Enjoyable informative tour We thoroughly enjoyed the morning tour with Guy. The tour covers the main ‘must sees’ of Brisbane and we came away feeling that we had a good knowledge of the city. The stop for morning tea was at a lovely spot with fantastic views over the city. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Brisbane.

Great tour, just right We had a great tour. We were on a cruise ship and had to get a 30 minute taxi to a meeting point. Via message we agreed to meet at the Sofitel, which was good as a waiting area.
Our guide Cheryl was great. Arrived on time and gave us interesting commentary throughout.
The stop locations were good and the drive between each one gave us a good flavour of Brisbane in four hours or so.
It was just right for us 70/72 year olds!
Highly recommended.

Wonderful way to fit as much as you can fit into a day while beating the heat! I had such a great experience with Urban Tours Brisbane! I did the mini bus city tour and then added on a private tour to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary at the end, and I’m so glad I did both!

This was really great value and such an easy way to see the city. We were able to see a ton of highlights quickly and comfortably (AC in bus, comfy seats) without feeling rushed. The company was very professional, pickup was right on time, and everything felt really well organized.

Cheryl, our guide, was fantastic! She’s a safe driver, very knowledgeable about both the history and what’s currently happening in the city. She kept things fun with lots of great little fun facts and kept us laughing and entertained without info overload. She also gave excellent local recommendations. I was especially impressed with how well she connected with guests who were non-native English speakers. She made sure everyone felt included and understood everything, which was handled in a way that didn’t make the English portion feel rushed or cut short.

The bus tour was perfect for a hot day, or anyone preferring to keep walking to a minimum. The snack at the lookout was delicious (I had the orange almond slice) and came at the perfect time to hold us over until lunch. There were also really nice touches like the cold towel and locally sourced water bottle.

Private tour to lone pine sanctuary was exceptional. The venue its self is wonderful - sooo many koalas, kangaroo feeding, dingoes and a platypus! Adding a private tour wired urban tours made everything so easy as far as transportation and ensuring I didn’t miss anything.

Overall it felt like an excellent and way to experience Brisbane on a shorter time budget, and adding the private Lone Pine portion was the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend Urban Tours Brisbane!

This morning we did a City Bus tour which was excellent. Guy was very informative and Friendly.
We visited many major tourist sites around Brisbane. Well worth doing oh and we saw a Goanna wandering in the gardens, a special treat.

Our guide Cheryl was knowledgeable and clearly loved the City and enjoyed showing us around her adopted home town.

Our group included access needs and this was dealt with efficiently and we were able to adapt when broken lifts got in the way.

There were treats too along the way, which were much appreciated!

Interesting guide I had a great time on this tour. Matt was a great guide with interesting information about the city. The walk was not onerous and I really felt like I got the highlights of the city. We had a group of 4 all traveling separately and Matt did a great job of answering our various questions. Urban Tours Bus Experience As a solo traveller I couldn’t have been happier when Cheryl greeted me with a big smile and handshake. We had a group of 7 from all over the world. What a great way to spend your day when visiting Brisbane. I recently completed the Brisbane walking tour with my tour guide Matt. I have to say it was very enjoyable, and I learned a lot about the city of Brisbane. Matt was attentive and answered all my questions. There was so much I didn’t know about the history of the city. Amazing I joined a city tour of Brisbane with my mom, and it was such an amazing experience! We were able to visit all the famous spots in Brisbane in a short time, which was perfect for us since we didn’t have much time to explore on our own. Joining the tour and going around by car was definitely a great idea.

I did the cycling tour as part of our work offsite. Guy was informative and taught us some interesting facts about Brisbane city. Definitely recommend doing this trip at least once to get a new perspective on Brisbane.

We did a four hour tour of Brisbane hi lights and other less know hi lights on a beautiful 25 degree Brisbane day.
Guy our driver and leader was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of his clients needs. WOW the lamington we had at Mt Coot-tha lookout cafe was the best and freshest that I have ever had. That is from an Australia who has had many. I would very much recommend this tour of Brisbane and its best sites.

The half day tour was great. Guy was helpful and has a lot of tidbits about Brisbane. There is enough time to visit each location without feeling rushed. The short walk inside the botanical garden was fun.

We had an amazing time with Urban Tours exploring wine country, just outside of Brisbane. The tour was customised with great stops, behind the scenes visits at some of the wineries with plenty of tastings along the way! It was clear Matt loves his chosen city Brisbane & it showed in his guiding style. I’ve lived in/near Brisbane on/off over the years & visit often & I’m so pleased I took the time to learn & explore more of Brisbane. There is alot of history and hidden gems to uncover. Its lovely seeing the city come of age from my first visit in 1989. Well done Urban Tours, I’ll look to do more tours with you in the future.

I am so glad I did the walking tour of Brisbane with Urban Tours. I’ve never been to Brisbane and had half a day free and this was hands down the best way to see the city and learn a little bit about it along the way. Cheryl was so friendly, answered everyone’s questions and had a great knowledge of the city. I am so pleased I chose to do this tour instead of wander around the city on my own because we saw so much that I would never have uncovered on my own and learned the stories behind a lot of buildings and features as well. Absolutely five stars from me!

I took the 100 minute Introduction to Brisbane tour with Guy, and it was excellent! Such a leisurely pace with a small group, making it easy to take in all the key locations. Guy answered any questions we had too. Absolutely recommend this for anyone visiting Brisbane!

I did a Brisbane City tour with Matt 2 days ago and got to know the city so much better than before that 3 hours. Matt is very knowledgeable & passionate about Brisbane, history & the events that led up to today. He was also funny and full of interesting titbits of information. The tour was well structured, we did a fair amount of walking and Matt shared separate conversations with each of us on the tour. He also shared cost saving tips and left us at one of the best places to watch sunset over the river, and enjoy a nice meal -Howard Smith Wharf. I then took a $0.50 10 stop ride on the ferry which was stunning at 10pm. I thoroughly recommend this tour.

A multi-faceted introduction to Brisbane. Matt was an excellent guide. He provided information on a tremendous range of topics from geology to architecture to history to botany. Guy sent up to date information about the meeting point before the tour .
Guy arrived early and ensured we all had sun cream and provided his own if people didn't have any protection.
Guy was very pleasant and welcoming .
there were people of different nationalities on the tour and he was very inclusive to everyone .
the tour itself was brilliant .
3 hours seems along time but it went very quickly ,at the 2 hour point guy produced a special local treat of lamington cake for all his walking guests ,with an explanation on how it came about in the process .
the tour itself covered the whole of Brisbane central and was full of all sorts of information that you can only get from a walking tour like this , fun facts , historical facts and details you would never get just wandering around on your own .
