Dingo’s K’gari Adventures are the most comprehensive access to this stunning region. This K’gari 4WD adventure allows a self-driven adventure to experience the stunning lakes, creeks and rainforests that make up this wonderful island

Day 1 starts with an early briefing in Rainbow Beach before taking the ferry across to K’gari. Once on the island, you drive along the famous 75 Mile Beach and head straight to Lake McKenzie for your first swim in crystal-clear waters. In the afternoon, you continue to your beachfront campsite, settle in, and enjoy your first dinner together under the stars.

Day 2 takes you deeper into the island. You begin with a swim at Eli Creek, then stop at the iconic SS Maheno shipwreck for photos and history. Later, you make your way north to the stunning Champagne Pools before returning to camp for another relaxed evening with the group.

Day 3 starts with breakfast and packing up camp before heading inland for a walk through the dunes to Lake Wabby. After one last swim and lunch, you drive back along the beach to the ferry and return to Rainbow Beach in the afternoon.
