Sophie & Ray explained & demo'd the 'how to' thoroughly & calmed our nerves. We would definitely recommend a segway tour. Thankyou

. Segway Tours are a great way to cover a large distance.

Rei, a very professional and cautious guide, made this tour a learning experience as well. She shared her knowledge about the Story Bridge, the Botanic Gardens and other tour landmarks where we stopped over for a photo. It was a second to none experience, and if this tour is first time for you, you'll love it!

It is an experience to view the city and travel by the river. Soak in the feel of being in the city on a Segway. Rei dropped some nuggets about some parts of the city.
If you prefer a full tour with detailed commentary, this may not be what you are looking for.
We enjoyed the new experience of exploring the city.

Absolutely outstanding experiance from start to finish . Great fun and very very informative helped us so mush with the rest of our stay

Thanks to our two guides for an enjoyable afternoon. Julia Rust
Zack😊

This was an absolute blast approximately 2.5 hours of sightseeing the best parts Brisbane.
The evening went went was warm and even though there were plenty of people out everyone allowed our group to pass through and enjoy our tour.
Highly recommended a must do adventure!!

At the tour start time, the organiser/owner (Kevin ??) phoned to say that the tour guide had just resigned. Kevin was very apologetic and said we could do a longer segway tour later that day/evening when he could get back to Brisbane.
We said we had a plane to catch and couldn't take a later tour.
Again, he was very apologetic and said he would organise a refund.
2 weeks later we are still waiting on the refund and there is no response to our email a week ago enquiring about the refund????

Lauren our guide made sure we we confident on the segways before setting off and we had a great time, we took in a few stops, she pointed out local landmarks and gave us plenty of photo opportunities.
She even helped us arrange a taxi at the end of the tour.
Just want to note a few things not for the business but for anyone looking to book - on the day I went, the botanic gardens were closed (no fault of Kangaroo Segway Tours, but if you’re booking your tour for the afternoon during Brisbane festival, you should check that the gardens aren’t closing early for light shows to make sure you get to see the gardens! Book earlier at about noon if in doubt).
Also, right up until my 3pm booking, I was very uncertain about whether I’d been scammed because there was no sign or indication anywhere in the Kennards facility that we were in the right place. Even after I called I still harboured uncertainties because our tour guide didn’t come out to greet us until right before the booking time (we got there early like the instructions said).
But worry not, this is a legitimate business - even if you don’t see a sign, just wait near the ‘Storage things’ sign (font resembles stranger things) and you’ll soon be whizzing about Brisbane! I think the sign is usually out from other reviews, and I saw the sign in the storage container, and I’d recommend to the tour guides to please leave it out for first timers.

It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

We followed the river bank, riding on smooth pathways and the boardwalk on Brisbane’s South Bank, then over the bridge to the Botanic Gardens.
Our tour guide was very friendly. We saw some amazing sights, the highlight being the huge Fruit Bats flying over us in the Botanic Gardens - what a thrill!
Would thoroughly recommend!
