Trash This business is trash. No number to call the customer service reps are rude and not empathetic to life happening, they steal your money you can’t communicate for a return and the reviews show the events people aren’t satisfied, they literally stole money from me with no option to get back other than “keep searching for events in area” with a rude remark that “Dracula” just occurred. Maybe my kids don’t want to participate in a Dracula event, RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. They took money didn’t provide a service and are being scum about providing a refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONS. Never had this problem before with a company!!

Great experience It was an interesting experience, perfect for the weekend. I highly recommnend it if you’re in the mood for a walk in Bucharest.

Rubbish product, don't get conned! Absolute rubbish, don't get conned!
Just installing the 'game' was hard enough. They send you an email with a link and a number.
Your have to click the link and re-enter both, which they could easily send as parameters.
The have claimed to not require an internet connection, but as soon as you're outside with no internet you get continual messages 'waiting for internet connection'. It tells you to move closer to the designated location, until you're standing inside the place but it still can't detect that you are there! Because it requires an internet connection.
We got to step 2 out of 10 or so, spent hours on the helpline with a moron called Ivan, who denied there was any problem.
At the end it sends a message like We welcome your feedback and suggestions to improve.
I replied with all the problems, and Ivan denied them all!
Said it works just fine!
Obviously this crappy product had never been tested offline.

Utter waste of time Save your money and time. Wizard of Oz was so lame we quit after four “stops.” Couldn’t agree more with other reviewers. The “riddles” weren’t engaging. We thought we’d be exploring the city not looking at our phones on various street corners

Worst “experience” I’ve ever paid for What a waste of time and money. Paid $60 to answer lame riddles I could have done at home for free. How on earth do they justify the cost. Sold as an interactive “experience”. Save your money, download the geocaching app and enjoy that for a whole year for less than this “experience” cost. And please don’t bother responding with the “you should have read the facts sheet”. As a company you shouldn’t be taking people’s money with the promise of a great time when it’s the most boring thing I’ve ever paid for.

OZ Escape Experience...there was no yellow brick road... Save your money! The advertising for this event is very misleading. They make it look like an event, but it isn't even close. There isn't even signage, and there certainly isn't a yellow brick road. You solve stupid riddles, using your phone so you can advance to the next "spot," which is about 200 ft. from your current spot and none of the spots are even landmarks or remotely interesting. Essentially you spend $40 to walk around a city block looking at your phone.

Waste of time and money. We drove almost an hour to get there. Could have been anywhere. NO interaction with anything but your phone. Nothing visual to see. Pictures on app were AI created-looked nothing like the Wizard of Oz that we know and love. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Lame Oz the Great Escape In Iowa Lame and the app stopped working half way through. You'll have more fun with Pokémon GO. Keep your expectations low. Just sayin. lol

Waste of time and money I did the Wizard of oz outdoor event I'm Canberra it was $60 and all we did was walk around the cbd clicking our phones. There was no interaction with the outside world and we had 4 adults with 4 kids. The kids were bored and chasing each other onto the roads. It was extremely dangerous and in the ugliest part of the city. Canberra is a beautiful place and this event showed none of that. Because it was in the city the GPS on half our phones was blocked by buildings and the game did not even work. Not safe. Not entertaining. My friends drove 3 hours from Sydney for a walk around the city block in Canberra. So disappointed.

Walk through Bucharest with Dracula I like the game very much, the experience was great. When i will come again in Bucharest i will play another game.

Great chance to enjoy the city I really liked the activity, it allows several things at the same time:
- Engage with the team (work together)
- Know the city
- Learn about interesting historic facts
- Better experience than locked scape rooms, fresh air :)

Don’t do in Atlanta - dangerous parts of city! I did the Wizard of Oz one in Atlanta and it took us through some of the roughest areas of the city. While doing it we saw THREE different men expose and touch themselves inappropriately and had to walk through a super rough part of town that is notorious for crime and drugs. We saw many users quit the game once they realized the route. It seems the game makers don’t know anything about the city of Atlanta, because a walking game would have been much better suited for the belt line or possibly midtown/piedmont park area. I will never do this again, since they don’t tell you where it will be ahead of time. They put users at risk, and I also feel bad for the people who had small children with them.

We couldn’t get the app to start The app didn’t work for us. We were excited to try it, but it was our last day and couldn’t try again. The game wouldn’t start for us.

Good quest It was so cool and I am really excited - the way this quest tell the story and how it's makes pretty clear after last step like, you know, jigsaw puzzle! And it has a lot of interesting locations so it isn't boring, and it has a lot of information and I really love how this route shows the city.

Bucharest center short hike for tourists As someone who lives in this city for many years .still finding something new gives a sense of awe (victoria colorful passage). I find the quest a must for tourists who want to match a short hike with a bit of history. As an advice stop for refreshments after the quest is done.

Good fun A very nice Way to start your visit to Bucharest and the old town. A few of the the questions were a bit Challenging, but that only added to the fun.

Fun and a bit of exercise A funny way to explore Bucharest city centre learn a bit of history and put your mind to test. I recommend it for those who like puzzles and also exploring cities.

A nice walk, a little bit of history, a little bit of architecture I have to start by saying that I did the "quest" because one of my very young friends insisted, but to my surprise I enjoyed it a lot. It was a very pleasant and interesting walk, with a mix of information about history, while discovering various styles of architecture. For people that are closer to their 50s - my case - this is something you can do with the younger generation that is not just fun, but also educational (I cannot help myself :)). Why? Because it offers small pieces of friendly information that gives you an image of the communist times - so it's perfect for a week-end walk, for instance. And, if one would like to dig further, you have quite a list of topics to read about after this exploration game, while enjoying a coffee. It ends near by a number of quite good coffee shops. So, yes, if you are a young person, I witnessed first hand how much my young friends liked it. If you are a parent, you will enjoy to do it with your teenage/ young adult child.

Team building activity I played this game with my colleagues from other countries. It was fun, entertaining and they loved it. I really recommend it even if you are a local.

Architecture with bits of history Being an architecture lover, I could combine a history lesson with some very interesting landmarks, all very different. In this tour, you get to see a combination of pre-fascist architecture side by side with socialist modernism, late communist eclecticism, and art deco. Bucharest is such a mix of architectures, that any combination is possible! Great tour in this urban landscape!

Delightful Discoveries This game was delightful. The three of us were relatively familiar with the city, yet there were new surprises everywhere. This game lends itself to different ways of thinking, which allows a win for each type of player. I was pleased that it was not dumbed down and too easy, but not too far reaching to be enjoyed. This is first Questo game we have played, and I feel we will explore more. Well worth while.

Family outing in Bucharest Family with kids of 10 and 12. Entire family enjoyed the experience. Great way to experience the Old Town and learn a little bit of history at the same time. App was very user friendly and worked well. Had to use hints a few times but that was no problem. Passed by plenty of restaurants so many options to refresh along the way. Our treasure hunt time was 74 mins and stopped mid-way for a nice lunch. Great value and great experience.

Amazing I have never enjoyed exploring city this much. The fact that you are not time-bound makes it Much more enjoyable. I did shopping, drank beer at local pub while playing a game. If you are a solo traveller like me, you could enjoy this since all questions are of individual type.
