Booking Conditions for Wings Whitsunday Adventures – ABN : 931020671 Guests with special conditions / needs or children need to email info@wings.com.au to discuss travel options prior to booking; or vessel boarding may be refused and no liability will be taken for any losses. Kosher diets are not catered for due to health regulations. Due to WPHS regulations passengers who are NON SWIMMERS will NOT be able to participate in snorkelling and in water activities while on a Wings Sailing Island Tour. Any passengers that wish to participate in snorkelling and in water activities must acknowledge that they are able to swim and enter truthful information when signing a waiver Special Conditions Passengers travelling with Wings who have special conditions including traveling with children under twelve, the elderly, passenger with mobility issues or special medical conditions need to contact info@wings.com.au to discuss their special conditions prior to booking. Special conditions need to be approved by the operator prior to booking or else boarding for tour may be refused. If a passenger is refused boarding there will be no refund for travel offered. Cancellations If a trip is cancelled by “Wings Sailing Charters Whitsundays” for any reason, we will give you a full refund for tours booked directly with Wings, if you have booked with an agent you will need to contact the agent and work within the agents terms and conditions. If it is necessary for YOU to cancel within 24 hours before the departure, will result in complete forfeiture of the full price. Where weather / road or airport closures causes you not to be able to make a scheduled departure you should be able to claim the cost of your tour with your travel insurance policy (check your policy terms and conditions prior to purchase). We recommend all travellers take out travel insurance for this reason. Vessels cannot wait for passengers arriving late due to the late arrival of aircraft. Pricing Our pricing system uses both live pricing and static pricing depending upon the agent and location. It is not uncommon for agents to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment for private charters being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates. Prices can vary at the discretion of your travel agent or tour operator. Prices are subject to change. All prices are per person for the day sail tour in AUD and include GST. Prices do not include transfers to and from the marina for tour departures, air fares, accommodation or extras. Travel Insurance It is extremely important that you take out Travel Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s). At the time of entering your credit card details on the booking form you are agreeing that you have read the Terms & Conditions. Schedules All departures and itineraries are subject to weather and may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of “Wings Sailing Charters Whitsundays”. We reserve the right to substitute vessel without any notice at any time for any reason. Sunset Tours need a minimum of 10 guests to depart. Hazards and Risk At certain times of the year dangerous jelly fish / creatures inhabit the waters of the Whitsundays. We recommend you take out travel insurance. Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk, whilst we make every effort to safeguard our guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers out of our control. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk. Liability Owners of the vessels or operators will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequence whatsoever of passengers being stung by poisonous marine creatures. To minimise this risk we recommend that you wear a full length protective suit ‘wet suit’ whilst swimming & snorkelling during the cruise. Accordingly, Wings Sailing Charters Whitsundays shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any Wings Whitsunday Adventures tour or cruise, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
