Arrive 15mins prior to start time.
I recommend covered comfortable shoes & sunscreen.
Please note: Tour start/finish meeting location is now the carpark on the corner of Apex Drive and Forts Road. Plenty of room for parking & pre-ride practice.

Weigh over 35 kg and under 125 kg
Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Pregnant guests are not allowed on rides due to fall risk
Not recommended for guests with mobility or motor control issues

					Our Summit to Sea Adventure tour with Jamie was fantastic.  We had just come off the Bibb Track so had no transport in town and Jamie readily agreed to transport us from and to our accommodation before and after the tour (at no additional cost).

We were both Segway newbies, but felt comfortable in a very short time due to his expert instruction and advice.  The tour itself was fun and informative, with stunning views at every corner.  I was surprised by the Segway's off-road ability and really enjoyed riding it on the beach and trails.

					This was an amazing & quite unforgettable experience.  Importantly, this is such a great way to see Albany and King George Sound whilst touring through Albany’s’ Heritage Park.

Our guide for our tour was Jamie who is absolutely at home & comfortable with firstly providing our Segway instruction and then guiding our tour.  The Segway was surprisingly easy to operate and something we’ve wanted to do for a long time so that’s now crossed off the list.

Our tour took in all the highlights of the heritage Park and Jamie filled in the gaps with his knowledge of the history of the area.  From amazing vistas across the Sound, to visiting old military installations and even a cruise along the white sand of Middleton Beach, it was a fabulous & fun experience.  Our scheduled 2 hour experience lasted for a really generous 3 & a half hours, ending with a seriously humbling ride up the Avenue of Honour.

I would seriously encourage anyone to treat themselves to a tour with Jamie at Albany Segway Tours.

We had an amazing time on our Segway tour with Jamie—he made the whole experience easy, fun, and full of laughs. Riding along the beach and the boardwalk was such a highlight, with stunning views the whole way. Highly Recommend! My friends and I went on a tour with Jamie from Albany Segway Tours and boy oh boy what an absolute hoot we had!! 



Jamie led us around the pathways and trails of Mt Clarence and Mt Adelaide, giving us fabulous panoramic views and leading us around the historical Anzac memorials. 



We then ventured down the mountain to stunning Middleton Beach where we were able to stop for a cuppa and some chips from the cafe, before making our way back to the top of the Mount. 



Jamie was very patient and very thorough in teaching us how to ride the Segways -

It was my first time and I absolutely LOVED it! 



Super Duper fun and highly recommend with family or friends!

					What an unforgettable experience!

I had an absolute blast on the Segway tour with Jamie—what a fantastic guide!



The tour was the perfect mix of adventure and sightseeing. We explored some incredible spots including the historic forts, the stunning lookout over Binalup, and the National ANZAC Centre.



The off-road trails added a real thrill to the ride and made it feel like a true adventure. If you’re looking for a fun and unique way to see the area, I can’t recommend this tour enough!

Crazy fun, took a while to master it but totally entertaining! The tour was over 2 hours, probably because I was slower on them than average. However there was no pressure from our lovely guide and he made the whole thing relaxed and fun. Lovely scenery as well, really worth doing.

This was so much fun. I highly recommend it! If you've never ridden a Segway before, you must!!! Tony, our guide, gave very easy instructions to lean how to ride the segway, and it didn't take long at all to feel comfortable riding it. The tour itself was fabulous but really it was riding the segway's that was the most fun. We went up and down quite steep hills with no trouble at all, and the best bits were the bush bashing we did and then riding on the beach. I was astounded how comfortable I felt on the segway on uneven terrain. The views were spectacular.

					This was a fantastic experience that we thoroughly enjoyed!

Tony, our guide and trainer was excellent. He took the time to show us how to use the Segways safely and his encouragement and guidance is first class.

I can highly recommend the tour around Anzac hill & Mt Clarence and look forward to doing the beach tour one day.

Tony our guide was absolutely fantastic he was friendly fun and informative 

Tony made my partners 65th birthday memorable and fun

The local information was excellent and very interesting

The first 20 mins were a little bit “yikes” but Tony has a way of settling the nerves and before I knew it, you couldn’t wipe the smile of my face. We managed negotiating a couple of tricky areas but mostly you’re able to relax, take in the scenery and commentary. Two hours flew by. So so glad we did this Segway tour!

An absolute must in Albany!  Great way to keep the teens and yourself happy while in the area.  The 2 hour tour starts off with a tutorial ( a must for those who have not used a Segway before) then steady away around the war memorial area.  Then off road!  This is the highlight, rugged landscape , in and out of bush and then onto the beach.  So much fun you will have a smile on your face the whole time.  Tony was a star of a tour guide.

I had ridden a segway before but my partner was a first timer we both had great fun some of the terrain was quite challenging but we felt safe and looked after by our guide. Even with the rain it was the best tour.

This is a great experience! We've done a couple of segway tours but this was the most fun and most challenging. Not everyone had been on a segway before but everyone was well into it by the time we had finished. Tony is a great teacher and guide. We traveled all over the place on many surfaces including the beach and we were safely guided all the way.

					Tony is very nice and responsible segway tour guide. We felt very comfortable to safety especially with children. We enjoyed the tour when Tony took us around in the segway. Highly recommended experience as a family and highly recommend Tony as your tour guide. But book on time and ahead. We didn't and have to wait for the next day available slot.

					Great ride. Karl will show you how to ride a Segway then he'll take you sightseeing around some key spots in Albany including several lookouts, the top of a hill, a boardwalk, the beach, off road tracks then some big cannons. Total Time is about 90 minutes. There's an audio guide. Bring a cap if you don't like to wear public helmets on your hair. A safety vest is provided. Riding a Segway is initially strange but just keep your waist pushed forward onto the steering column and you'll be fine (or arch your back to make it straight). To turn, make sure you physically turn the handle bar left or right instead of just expecting your body to turn the machine. You should get the hang of it in about ten minutes. Karl is a big gentle guy that will care of you.
