We hired four Peddle Perth rickshaws to cart our wedding crew around Northbridge for photos with our family and friends (50 people!), and it was one of the absolute highlights of the day. From start to finish, the team was patient, kind, fun, and totally in the spirit of the celebration.
They let us play our own music, kept the vibes high, and even dressed up in tuxedo T-shirts — such a brilliant touch that made everything feel that bit more special and memorable. Our whole group had a blast, and the photos are incredible thanks to the energy they brought.

Sam made the night! My sister and I were given the bar crawl experience as a gift and we had a great night. We were taken to some very vibey and atmospheric bars which included some Peddle specific drinks with a discount. This night was made even better by our rider, Sam!
He was genuinely happy and excited to be taking us around - always joking, sparking conversation and telling great stories too. He knows the city like the back of his hand and does all that he can to tailor the night to your preferences.
Would highly recommend requesting him as your rider!! :)

We did the Adult Scavenger Hunt with Sam & David and had so much fun zooming around the streets of Perth doing all kinds of crazy stuff. We sincerely apologise to all those we inflicted ourselves upon along the way but thank you all for being such good sports!

Tour cancelled last minute I booked and paid for this tour in May 2024 for 20 December 2024 only to have it cancelled the day before by way of a text message - not even the courtesy to call and explain! We have been repeat customers for 3 years but will not return after this latest experience- two very disappointed kids! Terrible customer service

Great family experience Perfect way to get to know the city and grab our bearings. Our guides were really enthusiastic and made us feel so welcome. After a long flight, this was the perfect introduction to the city and gave us the confidence to explore on foot in the evening ourselves. Loved the gelato stop too! Thank you Sam & Leon!

Xmas 🤶 lights ride very disappointed,😞 Did the 7pm Xmas 🎅 lights tour ,really very disappointed $135 ,and we left at 6:55 and back at 7:29pm .It was very rushed I think because the bikes are not electric the young riders just want to get back to have a rest .The young girl did take photos of us stopped at 3 locations but said are you ready to get back on bike so rushed ,definitely not value for money .

I thought it would be awkward but it was so ridiculously fun for no reason?!?! We had Darcy and I asked her to play Taylor swift and she picked such a classic of you belong with me it was so slay. I'm going to do it again and bring my friends but only if we can have Darcy again because she was the best?!?!?!

Amazing night on the Christmas lights tour last night! This was our 3rd year in a row and I have to say, this was the best one by far! Our rider Nico went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant night even taking photos of our family at all the stops. He was so lovely and went out of his way to ensure we had the best time! Awesome double date night Definitely recommend Peddle Perth as a must do when visiting Perth. We had the best night with Eli and Octave tuk tukking around Perth with our friends who were visiting from Queensland. Lots of fun, music, laughter and discovered three little bars we will definitely visit again. You guys were the best 5 stars all round!

Beware If you get a gift voucher make sure it is valid for the legal 3 years! The new owner wouldn’t honour my gift voucher as it was 2 year’s old. They say they are not obligated to honour this gift voucher but in my opinion any decent business would do this. Disappointing!!!

A fun way to see Perth central area We live in Perth and had a staycation in the city for our anniversary. Our daughter had done Peddle Perth a couple of years ago and recommended it. Lauren was our host, and she was bright and very knowledgeable about Perth. Even though we live in Perth Lauren guided us to places we had never seen, or if we had she shared stores about the area that were a fun, new discovery for us. I especially liked the insight into the art throughout Perth. We highly recommend Peddle Perth!

Amazing Experience! It was a memorable and exciting experience to go around the Perth city, visit various places and understand the history behind as explained by tour leaders. What made this an amazing experience was the friendly people who took us around with patience and always smile on face even their job is challenging sometimes. I was given vouchers for my 75th birthday and together with my slightly younger bestie, we had a blast. It was so much fun and John was very encouraging. The bars and cocktails were amazing as was the jaunt through the streets of our beautiful city.

Josh, Jade & Octave, we're amazing it was a last minute thing we jumped on with friends & had the best time. Felt like we were on holidays riding around on the bikes in the humidity. Would totally do it again!!

Went on the Christmas Lights tour tonight with Josh L as our tour guide. Absolutely amazing experience….Josh L was extremely knowledgable and lovely to us and my 5 year old. He gave us insight and information on all of the displays! Would 100% recommend as a Christmas family outing to get in the spirit. We’ve done this before and will be back again. We undertook the fabulous Perth Christmas Lights Tour 2023 last night. We were upgraded to a family buggy - 2 adults & 2 children, representing 3 generations of our family. We had a ball!!! Eli was a magnificent host… even doing handstands with my granddaughter at one of the stops. The lights were utterly magical, the stops were well-spaced and engaging for the children, and we squealed, whooped and sang along to Christmas carols (care of Eli). Best family night!

Amazing experience! Josh L made our night, he was knowledgeable, friendly and a brilliant driver. I would recommend this tour to anyone thinking about it, if you strike it lucky and get Josh it will be even better and will be something you will never forget. We did the G rated Scavenger Hunt on Friday night as a work function. It was brilliant! We had such a great time we were talking about when we'll be doing it again. Sit in a comfortable seat while your fit young guide shows you some of the interesting sites of Perth ! Sam was so informative with the history of some of the old and new icons and a few hidden treasures. Sam made it a fun afternoon, waving to people as we passed and chatting away all the time with his interesting stories. Had a great date night ride through Perth city recently. Our guide, Sam, was brilliant. Even though we are locals, we saw a new side to our city. The surprise venues were also a treat. The horn on the bike was a highlight- very funny. I highly recommend it!

Take Our Money and Run To all that are reading this, the message below is what I've sent to Peddle Perth.
The tour in Fremantle is absolute rubbish.
The tours in Perth may be good according to reviews but keep in mind that if you're not satisfied, you won't get any response from Peddle Perth.
They had great communication when it came to booking and taking my money but they obviously don't want anything to do with you if you're not satisfied. Extremely poor service !!!

MESSAGE SENT TO PEDDLE PERTH:

Ok, so as explained a few days ago, not one person has bothered to respond to my email that was sent to your company 4 weeks ago and now no one has bothered to respond to my private Facebook messages.

Because of this, it really shows that you're all about taking the money rather then customer satisfaction so I am now requesting a full refund.

I may have received a discount when booking however I still paid $155 of my hard earned cash including the extra $40 for the "date night" and for what??
For a young lad to ride us around for 20 - 30 minutes in total that had no idea or any information regarding Fremantle because "he's only been riding the Rickshaw's in Perth".
Not once did he offer to take a photo of us in the Rickshaw and even though we were rugged up not once did we get offered a blanket until mid way through the tour on a very cold night.

Only 1 out of the 3 establishments offered a discount which saved us a whopping $2.80.
The first 2 establishments had no idea what was meant to be on offer and neither did Logan the Rickshaw rider.
This took away from the relaxing night that I had planned for my husband which was meant to be a lovely surprise and meant we didn't get a discount at the second venue.

On arrival at the 3rd Venue, we were advised by Logan that it wasn't yet registered with Peddle Perth so unfortunately we couldn't get a discount.

We were under the understanding that we'd be taken to 3 different bars to experience discounted cocktails etc however the first venue was fine wine (very expensive) with zero atmosphere. The second venue was a Brewery which was good but without the discount and the 3rd venue was a restaurant and again, no discount. Its safe to say we didn't even bother walking into the 3rd venue.

And again, what is meant to be involved for the extra $40 I paid for "Date night"??

I feel like we were just an experiment for the expansion of your company to Fremantle. It really was the worst tour we've ever been on, extremely unorganised.

So again, because of this, I would like a full refund.

Best Fun Ever! It was an incredible evening with the Peddle Perh team. They helped colleagues become friends whilst pushing us out of our comfort zones and sharing fantastic sights of Perth City.

Fun scavenger hunt We had so much fun on the Peddle Perth tour. They show you some highlights in the Perth CBD in their rickshaw style bikes, then the scavenger hunt. This was hilarious, but just be careful as you can feel your laughing muscles days after. You will be challenged to step out your comfort zone. Highly recommended for team building exercises, but also birthday parties etc.

Disappointing Freo Tour After reading the amazing reviews for the peddle Perth I decided to book the one in Fremantle as the dates weren't available in Perth. This was meant to be a surprise gift for my husband.
Unfortunately every part of the tour was a disappointment, the tour guide didn't offer to take a photo of us on the rickshaw, there was barely anything mentioned about the heritage etc of Fremantle, the 3 bars had no idea we were coming along nor did they know what offers were available to us on this tour.
The very last place we were taken to, we were told that restaurant wasn't registered with the tour company so we wouldn't be getting a discount. The tour guide then left us standing there and went home. We decided not to stay and went and found a nice cosy bar instead.

I also paid and extra $40 for the "date night". I have no idea what it entails as there was nothing that made it feel like a date night.

It's very unfortunate as I was very excited about this tour.

All in all, it was very disappointing from start to finish, the tour time was cut short by 30 minutes and we saved a big $2.80 in total out of all 3 bars.

Amazing experience for all ages I’ve lived in Perth for over 30 years and this Tour has made me appreciate how beautiful our city is.
We booked a family tour with 4 adults and 3 kids and Youssef and his Team were so engaging, knowledgeable and interactive for kids and us.

We learnt about the rich history, Perth changes and the street art which was very cool.

10/10 experience and service

Our 'date night tour' with Peddle Perth was fantastic. I wanted something different for my wife for Mother's Day and it came up trumps. Reid our "peddler" and tour guide was fantastic. We've lived in Perth for 28 years and yet we still got to see new things and enjoyed cocktail bars we would never have found. Will be booking a group tour for the Christmas Lights tour.

Poor value for money While the staff at the event were very friendly, the event organisation and value for money was very poor. We were provided with very little detail prior to the event and were not told a specific meeting point or provided with a map, we were unsure what the event would entail and what clothing/ footwear to wear (noting we chose the scavenger hunt). Due to weather, the staff recommended we change to the bar tour. We spent <15minutes total on the bikes across the night and had to pay for everything at each stop (on top of the tour price), with the exception of a game card for one of the venues. The staff dropped us in Perth and said that was the end of the tour, despite our cars being parked in northbridge and us having family in their 70s with us that had to walk 20 minutes in rain to their car. I emailed the organiser to complain about our experience and give an opportunity to explain, however we have not been provided any resolution. Would not recommend.

"Tour De Freo" On Saturday we went on one of the new adventures around Fremantle 90mins was a great amount of time and there was so many amazing things to see we stopped for Gelato..and photos our guide was awesome and people were really envious of us enjoying the many sights of Freo in comfort and seeing so many places. We Highly recommend this "Tour De Freo" as locals and and awesome adventure to take visitors on .you can even stop for a beer or a cocktail and we had my favourite tunes playlist to enjoy on our Adventure. This is my 3rd tour with this company and this was a new tour so it has to be done !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Sally & Tracey xx

Perfect date night! My partner & I did the Freo Brewery Tour as a monthly date night out, and it did NOT disappoint. From the clever, witty host (Connor) to the fantastic brews, we had a fabulous time and can't wait to try another peddle experience soon!

A whole lot of fun! Booked a group scavenger hunt/bar hop for my daughters 22nd birthday. We had a blast listening to Taylor Swift, racing through the city and sharing some cheap drinks. Seeing Fremantle by Wheels It was my first tour seeing Fremantle via richshaw taxi.
I was an exciting tour to see the heritage buildings of Fremantle.
I would love to do it on an annually basis.

Abslolutely recommend - amazing experience We organised for my in-laws to take a tour around Perth with our kids while they were over on holiday from England. My father-in-law is fairly immobile, getting around in a wheelchair. This was such an amazing experience for him as he could sit back and take in all the sites. The guides were amazing, and wow, they travelled some ground. They would stop along the way and explain and provide info on various sites and landmarks. The two guides were so lovely and put us at ease. I do apologise for the request for Tom Jones to play throughout the 1.5 hour trip. I could not recommend these guys more, they were just so lovely and gave my in-laws 'the best experience ever!'. To see the smiles on their faces when they rode back in. Thank you again, you made their day.
