If you want to be GHOSTED by Brad 3 weeks before your wedding day regarding a Helicopter then he’s your man!

We contacted this company as we wanted to arrive at our Wedding in a Helicopter! The initial meeting seemed to go well and promising. However 3 weeks prior to our wedding we tried contacting Brad on a large number of times via email and phone calls (also leaving a message for them to contact us back) to confirm final details.

WE GOT BACK ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, NO RESPONSE, NOT EVEN A BOO!

Therefore, don’t even bother with them if this is how they’re happy to treat others regarding their wedding day!

Very unprofessional company. Made a booking for April in January with this company and sent them multiple emails asking them to confirm timeline between January and April. They then cancelled two days before the event. I called another helicopter company who said that they are known for doing this to people. Very disappointing and I would never recommend to book with them.

Best ever experience we went on a helicopter flight to a winery for lunch food was great service was excellent the our pilot was awesome friendly and new the Melbourne area very well highly recommend going through this company they went above and beyond to make this happen for us loved every minute would do it again but would only go through these guy's excellent service loved it thankyou so very much Allison and kev

I can't speak highly enough of the first class service we received from Brad and the entire team. My 2nd mum and her partner had such a great time. From the moment the car picked them up until hours after the flight they were literally on a high. The team took every hope I had for the day and made it a reality. I look forward to calling on Mile High again in the future to make more special memories for my family.

Thanks to Brad, Ryan and the team at Mile High Australia. We used Mile High for our big day. The communication was great from the start. They liaised between the celebrant and venue. When we couldn’t fly on the day, due to weather they came to us with multiple solutions and went above and beyond. Brad even gave us loads of other ideas for the rest of our trip.

We can’t wait to fly with them again :)
