TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION: Up to 24 hours prior to departure a fee of $2.75 per person plus original credit card fee will be charged. Within 24 hours notice – non refundable.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Government Transport Point-to-Point fee of $1.20 per booking applies for each pick up & drop off | Credit card fee applies.
SERVICE CHANGES:
Byron Bay Coastal Transfers reserves the right to move you onto another shuttle of similar time should we be unable to accommodate your booking. Times are subject to change to accommodate additional pick ups/drop offs to ensure advertised arrival time at airport. Departure transfers from the airport may be delayed if flights are delayed and we are waiting on passengers.
