a great tour guide, making sure we arrived at all our destinations safely. We learned a lot from his historical talks which he knows a lot on.

A rule of thumb the driver should always remember though is to confirm the headcount to make sure everyone’s onboard before heading to the next stop.

Overall, it was a pretty fun road trip. One of the memorable experiences I got from it all was how friendly the itinerary was for tourists, eventhough we ran short of time on some occasions.

Twelve Apostles Not on tour, just two of us on a Great Ocean Road trip, visited the 12 Apostles on a busy Tuesday, parking very full, as it is Victorian school holidays. An amazing walk viewing various angles of the Apostles, well managed walking trail, fabulous amenities with toilets, and all absolutely free! A must world resounded place to visit on your Great Ocean Road trip.

The great ocean tour was nothing like they have advertised on their website. They said its a comfortable vehicle but it was a tempo where you need to squeeze yourself. It says the morning tea is included but it was not. The whole trip was unorganised and there was no proper correspondence from them regarding the trip. I went through a different agency last year and totally enjoyed the tour and this time I regret i booked through Melbourne Australia. I hope they improve their service in future if they want to continue this agency. Good luck!

An experience not to be missed The main attraction on this Great Ocean Drive trip is, of course, to see the 12 Apostles. Along the way, we stopped at Apollo Bay for lunch. We detoured to try and find kangaroos and koalas in the wild, which I feel took too much of our time and we ended up not having enough time at The 12 Apostles and The Lord Ard Gorge. The drive on Great Ocean Drive was long and winding, not suitable for those who suffer from motion sickness. On the whole, it is an experience not to be missed.

Amazing tour. Our tour guide/ driver Neil is quite responsive and informative, he talked about the iconic spot/buildings or history on the way. We always had enough time on every stop to enjoy the scenery. It’s a long journey meet up at 07:30 and back to CBD just right on 19:30, Neil let everyone drop off at any point they want. Lovely tour company for kids Though the weather was not nice we managed to have a wonderful time. The driver was experienced and we cought a little sunshine when we reached loch arc gorge and even see a koala on the tree. They don’t charge anything for infants as long as they seat on parents laps, so that was definitely a plus!

Perfect place to have lunch! We recommend the Baconberry bagels Finally got to visit Carter's in Waterloo Rd, Hinckley, near Iceland. We had coffees and Baconberry bagels, yummy! I love the decor inside. We sat on two big comfortable armchairs, very comfortable. The waitress, Baiba, was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back, maybe for cocktails next time.

Wonderful great ocean road experience Recently, my family and I had the most wonderful time on the great ocean road. Colin arranged a private tour for us on short notice. Vadim, our guide and driver, was very very professional, engaging and flexible. He created a customized itinerary meeting all our needs. The vehicle was also very comfortable. I would highly recommend Colin and Vadim for arranging tours in Melbourne.

Just Giving A Heads Up The Good: Once we made it to The 12 Apostles, the sites were amazing and made it kind of worth while.

The Bad: Our guide did not make this an enjoyable experience. The large group of people was very obnoxious too. The bus showed up 20 minutes late to our pick up location and we waited an extra 10 minutes for more people that were extremely late. Once we left the last pick up location (as in when it was too late to get off of the bus), the driver got on the microphone and told us the following information

1 - It was very unlikely that we were going to see anything that the tour promised because it was a holiday weekend, the weather sucked, and the bus was too big to park in a lot of the locations we needed to go.

2 - The road was incredibly dangerous and we were all likely to get sick. Also, if we did get sick we were going to be fined $250 for a clean up fee. This in particular induced a panic attack because I do have a tendency to get motion sick. I really wish this warning was listed on the page or made apparent to me because I could have brought medication for myself.

There were many people who brought small babies on the bus. I'm not against children exploring with their families, but this was a 12 hour bus ride with 50 other people. Diapers were full, babies were screaming, families wound up getting back on the bus VERY late and shortened the sight seeing part of the trip for everyone else. I would strongly encourage families to not bring babies in diapers on this trip, you should just rent a car.

The driver kept cutting time off of our stops. We got maybe 30-40 mins at each location. This entire trip was about the sights, so we suffered through an awful 12 hour bus ride for maybe 60-90 mins of enjoyment. He also scolded the entire bus anytime 1 or 2 of the guests got on the bus late. It was very awkward and uncomfortable.

The driver completely skipped stopping to see the Koala's, which was one of the reasons I booked this. I actually called every cab company I could find when we stopped for lunch to see if ANYONE could bring us back to Melbourne. I lost confidence that our driver would allow us to see anything we signed up for. I did not want to spend another minute on that bus if we weren't able to see the sights we signed up for. Unfortunately the holiday weekend made it impossible for us to be rescued.

I almost got off the bus at the last pick up spot to just uber to the airport and rent a car. I really wish I did. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to just rent a car. It would have been amazing adventure had I listened to my gut.

I couldn't tell you a single fact about anything we saw or did that day. The driver was negative and complaining about parking, weather, or the holiday. Or he was silent because he was driving dangerous roads with a vehicle that was too large.

I gave 2 stars because the sites were amazing, but running to each lookout spot to enjoy only a few minutes was a bummer.

My family and I visited Melbourne first time. On short notice, Colin arranged a private tour of Great Ocean Road. Vadim, our guide and driver, was very flexible and customized the itinerary to our needs making our day really comfortable and enjoyable.
