Since 2002, Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve has been a “NO TAKE” marine zone. As a result, fishing and species collection are strictly prohibited, which ensures the conservation of its underwater treasures. The reserve, part of the Great Southern Reef, features rocky reefs, seagrass meadows, and sandy bottoms. Damien was also very friendly, flexible, and truly understood our needs, ensuring we had the best possible experience. I read some older reviews that questioned his professionalism, and I genuinely don’t agree — what we saw was someone deeply committed to delivering quality service, skills / knowledge, and care. He goes above and beyond, and his focus on safety is clear and reassuring.
And the best part — we even got to see wild dolphins! I’m sure we were lucky, but I also believe Damien’s deep knowledge of the area played a big part. This was a fantastic first-time adventure for our family, full of learning and joy — and at a very reasonable price.
Damien was super responsive and helpful. Great communication.
It was such a nice touch to receive photos and videos they took during the tour.
Thoroughly recommend the snorkelling tour if you're visiting Sydney and looking for an activity for a few hours.
Raff was 10/10.
Our guide Krystina was amazing and super nice
Can't receommend this tour enough!!
We did an hour of snorkeling, very adequate time. She had prepped us about the marine life and how the trip would proceed. It felt very safe, there was an incredible amount of fish and kelp. The gear was fine.
Even as a fairly serious diver, it was a great trip. The inexperienced folks in the group also loved it and felt well taken care of.
We went on the 2.5hr Manly Snorkel tour. What an incredible experience seeing all the different fish as well as jellyfish and even a surprise visit from a school of some very small squid. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and good at conveying safety information and interesting facts too. She took care of everyone in our group and make sure we were all comfortable the entire time, making adjustments for people who weren’t feeling confident in an area. The tour went at a leisurely pace to accommodate first time snorkelers and to allow time to watch the animals for a bit.
I would highly recommend this tour to anybody whether you’ve been snorkelling before and especially if you haven’t.

It was nerve wrecking for me as it was my first time snorkelling but the guide was really great ensuring everyone is safe and enjoying the snorkelling.
