Essential Tour Details
Our day of exploration runs approximately from 7:15 am to 5:45 pm. Pickups are available from most hotels in and around Hobart. If your accommodation is not listed and you are staying within the city, your designated pickup point will typically be within a 100-300 metre walk. To ensure a comfortable journey, please wear sturdy walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Don’t forget to pack your swimwear, towel, sun protection, and plenty of water. Please note that walks, swimming, and food stops are subject to local weather and track conditions.
Additional Information for Your Tour
- Breakfast and Snacks: We’ll stop at Orford where you can grab a delicious breakfast and coffee to kickstart your day. There’s also a local grocery shop where you can pick up snacks and lunch for the hike.
- Swimming and Hiking: Be prepared for an exciting day of both hiking and swimming. Make sure to wear comfortable footwear for the hike and bring the correct swimming attire for a refreshing dip at Honeymoon Bay.
- Timeliness: Please ensure you arrive at your designated pick-up location on time. If the bus is running 5 minutes late, don’t worry—it’s likely due to occasional delays. We strive to stick to our schedule to make sure we experience everything planned for the day.
IMPORTANT: This tour starts at 7:15 AM. Pick-ups begin at 6:45 AM and finish by 7:15 AM, so please double-check your pick-up time to ensure you’re ready.
