Now Pouring: The Single Suitcase Series
From 1 October 2026 to mid-January 2027, we are proudly showcasing the Single Suitcase Series. Saddler’s Creek is owned by the Laureti family, whose parents arrived in Australia from Italy in the 1950s with a single suitcase and a handful of dreams. These wines are named after their pioneering and adventurous spirit. Today, we craft these Italian varietals in premium regions across Australia where they thrive best, allowing each unique terroir to bring out their true character.

Booking beyond mid-January? The next season of the Winemakers Pick is announced in January, and your booking carries straight across to it.
What is Included:
- Seated Wine Garden Tasting: Enjoy six curated wines during a relaxed 55-minute guided session. ✨
- Family & Dog Friendly: We warmly welcome everyone! Please include all guests in your booking, including children and non-tasters, so we can seat you together. 🐾
- Kids Tasting Paddle: Available as an optional extra on the next page to keep the little ones entertained.
- Wine & Food Pairing: Love the wines with food? Book the Single Suitcase Wine and Food Pairing, six wines matched to six plates from Chef Chiero, Wednesday to Saturday at 12pm in the Barrel Room.

You will find the Saddler’s Creek Wines cellar door at 15 Marrowbone Rd, Pokolbin.
Need to Make a Change?
If you are running late, need to amend your booking, or have any questions at all, please reach out.
Running Late
We will happily hold your table for 15 minutes past your booking time. If you arrive a little later than that, we will still do our absolute best to fit your tasting in where our schedule allows.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your booking time to avoid forfeiting your tasting fees.
Stay a Little Longer!
We would love for you to linger longer after your tasting. Here is what you can enjoy at the estate:
- Daily Snacks: Delicious bites are available every day between 11:00am and 3:00pm.
- Friday Wine & Chill: Unwind with the Mangia Airstream Kitchen (5:00pm – 7:30pm) and live music (5:00pm – 8:00pm).
- Weekend Wine & Chill: Relax with the Mangia Airstream Kitchen (11:30am – 2:30pm) and live music on Saturdays (12:30pm – 3:30pm).

Wine tasting is available to people over the age of 18 years old. Saddler’s Creek Wines practices Responsible Service of Alcohol.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF EACH OTHER
Conditions of Entry:
- Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the booking time.
- Please “Check in” with our wine host at the front door to be seated.
- Tastings have set start times with an expected duration of 45mins to an hour.
- Once the tasting is completed, you are very welcome to extend your visit in our beautiful picnic area with wine and food purchased on site.
- Please RELAX and ENJOY the serenity of our picturesque surrounds and Hunter Valley hospitality.
